Since the physical examination area distance of the same floor is not generally large, and b is larger than c, and a is much larger than b, X1 and X3 may each be set to a fixed value of 1 for the sake of simplifying the calculation. For a specific calculation method reference is made to case 3.

The queuing scheme includes a queue of items to be inspected, and also includes locations in the queuing queues of the various consulting rooms. The queuing position of the common physical examination personnel in each department is automatically arranged at the rearmost part of each queuing queue. If the physical examination personnel belong to special groups, the queue inserting principle is implemented, and the physical examination personnel can be directly inserted into the forefront of the queuing queues of all departments, or the specified interval number can be set by inserting the specified interval number forwards on the basis of the corresponding queuing queues of all departments. In the physical examination package selected by the first human inspector, the items C, F, G are contained, and the order of the items in the queuing scheme automatically generated by the system is as follows: C-F-G. If the second physical examination personnel selects a physical examination package containing items A, B, D, G, the system automatically generates a queuing scheme in which the items are ordered as A-B-D-G. The two sorting schemes can be directly determined only by the first sorting principle.
Case 2: with reference to fig. 6, the physical examination package selected by the third physical examination personnel includes an item A, B, C, D, and if the physical examination package is ordered only by the first ordering rule based on the item priority set in fig. 5, three ordering schemes are included: A-C-B-D; A-B-C-D; C-A-B-D. The specific choice of which ordering scheme may be determined in combination with the second ordering rule and the third ordering rule. A method in which sorting is based on the second sorting principle and the third sorting principle may refer to case 3.
Case 3: based on the condition that the label item takes effect preferentially, four sorting items A, B, C, D are screened out, namely, under the condition that the four sorting items belong to the same priority, queuing can be carried out only by referring to a second sorting principle and a third sorting principle, and the specific method is as follows:
the second sorting principle is that the path length from the current position of the physical examination staff to each item consulting room is calculated firstly: a=1000, b=10, c=1, x1=1, x3=1 are set. The position attributes of the four rooms are respectively A (building 1, floor 4 and detection area 2), B (building 2, floor 5 and detection area 1), C (building 2, floor 1 and detection area 3), D (building 2, floor 1 and detection area 3), the position attribute of the current position of the person to be detected is M (building 2, floor 1 and detection area 4), and the path lengths from the current position M to the four project rooms are respectively calculated based on the formula:
MA=1000+10*(4+1)+1=1051
MB=0+10*(5-1)+1=41
MC=0+0+1=1
MD=0+0+1=1
the path length from the current position to the C-project consulting room and the D-project consulting room is the same, so that two queuing schemes can be obtained: C-D-B-A, D-C-B-A.
Further according to the third sorting principle, the item with the least queuing number is found from the items C and D. The queuing numbers of the four current items to be checked are respectively: a (50 persons), B (30 persons), C (60 persons), D (40 persons), and the number of queuing people for the item C is relatively small compared with that for the item D, so that the final ranking is as follows: D-C-B-A.
The above queuing scheme is only a preferred mode, and the AI queuing module can also support the traditional principle of queuing according to the sequence of the registration number or the sign-in number. The method can also be combined with other queuing principles to queue, such as preferentially queuing bottleneck items with longer checking time (such as B ultrasonic), and checking by using longer waiting time to insert other items with shorter queuing time in order to save the whole checking time. It is also possible to queue only with consideration given to the examination area priority, avoid duplicate paths, or examine only with consideration given to the item characteristic priority, without consideration given to factors such as queuing time, the number of people, and the distance between physical examination rooms.
The queuing scheme can be adjusted in a manual intervention mode, if a physical examination person in a PET-CT (positron emission tomography-computed tomography) consulting room needs to be injected, the triage table can set a number calling device of a doctor to be in a personnel locking state, and in the locking state, the physical examination person cannot be subjected to number passing or diagnosis, and after the injection is finished, the state can be unlocked after a certain time lag, so that follow-up examination can be carried out. For example, the person who is performing ultrasonic examination may need to hold down urine/urinate, and the doctor's number calling device can be set to be in a urine holding/urinating state by the doctor by the triage platform, and in this state, the physical examination personnel cannot be checked or diagnosed uniformly, and meanwhile, the doctor is not influenced to check the next individual examination personnel, and the follow-up examination of the physical examination personnel is not influenced. The triage station may also perform a pause check on each queuing scheme, such as requiring a meal in time after the diabetic has checked for fasting items. The physical examination queuing is optimized by combining the automatic queuing of the system and manual intervention (a computer end and a mobile end).

1. An intelligent physical examination system based on an AI algorithm, comprising:
the self-help guide and check module is used for the physical examination personnel to carry out self-help registration and automatically enter the total queuing;
the AI queuing module is used for automatically generating a queuing scheme for physical examination personnel entering the total queuing queue and automatically updating the queuing scheme when each physical examination personnel performs next check-in;
the intelligent accompany module is used for the physical examination personnel to check the corresponding queuing scheme at any time and actively send out a prompt;
and the data butt joint module is used for realizing data interaction among the modules.

The AI algorithm-based intelligent physical examination system of claim 1, further comprising a physical examination reservation module including a reservation control for reserving physical examination, a view control for viewing total queued people at any time, and a confirmation control for confirming whether to go to physical examination.
3. The AI algorithm-based intelligent physical examination system of claim 2, further comprising: the physical examination appointment module further includes a remote check-in control for remotely checking in on the day of physical examination to enter the general queuing queue.

An AI algorithm-based intelligent physical examination method, characterized in that physical examination is performed by means of the AI algorithm-based intelligent physical examination system according to any one of claims 1 to 6, said intelligent physical examination method comprising the steps of:

and S25, generating or updating a queuing scheme based on the sequencing of the examination rooms to be examined and the number of queuing people.
