The inflation assembly comprises an air pump 201, an air inlet pipe 202 and an air outlet pipe 203; the pumping pipe 6 is connected with an air pump 201 through bolts; the air inlet of the air pump 201 is communicated with and fixedly connected with an air inlet pipe 202; an electric valve for plugging the air inlet pipe 202 is arranged in the air inlet pipe; the air outlet of the air pump 201 is communicated with and fixedly connected with an air outlet pipe 203, and the air outlet pipe 203 is communicated with and fixedly connected with the buoyancy air bag 7.
The device also comprises a detection rod 301, an electric push rod 302 and a first plugging plate 303; each pumping pipe 6 is fixedly connected with two detection rods 301 for detecting the position of the sludge; a first plugging plate 303 is slidably connected in each L-shaped channel 1b; two electric push rods 302 for pushing the first plugging plates 303 to move are connected in each L-shaped channel 1b through bolts, and the telescopic part of each electric push rod 302 is fixedly connected with the corresponding first plugging plate 303.
The water inlet of the water suction pipe 6 is provided with a filter screen for filtering floating objects in water.
An arc-shaped flow guide part is arranged on the lower side of the first plugging plate 303.
The specific operation of the above example 1 is as follows: it should be noted that the initial position of the water suction pipe 6 and the parts connected with the same is positioned at the lower side of the shell 1, and the telescopic pipe 5 is in a stretched state;
firstly, an air pump 201 is controlled to pump air into the air pump through an air inlet pipe 202, so that the air enters a buoyancy air bag 7 through an air outlet pipe 203, the buoyancy air bag 7 is inflated to complete the inflation operation of the buoyancy air bag 7, then an electric valve in the air inlet pipe 202 is controlled to plug the air pump, then a conveying pipe of an external irrigation system is connected with a water outlet pipe 104, then a shell 1 and parts connected with the shell are manually placed into a water reservoir through a handle 1a, the shell 1 and the parts connected with the shell are immersed into the bottom of the water reservoir, and the bottom side of the shell 1 is contacted with the inner bottom surface of the water reservoir, so that the placement work is completed;
then the water pump 101 is controlled to be started, so that water in the reservoir sequentially enters an external irrigation system through the water suction pipe 6, the telescopic pipe 5, the water inlet pipe 2, the L-shaped channel 1b, the rectangular channel 1c, the short pipe 103, the long pipe 102 and the water outlet pipe 104, and when the water passes through the rectangular channel 1c, the water is filtered and decontaminated by the purification filter 4 so as to remove impurities in the water, and the whole water pumping process is completed;
it should be noted that when the housing 1 and the parts connected with the housing are submerged in the bottom of the reservoir, the water line of the reservoir is higher than the housing 1, at this time, as shown in fig. 1, under the action of water, the buoyancy air bag 7 will move upwards, and then the buoyancy air bag 7 will drive the water pumping pipe 6 and the parts connected with the water pumping pipe 6 to move upwards, so that the water pumping pipe 6 is located at the upper side of the housing 1, and the water pumping pipe 6 is far away from the inner bottom surface of the reservoir, while the telescopic pipe 5 is in a compressed state, as the water is continuously pumped, when the water line of the reservoir is lowered to the middle position of the buoyancy air bag 7, the water pumping pipe 6 will be located below the water line of the reservoir under the action of the buoyancy air bag 7, while as the water line of the reservoir is continuously pumped, the water pumping pipe 6 will be lowered along with the water line of the reservoir under the action of the buoyancy air bag 7 until the water pumping pipe 6 is located at the initial position of the lower side of the housing 1 again, the water pump 101 is controlled to stop working, thus completing the water pumping process;
so the pumping pipe 6 is far away from the inner bottom surface of the reservoir through the buoyancy air bag 7, the pumping pipe 6 can not reach the sludge pumped to the inner bottom surface of the reservoir in the whole pumping process, and the problem that the filtering cost is too high is caused because the pumped sludge can cause the purifying filter 4 to work under load when the pumping pipe 6 pumps the sludge to the inner bottom surface of the reservoir, and the purifying filter 4 is required to be frequently replaced is avoided;
it should be noted that, considering that the thickness of the sludge on the bottom surface of the reservoir is too thick during the process that the water pumping pipe 6 descends along with the water line of the reservoir, when the upper surface of the sludge is located above the initial position of the water pumping pipe 6, the water pumping pipe 6 gradually approaches the upper surface of the sludge, the more easily the water pumping pipe 6 pumps the sludge, and thus the water pumping pipe 6 still pumps the sludge, the load of the purifying and filtering element 4 still works;
therefore, in the process of descending the water pumping pipe 6, the position of the sludge is detected by the electromagnetic wave emitted by the detection rod 301, when the detection rod 301 detects that the detection rod 301 is in contact with the upper surface of the sludge, the detection rod 301 transmits the detected information to the control center, the detection rod 301 is continuously inserted into the sludge as the water pumping pipe 6 continuously descends, at the moment, the control center controls the telescopic part of the electric push rod 302 to push the first sealing plate 303 to synchronously lower the water pumping pipe 6 to seal the L-shaped channel 1b, so that the water quantity flowing into the rectangular channel 1c from the L-shaped channel 1b is gradually reduced, and the water quantity extracted by the water pumping pipe 6 is gradually reduced in the process of gradually approaching the sludge, thereby avoiding the problem that the water pumping pipe 6 still extracts the sludge as the water pumping pipe 6 gradually approaches the upper surface of the sludge;
it should be noted that when the water suction pipe 6 is in contact with the upper surface of the sludge, the first blocking plate 303 completely blocks the L-shaped channel 1b, and the air pump 201 stops working, so as to avoid the problem that the sludge is still pumped when the water suction pipe 6 is in contact with the upper surface of the sludge, such as when the water suction pipe 6 continues to pump water;
it should be noted that, in the process of plugging the L-shaped channel 1b by the first plugging plate 303, water is guided by the arc-shaped guiding portion arranged at the lower side of the first plugging plate 303, so as to reduce the resistance between the first plugging plate 303 and the water;
after the purification filter 4 is used for a long time, the mounting frame 3 and the purification filter 4 can be taken out of the rectangular channel 1c by the second handle 3a, so that the purification filter 4 can be quickly replaced.
Example 2
On the basis of the embodiment 1, as shown in fig. 1-6, the air blowing pipe 401, the second plugging plate 402 and the first spring 403 are further included; each buoyancy air bag 7 is communicated and fixedly connected with a blowing pipe 401; each blowing pipe 401 is connected with a second plugging plate 402 in a sliding way; each second plugging plate 402 is fixedly connected with a first spring 403, and each first spring 403 is fixedly connected with a corresponding blowing pipe 401; the inner lower side of the air outlet of each blowing pipe 401 is provided with an inclined part I401 a; the lower side of each second plugging plate 402 is provided with a second inclined part 402a, and each second inclined part 402a is contacted with the corresponding first inclined part 401 a.
The specific operation of the above example 2 is as follows: in embodiment 1, when the water line of the reservoir falls to the middle position of the buoyancy air bag 7, since the water suction pipe 6 is located below the water line of the reservoir, i.e. the water suction pipe 6 is relatively close to the impurities floating on the water surface, the water suction pipe 6 easily sucks the impurities floating on the water surface during the water suction process, and further the load operation of the purification filter 4 is also caused;
therefore, when the water line of the reservoir drops to the middle position of the buoyancy air bag 7, that is, the air inlet of the air inlet pipe 202 is positioned above the water line of the reservoir, the electric valve in the air inlet pipe 202 is controlled to release the blocking of the air, then the air pump 201 is controlled to continuously convey air into the buoyancy air bag 7, at this time, as shown in fig. 5, when the air pressure in the buoyancy air bag 7 is greater than the elastic force of the first spring 403, the blocking plate 402 moves away from the inner side of the blowing pipe 401 under the pushing of the air, so that the first inclined part 401a is not contacted with the second inclined part 402a any more, and a gap between the first inclined part 401a and the second inclined part 402a forms an inclined channel towards the water surface, at this time, the air in the buoyancy air bag 7 can be blown out towards the water surface through the blowing pipe 401 and the first inclined part 401a and the second inclined part 402a at an inclined downward angle, at this time, the wind force of the air blown out from the channel between the blowing pipe 401a and the first inclined part 401a and the second inclined part 402a is greater than the suction force generated by the water pipe 6 towards the water surface, so that the air blown out from the first inclined part 401a and the second inclined part 402a can be easily moved away from the water surface 6 to the water surface, so that the water surface is prevented from being moved away from the water surface 6 and the water surface is easily to be removed;
it should be noted that, because the first inclined portion 401a and the second inclined portion 402a are in an initial fitting state, when the blowing pipe 401 and the connected parts thereof are in water, the water cannot push the second plugging plate 402 to move toward the inner side of the blowing pipe 401, and the water cannot enter the buoyancy air bag 7.

On the basis of the embodiment 2, as shown in fig. 1-3 and fig. 7-9, the device further comprises a storage frame 501, a cover plate 502, a discharging pipe 503, an electric moving block 504 and a plugging plate III 505; a storage frame 501 is arranged in the shell 1; the upper side of the shell 1 is provided with a rectangular through hole 1d; a cover plate 502 for covering the storage frame 501 is detachably connected to the rectangular through hole 1d, and the cover plate 502 is in contact with the storage frame 501; the cover plate 502 is provided with a third handle 502c; each L-shaped channel 1b is communicated with three discharging pipes 503; an electric valve for plugging each discharging pipe 503 is arranged in each discharging pipe; three round holes 501a are formed in the storage frame 501, and each round hole 501a is communicated with a corresponding discharging pipe 503; two electric moving blocks 504 are connected in a sliding way arranged on the inner front side of the storage frame 501 in a sliding way; a sliding groove arranged at the rear side in the storage frame 501 is slidably connected with two other electric moving blocks 504; each front electric moving block 504 is fixedly connected with a third plugging plate 505 for plugging the round hole 501a, each third plugging plate 505 is fixedly connected with the corresponding rear electric moving block 504, and each third plugging plate 505 is contacted with the storage frame 501.
The third block plate 505 is configured in an arc shape that serves to reduce resistance to movement of the third block plate 505 in the fertilizer.
The device also comprises a fourth plugging plate 601, a second spring 602 and a steel wire rope 603; a fourth plugging plate 601 is slidably connected in each L-shaped channel 1b, and each fourth plugging plate 601 is positioned above the corresponding discharging pipe 503; two second springs 602 are fixedly connected to each fourth plugging plate 601, and all the second springs 602 are fixedly connected with the shell 1; each plugging plate four 601 is fixedly connected with two steel wire ropes 603, and all the steel wire ropes 603 are fixedly connected with the corresponding plugging plate one 303.
The specific operation of the above example 3 is as follows: it should be noted that before sinking the housing 1 and its connected parts into the bottom of the reservoir, the cover 502 is manually removed from the rectangular through hole 1d by the third handle 502c, then the fertilizer is poured into the storage frame 501, and then the cover 502 is manually reinstalled on the rectangular through hole 1d again by the third handle 502c;
when fertilizer is required to be added into water, firstly controlling the electric moving block 504 to drive the third plugging plate 505 to move towards the middle of the storage frame 501, enabling the third plugging plate 505 to unblock the round hole 501a, enabling fertilizer in the storage frame 501 to enter the discharge pipe 503 through the round hole 501a, until the electric valve in the discharge pipe 503 is filled with fertilizer to the round hole 501a, controlling the electric moving block 504 to drive the third plugging plate 505 to move to an initial position, enabling the third plugging plate 505 to continuously plug the round hole 501a, and then controlling the electric valve in the discharge pipe 503 to unblock the round hole 501a, enabling fertilizer in the discharge pipe 503 to flow into the L-shaped channel 1b through the electric valve, and repeating the above processes, so that the operation of quantitatively adding fertilizer into water can be realized;
it should be noted that after the electric valve in the discharging pipe 503 releases the blocking of the electric valve, as the third blocking plate 505 continues to block the round hole 501a, water in the L-shaped channel 1b cannot flow into the storage frame 501 through the discharging pipe 503 and the round hole 501a in sequence, so that the problem that the fertilizer in the storage frame 501 melts after meeting water occurs;
considering that when the first plugging sheet 303 gradually plugs the L-shaped channel 1b, that is, when the amount of water flowing into the rectangular channel 1c in the L-shaped channel 1b gradually decreases, if a certain amount of fertilizer is still added to the water in the L-shaped channel 1b, the concentration of fertilizer contained in the water must be too high;
therefore, when the first plugging plate 303 gradually plugs the L-shaped channel 1b, the first plugging plate 303 drives the fourth plugging plate 601 to move downward through the wire rope 603, and at this time, the second spring 602 is in a stretched state, so that the fourth plugging plate 601 synchronously plugs the discharging pipe 503 at the speed at which the first plugging plate 303 plugs the L-shaped channel 1b, so that the fertilizer flowing into the L-shaped channel 1b in the discharging pipe 503 and the water flowing into the rectangular channel 1c in the L-shaped channel 1b keep the same proportion, and the problem that the concentration of fertilizer contained in water is too high when the water flowing into the rectangular channel 1c in the L-shaped channel 1b gradually decreases is avoided.
The foregoing is merely illustrative of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art will readily recognize that variations or substitutions are within the scope of the present invention. Therefore, the protection scope of the present invention shall be subject to the protection scope of the claims.
