step 410: underwriting the number of the container bill;
step 412: a container logistics tracking database;
step 414: acquiring ship and voyage information of a carrying container;
step 416: judging whether the ship name and MMSI are consistent and the same voyage, if yes, executing step 418, and if N, executing step 422;
step 418: the identification is as follows: there is a cumulative risk;
step 420: information is collected, and early warning is automatically carried out;
step 422: there is no risk of accumulation.
In this embodiment, the shipping insurance accumulated risk identification method includes: firstly, extracting information such as an underwriting ship list of all ship risks, an underwriting container order number of freight risks and the like based on a shipping insurance business database; further, based on the ship database, static information such as ship name, MMSI, international maritime organization (International Maritime Organization, IMO) and the like is acquired through the ship name or marine mobile communication identification code (Maritime Mobile Service Identity, MMSI), and the like, and voyage information such as last port, departure time, destination port, expected arrival time and the like is acquired; meanwhile, based on the container logistics tracking database, the ship and voyage information of the container is acquired through the bill of lading number of the container, wherein the ship name, voyage, cargo port, dynamic node and the like are included. Further, the obtained two ship names and the voyage information are automatically associated and matched, whether the ship name, the MMSI and the voyage information of the ship which holds the ship and the carrier container are consistent is judged, if so, the ship name, the MMSI and the voyage information are automatically identified as single voyage accumulation risk, and the ship name, the MMSI, the voyage information and the like are collected to generate early warning. If not, identifying that there is no accumulated risk.
FIG. 5 illustrates a schematic block diagram of a shipping insurance accumulated risk identification system of one embodiment of the invention; wherein the shipping insurance accumulated risk identification system 50 includes:
the extracting module 502 is used for extracting the underwriting ship list and the underwriting container order number from the shipping insurance business database;
a first obtaining module 504, configured to obtain first data information of the underwriting ship in the ship database according to the underwriting ship list;
a second obtaining module 506, configured to obtain second data information of the ship corresponding to the underwriting container bill of lading number in the container logistics tracking database according to the underwriting container bill of lading number;
a matching module 508, configured to perform association matching on the first data information and the second data information;
the identifying module 510 is configured to identify the underwriting ship and the underwriting container bill of lading as having an accumulated risk based on the first data information being matched with the second data information.
The present invention provides a shipping insurance accumulated risk identification system 50, which mainly comprises: the device comprises an extraction module 502, a first acquisition module 504, a second acquisition module 506, a matching module 508, and an identification module 510. The extracting module 502 is configured to extract the underwriting ship list and the underwriting container order number from the shipping insurance service database, where the shipping insurance service database includes all shipping insurance services. Shipping insurance mainly includes various types of cargo transportation insurance (cargo insurance), ship insurance (ship insurance), transportation responsibility insurance, pirate attack insurance, and the like. The underwriting ship list comprises all ships with ship insurance, and the underwriting container order number refers to the order number of the container for cargo transportation insurance, namely, the corresponding container can be determined through the underwriting container order number. The first obtaining module 504 then obtains first data information of the underwriting ship from the ship database according to the underwriting ship list, where the ship database includes all ships under the insurance mechanism and various corresponding information, such as ship names, offshore mobile communication identification codes and voyage information, that is, obtains first data information of the ship performing the ship insurance, where the first data information may be ship data information having representative meanings, such as ship names, offshore mobile communication identification codes of the ship, voyage information of the ship, and the like. Meanwhile, the second obtaining module 506 obtains second data information of the ship corresponding to the underwriting container bill number in the container logistics tracking database through the underwriting container bill number, wherein the container logistics tracking database contains a plurality of containers for carrying out cargo transportation insurance in the insurance mechanism and data such as names of the ships carrying the containers, namely, the second data information of the ships carrying the underwriting container is obtained through the underwriting container bill number, and the second data information can be ship data information with representative significance such as names of the ships, marine mobile communication identification codes of the ships, voyage information of the ships and the like. Further, the matching module 508 performs automatic association matching on the obtained first data information and second data information, so as to detect whether the first data information and the second data information are consistent, if the first data information and the second data information are consistent, that is, the first data information and the second data information are matched, the container for carrying out cargo transportation insurance in the same insurance mechanism is carried in the ship for carrying out ship insurance in the insurance mechanism, in this case, risks born by the insurance mechanism are relatively concentrated, if marine accident occurs to the ship, the loss amount is huge, and millions and tens of millions of yuan are moved, so the identifying module 510 identifies the underwriting ship and the underwriting container bill number as having accumulated risks. Thereby reminding the insurance institution to timely evaluate the possible maximum loss and providing reference for arrangement and risk transfer of the reinsurance structure. The invention automatically identifies the shipping insurance accumulated risk, so that the insurance agent can inquire and analyze the shipping insurance accumulated risk, and a great deal of manpower, material resources and time are saved.
FIG. 6 shows a schematic block diagram of a first acquisition module of one embodiment of the invention; wherein the first obtaining module 504 includes:
a third acquisition module 5042 for acquiring a ship database;
a first determining module 5044, configured to determine first data information of each underwriting vessel according to the vessel database and the underwriting vessel list, where the first data information includes: the marine mobile communication system comprises a first ship name, a first marine mobile communication identification code and first voyage information.
In this embodiment, the first acquisition module 504 includes: a third acquiring module 5042 and a first determining module 5044, wherein, firstly, a ship database is acquired by the third acquiring module 5042, and the ship database contains all ships under the insurance mechanism and various corresponding information thereof, such as ship names, marine mobile communication identification codes and voyage information. The first determining module 5044 then determines the first data information of each underwriting vessel from the vessel database and underwriting vessel list, i.e. the vessels in the underwriting vessel list sequentially determine the first data information corresponding to the vessel in the vessel database, such as the first vessel name, the first marine mobile communication identification code, the first voyage information, etc. of the vessel. That is, static information such as ship name, marine mobile communication identification code and the like is acquired through ship names in the ship database and the underway ship list, and voyage information such as last port, departure time, destination port, expected arrival time and the like is acquired.
FIG. 7 shows a schematic block diagram of a second acquisition module of one embodiment of the invention; wherein the second obtaining module 506 includes:
a fourth acquisition module 5062 for acquiring a container logistics tracking database;
a second determining module 5064, configured to determine second data information of the ship corresponding to the underwriting container order number according to the container logistics tracking database and the underwriting container order number, where the second data information includes: the second ship name, the second marine mobile communication identification code and the second voyage information.
In this embodiment, the second acquisition module 506 includes: a fourth acquiring module 5062 and a second determining module 5064, wherein the fourth acquiring module 5062 is configured to acquire a container logistics tracking database, and the container logistics tracking database contains a plurality of data such as the names of containers for cargo transportation insurance at the insurance mechanism and ships carrying the containers. The second determining module 5064 then inputs the acquired underwriting container bill of lading number into the container logistics tracking database, and then determines second data information of the ship corresponding to the underwriting container bill of lading number, such as a second ship name, a second marine mobile communication identification code, and second voyage information of the ship. That is, the ship name, the marine mobile communication identification code, the voyage information and the like of the underwriting container are determined through the container logistics tracking database and the underwriting container bill of lading, wherein the voyage information can comprise the ship name, voyage, a cargo port, a dynamic node and the like.
In some embodiments, optionally, the shipping insurance accumulated risk identification system 50 further includes: the generation module is used for generating early warning according to the first data information and the second data information based on the fact that the first data information is matched with the second data information.
In this embodiment, the shipping insurance accumulated risk identification system further includes a generation module. The generation module is mainly used for generating early warning for the first data information and the second data information when the first data information is matched with the second data information, namely, the situation that the ship name, the marine mobile communication identification code and the voyage information of the ship of the carrier container are consistent, namely, when the first ship name is identical to the second ship name, the first marine mobile communication identification code is identical to the second marine mobile communication identification code and the first voyage information is identical to the second voyage information, namely, the first data information and the second data information are combined to generate early warning information, and the early warning information is sent to a related agent of the voyage insurance mechanism. Thereby reminding the insurance institution to timely evaluate the possible maximum loss and providing reference for arrangement and risk transfer of the reinsurance structure.
FIG. 8 shows a schematic block diagram of an electronic device of an embodiment of the invention; wherein the electronic device 80 comprises a memory 802, a processor 804 and a computer program stored on the memory 802 and executable on the processor 804, the processor 804 implementing the steps of the method for identifying a cumulative risk of shipping insurance as in any of the above when the computer program is executed by the processor 804.
The steps of the method for identifying the accumulated risk of shipping insurance provided by the electronic device 80 and the processor 804 when executing the computer program can achieve the technical effects of any one of the embodiments, and are not repeated.
An embodiment of a fourth aspect of the invention proposes a storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of a method of identifying a cumulative risk of a shipping insurance as defined in any of the above.
The storage medium provided by the invention realizes the steps of the shipping insurance accumulated risk identification method when the computer program is executed by the processor, can realize the technical effects of any one of the embodiments and is not repeated.

1. A method of identifying a cumulative risk of shipping insurance comprising:
extracting a underwriting ship list and underwriting container order numbers from a shipping insurance business database;
acquiring first data information of the underwriting ship from a ship database according to the underwriting ship list;
Acquiring second data information of the ship corresponding to the underwriting container bill in a container logistics tracking database according to the underwriting container bill;
performing association matching on the first data information and the second data information;
identifying the underwriting vessel and the underwriting container bill of lading as having an accumulated risk based on the first data information matching the second data information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining first data information of underwriting vessels in a vessel database according to the underwriting vessel list comprises:
acquiring the ship database;
determining first data information of each underwriting ship according to the ship database and the underwriting ship list, wherein the first data information comprises: the marine mobile communication system comprises a first ship name, a first marine mobile communication identification code and first voyage information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining second data information of the ship corresponding to the underwriting container bill of lading from the container logistics tracking database according to the underwriting container bill of lading comprises:
Acquiring the container logistics tracking database;
determining second data information of the ship corresponding to the underwriting container bill of lading according to the container logistics tracking database and the underwriting container bill of lading, wherein the second data information comprises: the second ship name, the second marine mobile communication identification code and the second voyage information.
4. A method of identifying a shipping insurance accumulated risk according to any of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
and generating early warning according to the first data information and the second data information based on the matching of the first data information and the second data information.
5. A shipping insurance accumulated risk identification system, comprising:
the extracting module is used for extracting the underwriting ship list and the underwriting container order number from the shipping insurance business database;
the first acquisition module is used for acquiring first data information of the underwriting ship in a ship database according to the underwriting ship list;
the second acquisition module is used for acquiring second data information of the ship corresponding to the underwriting container bill number in the container logistics tracking database according to the underwriting container bill number;
The matching module is used for carrying out association matching on the first data information and the second data information;
and the identification module is used for identifying the underwriting ship and the underwriting container bill of lading number as having accumulated risks based on the matching of the first data information and the second data information.
6. The shipping insurance accumulated risk identification system of claim 5, wherein the first acquisition module includes:
the third acquisition module is used for acquiring the ship database;
the first determining module is used for determining first data information of each underwriting ship according to the ship database and the underwriting ship list, wherein the first data information comprises: the marine mobile communication system comprises a first ship name, a first marine mobile communication identification code and first voyage information.
7. The shipping insurance accumulated risk identification system of claim 5, wherein the second acquisition module includes:
the fourth acquisition module is used for acquiring the container logistics tracking database;
the second determining module is used for determining second data information of the ship corresponding to the underwriting container bill of lading according to the container logistics tracking database and the underwriting container bill of lading, wherein the second data information comprises: the second ship name, the second marine mobile communication identification code and the second voyage information.
8. The shipping insurance accumulated risk identification system according to any of claims 5 to 7, further comprising:
the generation module is used for generating early warning according to the first data information and the second data information based on the fact that the first data information is matched with the second data information.

An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the steps of the method of identifying a cumulative risk of shipping insurance of any of claims 1 to 4.
10. A storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, which when executed by a processor, implements the steps of a method of identifying a cumulative risk of a shipping insurance as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4.
