Embodiment 1, refer to fig. 1-7, for a first embodiment of the present invention, a multifunctional visual naso-gastrointestinal catheter assembly is provided, which comprises a lens tube 1, a steel wire 2 arranged in the lens tube 1, a handle 3 arranged at the top of the steel wire 2, a branch pipe 4 arranged at the outer side of the lens tube 1, and a fixing unit arranged at the outer wall of the lens tube 1 for fixing the lens tube 1; the fixing unit comprises a nasal plug 7 arranged on the outer side of the lens tube 1, a rotating groove 8 arranged on the outer wall of the nasal plug 7, a rotating wheel 9 arranged in the rotating groove 8, a clamping arm 10 arranged on the outer side of the rotating wheel 9, a clamping gasket 11 arranged on one end of the clamping arm 10 far away from the rotating wheel 9, an installation slot 12 arranged on the outer side of the nasal plug 7 and a nose hanging piece 13 arranged inside the installation slot 12.

the nose plug 7 and the nose hanging piece 13 are used for fixing the lens tube 1, after the nose plug 7 is plugged into a nostril, the clamping gasket 11 is clamped on the nose wall, the nose plug 7 is fixed, cannot move in a plane perpendicular to the central axis of the nose plug 7, cannot move in any direction except the direction pointed by the central axis of the nose plug 7, cannot move in the direction penetrating into the nostril, and then the nose hanging piece 13 is buckled and hung on the nose bridge, so that the nose plug 7 cannot move in the direction of pulling out the nostril, and meanwhile, the nose plug 7 cannot do circular motion with the central axis of the nose hanging piece, so that the lens tube 1 can realize omnibearing fixation without using an adhesive tape, stress points in fixation are dispersed, injuries suffered by human skin are weakened, the directions and visual angles related to the working process can be recovered quickly after inspection or operation, and the state of equipment used after a patient lies flat in the operation process is the standard.
Referring to fig. 1-3, an interlayer cavity 5 is arranged in the pipe wall of the lens pipe 1, a supporting spring 6 is arranged in the interlayer cavity 5, the length of the supporting spring 6 is fifty centimeters, a protective sleeve 36 is sleeved on the outer side of the lens pipe 1, the protective sleeve 36 is made of rubber, the outer surface is soft and smooth, a split for completely cutting off the protective sleeve 36 is arranged on the outer side of the protective sleeve 36, and the split length is the same as the length of the protective sleeve 36.
By adopting the scheme, through using the supporting spring 6 to support the lens tube 1, when inserting the lens tube 1 into the human body cavity, the lens tube 1 can better resist the pressure of the human body cavity wall to the lens tube 1, and can also avoid the lens tube 1 to enter the stomach and intestine and fold, so that the working state of the lens tube is more stable, the influence of subsequent work is reduced, and meanwhile, the soft smooth protective sleeve 36 can play a protective role on the nasal cavity wall of a patient, can play a guiding role on the lens tube 1, so that the process of entering the stomach and intestine is smoother, and the discomfort caused to the human body is smaller.
In the use process, the lens tube 1 is sleeved outside the steel wire 2, then the nose plug 7 and the sheath tube 36 are sequentially sleeved at one end, far away from the handle 3, of the lens tube 1, then the sheath tube 36 is inserted from the nostril of a patient, the part, located outside the nostril, of the sheath tube 36 is held, and the lens tube 1 is independently pushed to enter the gastrointestinal part along the esophagus.
After the lens tube 1 is pushed to a specified position, the protective sleeve 36 is pulled out, the protective sleeve 36 is taken off from the lens tube 1 through a split on the side surface of the protective sleeve 36, the nose plug 7 is held by the thumb, the middle finger and the ring finger, the nose plug 7 is pushed along the lens tube 1, the nose plug 7 is plugged into the nostril of a patient, the outer wall of the nose plug 7 is completely attached to the inner wall of the nostril, the clamping arms 10 and the clamping gaskets 11 are respectively arranged on the outer side of the corresponding nostril, gauze is wound on the outer side of the nose hanging piece 13, soft gauze can enable the nose hanging piece 13 to be better attached to the nose bridge, friction force between the nose hanging piece 13 and the nose bridge can be increased, the nose hanging piece 13 is fixed, and finally the nose hanging piece 13 is buckled on the nose bridge of the patient, and the directions and the visual angles related in the working process are based on the state of the equipment used after the patient lies flat in the operation process.
Embodiment 2, referring to fig. 4-5, is a second embodiment of the present invention, which differs from the first embodiment in that: the fixing unit further comprises a positioning component 14, the positioning component 14 is arranged at the top of the nasal plug 7 and is used for fixing the nasal plug 7, the positioning component 14 comprises an annular boss 15 arranged at the top of the nasal plug 7, a clamping piece 16 arranged at the top of the annular boss 15 and a thread bush 17 arranged at the outer side of the annular boss 15.
Specifically, the clamping pieces 16 are distributed in an annular array with the central axis of the nose plug 7 as a reference, the clamping pieces 16 are conical, threads are arranged on the outer side of the annular boss 15, the thread sleeve 17 is in threaded connection with the annular boss 15, the thread sleeve 17 is sleeved on the outer side of the lens tube 1, and the inner wall of the thread sleeve 17 is attached to the clamping pieces 16.
In the use process, after the lens tube 1 is pushed to a specified position, the nose plug 7 is held by the thumb, the middle finger and the ring finger, the nose plug 7 is pushed along the lens tube 1, the nose plug 7 is plugged into the nostril of a patient, the index finger dials the thread sleeve 17, the thread sleeve 17 moves along the thread towards the direction of the nose plug 7, the clamping piece 16 is extruded when the thread sleeve 17 moves, the clamping piece 16 is folded towards the axis direction of the lens tube 1, the lens tube 1 and the nose plug 7 are firmly wrapped on the outer side of the lens tube 1, the fixation of the lens tube 1 and the nose plug 7 is completed, the depth of the lens tube 1 inserted into a human body can be controlled at will, the nose plug 7 can be always fixed at the nostril of the patient, the use of the nose plug is more convenient and flexible, and the application range is wider. The rest of the structure is the same as that of the embodiment 1, and the direction and the visual angle related to the working process are based on the state of the equipment used after the patient lies in the plane in the operation process.
Embodiment 3, referring to fig. 5-14, is a third embodiment of the present invention, which differs from the second embodiment in that: a fixing auxiliary unit is also arranged in the nose plug 7 and used for improving the efficacy of the fixing unit; the fixing auxiliary unit comprises a clamping exchange assembly 18, and the clamping exchange assembly 18 is arranged in the nose plug 7 and is used for reducing the skin burden of a human body; the clamping exchanging assembly 18 comprises a ring groove 19 arranged at the top of the nose plug 7, an adjusting pipe 20 arranged in the ring groove 19, a ring plate 21 arranged at the top of the adjusting pipe 20, an extension groove 22 arranged at the outer side of the adjusting pipe 20, a pushing boss 23 arranged in the extension groove 22, a butt joint groove 24 arranged on the inner wall of the ring groove 19, and a deflection rod 25 arranged at the outer side of the rotating wheel 9.
Specifically, the annular plate 21 is located at the top of the nose plug 7, the annular plate 21 is rotationally connected to the outer side of the annular boss 15, guide inclined planes are arranged on two sides of the pushing boss 23, the upper and lower thickness of the pushing boss 23 is smaller than the upper and lower width of the extending groove 22, the abutting groove 24 is circumferentially distributed on the outer side of the extending groove 22, the deflection rod 25 extends into the extending groove 22, and the horizontal height of the deflection rod 25 corresponds to the edge height of the bottom of the guide inclined plane of the pushing boss 23.
By adopting the scheme, when the ring plate 21 is rotated by arranging the clamping exchange assembly 18, the pushing boss 23 can push the deflection rod 25, so that the clamping gasket 11 is clamped on the nose wall to fix the nasal plug 7, and meanwhile, the clamping gaskets 11 at several positions can be controlled by the rotating ring plate 21 to clamp in turn, so that the skin at a certain position on the nose of a patient is prevented from being damaged due to continuous stress, and a further protection effect is achieved on the human body.
Specifically, the pushing boss 23 is arc-shaped, and the arc is not less than ninety degrees, and the arc is not more than one hundred twenty degrees, so that the two deflection levers 25 can be pushed simultaneously.

Referring to fig. 10-11, the fixation assistance unit further comprises a locking assembly 26, the locking assembly 26 being disposed within the nasal plug 7 for securing the nasal suspension 13; the locking assembly 26 includes a fixing sleeve 27 and a pressing plate 28 disposed in the mounting slot 12, a push rod 29 disposed on a side of the pressing plate 28 away from the fixing sleeve 27, and a buffer groove 30 disposed on a surface of the adjusting tube 20.
Specifically, the fixing sleeve 27 is clamped with the nose hanging piece 13, the ejector rod 29 extends into the annular groove 19, and the horizontal height of the buffer groove 30 is the same as that of the ejector rod 29.
By adopting the scheme, when the ring plate 21 is rotated through the locking assembly 26, the ejector rod 29 can be pushed out of the buffer groove 30, the pressing plate 28 pushes against the fixing sleeve 27, so that the nose hanging piece 13 is fixed, and the connecting state between the nose plug 7 and the nose hanging piece 13 is stable, and the fixing state of the nose plug 7 is also stable, so that the device is safer and more reliable to use.
Referring to fig. 12 to 14, the fixing auxiliary unit further includes a limiting assembly 31, the limiting assembly 31 being disposed between the nose plug 7 and the ring plate 21 for controlling the rotation angle of the ring plate 21; the limiting assembly 31 comprises a clamping groove 32 arranged at the top of the nose plug 7, a containing groove 33 arranged at the bottom of the annular plate 21, a spring piece 34 arranged inside the containing groove 33, and a clamping rod 35 arranged at the bottom of the spring piece 34.
Specifically, the three clamping grooves 32 are arranged and circumferentially distributed at the top of the nasal plug 7, the included angles between the clamping grooves 32 at two sides and the middle clamping groove 32 are ninety degrees, the included angle between the clamping grooves 32 at two sides is one hundred eighty degrees, the included angles are vertical lines from the central point of the clamping groove 32 to the central axis of the nasal plug 7, the angle between the two vertical lines is one hundred eighty degrees, and the included angle between the middle clamping groove 32 and the middle deflection rod 25 is one hundred eighty degrees, and the clamping rod 35 is inserted into the clamping groove 32.
By adopting the scheme, when the ring plate 21 is rotated through the limiting assembly 31, resistance and sound can be generated when the clamping rod 35 passes through the clamping groove 32, the clamping rod 35 enters the clamping groove 32, the clamping rod 35 leaves the storage groove 33 and needs to be compressed to retract to generate resistance, the clamping rod 35 is pushed out by the spring piece 34 to strike the inner wall of the clamping groove 32 to generate sound, a prompting effect is achieved, an operator clearly adjusts the position, and the use is more stable and accurate.
During the use, the annular plate 21 rotates on the surface of the nasal plug 7, in the process, the clamping rod 35 extrudes the spring piece 34 to leave the clamping groove 32 and retract into the storage groove 33, the clamping rod 35 pushes against the outer wall of the nasal plug 7 and slides, the annular plate 21 drives the adjusting tube 20 to rotate in the annular groove 19, the push boss 23 in the extension groove 22 also follows and rotates, the guide inclined plane at one end of the push boss 23 contacts with the deflection rod 25, the push boss 23 is initially positioned in the maximum interval between the three deflection rods 25, along with the rotation of the push boss 23, the guide inclined plane pushes the deflection rod 25 to the annular plate 21, when the deflection rod 25 deflects to the annular plate 21, the clamping arm 10 is driven by taking the rotating wheel 9 as a fulcrum to move away from the annular plate 21, the clamping arm 10 drives the clamping gasket 11 to approach the nasal plug 7, the clamping of the nasal plug is enabled to enable the nasal plug to rotate, the rotation of the adjusting tube 20 enables the buffer groove 30 to be staggered with the push rod 29, the push rod 29 is pushed out of the buffer groove 30, the push rod 29 moves into the installation groove 12 and pushes the push plate 28, the press plate 28 pushes the fixed sleeve 27 to press the inner wall of the installation groove 12, the clamping plate 27 into the installation groove 12, the clamping rod 35 is enabled to collide with the inner wall of the annular plate 32, and then the clamping rod 32 is enabled to move out of the annular plate 35 when the annular plate 35 is stopped, and the clamping rod is stopped to move into the annular plate 32, and the annular plate 35 is simultaneously, and the clamping rod is moved into the annular plate 32, and the clamping groove is stopped when the clamping rod is moved into the annular plate 32, and the clamping plate 35 is moved into the annular groove, and the clamping groove is moved into the position and the position of the clamping groove is moved into the position and the position of the nasal plug.
