In the enterprise association analysis, through the organic combination of the equity association analysis and the natural person association analysis and the combination of the business registration information after data cleaning, a more comprehensive equity investment relationship and a natural person association relationship can be built, the equity investment relationship and the natural person association relationship of the enterprise to be analyzed are deeply excavated, powerful support is provided for comprehensively grasping the enterprise association relationship, the enterprise is helped to better understand the position of the enterprise in a ecological system, and strategy and decision are made more intelligently.
In one embodiment, to reduce system complexity and focus on strong associations, the system implements mining of any hierarchical relationships for relative or absolute equity relationships of the corporate stakeholders, 3-tier inner-tier sub-construction centered on the corporation for general equity relationships, 2-tier inner-tier construction for branch companies, and one-tier relationships for borrowing/vouching enterprises.
In one embodiment of the application, the server can more comprehensively analyze the association relation between the enterprise to be analyzed and other gold platforms and gold enterprises through the gold platform association analysis module and the borrowing/guaranteeing enterprise analysis module, and provide a deeper association analysis view angle; through comprehensive analysis of a plurality of analysis subsystems, various association relations between enterprises to be analyzed and other enterprises can be revealed, including stockholder investment relations, natural person enterprise relations, platform enterprise relations, borrowing/guarantee enterprise relations, enterprise branch office relations and the like, and the integrity of the association relations is improved; and through the enterprise association anomaly analysis module, abnormal association conditions such as legal change times, company set-up quantity, external investment quantity and the like of an enterprise to be analyzed in a preset time interval can be detected, and abnormal behaviors and potential risks of the enterprise can be found.
In addition, the method can rapidly acquire and analyze the business registration information and other related data through an automatic analysis method, improve the real-time performance and response speed of data analysis, generate a comprehensive enterprise association analysis report through comprehensively analyzing the data of all modules, provide a complete association relation view and abnormal association condition reminding for an enterprise to be analyzed, comprehensively know the information of the enterprise to be analyzed in the aspects of an inter-gold platform, a borrowing/guaranteeing enterprise and abnormal association conditions, and be beneficial to the enterprise to better manage the relationship with the inter-gold platform, monitor the situation of the borrowing/guaranteeing enterprise, discover and cope with the potential abnormal association conditions in time, and provide reliable support for enterprise decision.
In one embodiment of the application, the server can acquire the communication relation between the enterprise to be analyzed and other enterprises through the enterprise communication association analysis module, wherein the communication relation comprises information such as contact information, communication addresses and the like, and provides a more comprehensive and deep communication relation analysis result; the actual control person analysis module can determine the actual control person of the enterprise to be analyzed based on the business registration information, so that the accuracy and the credibility of the relationship of the actual control person are improved, and the method is beneficial to better knowing the share right structure and the actual control person condition of the enterprise; and through the enterprise branch office analysis module, the number of branch offices, the regional distribution information and the registration time distribution information of each branch office and the like of an enterprise to be analyzed can be determined, more detailed and useful branch office information is provided, and the expansion condition and the regional distribution condition of the branch offices of the enterprise can be better known.
According to the method and the system, various incidence relations between the enterprise to be analyzed and other enterprises can be revealed through comprehensive analysis of the analysis subsystems, including stockholder investment relations, natural person enterprise relations, platform enterprise relations, borrowing/guarantee enterprise relations, enterprise branch relations and the like, the comprehensiveness and diversity of the incidence relations are improved, further, information of the enterprise to be analyzed in the aspects of communication relations, actual control persons and branch relations can be comprehensively known through comprehensive analysis of data of all modules, the enterprise to be analyzed can better manage communication with the associated enterprise, grasp actual control situations, know branch distribution situations of the enterprise in different areas, and provide beneficial support for strategic decisions.
In one embodiment of the application, after the server performs corresponding analysis on the enterprise to be analyzed through the corresponding analysis subsystem and according to the business registration information to obtain the association relationship of the enterprise to be analyzed, the server can present the complex association relationship to the enterprise or the user in a more visual mode by constructing the association relationship map and visually displaying the association relationship, so that the enterprise or the user can better understand and manage the association relationship of the enterprise. The enterprise decision maker can quickly know the whole association structure and key association party of the enterprise by looking up the association relation map, so that decision making and judgment can be faster. The server displays the association relationship in a graphical mode, so that a user or an enterprise decision maker can more easily find the association and influence relationship among enterprises, and the understandability and usability of the data are improved.
In addition, the server can clearly know the complex association network of the enterprise to be analyzed through the establishment and visual display of the association relation graph, so that potential risks and opportunities can be found, and visual references are provided for decision making. And moreover, the visual display enables the data to be more understandable, and improves insight and decision-making effect on the relationship. The method can be applied to different fields and industries, such as finance, law, business and the like, and provides cross-field association analysis and visualization services.
The foregoing is a method embodiment presented herein. Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the application also provides analysis equipment of the enterprise association relationship, and the structure of the analysis equipment is shown in fig. 2.
Fig. 2 is an internal structure schematic diagram of an enterprise association relationship analysis device provided in an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 2, the apparatus includes:

corresponding analysis is carried out on the enterprises to be analyzed through the corresponding analysis subsystems according to the business registration information so as to obtain the association relation of the enterprises to be analyzed; the association relationship at least comprises: stakeholder investment relationships, natural person-enterprise relationships, platform-enterprise relationships, enterprise communication relationships, borrowing/vouching enterprise relationships, enterprise actual control person relationships, enterprise branch relationship, and enterprise association anomaly relationships.
The embodiments of the present application also provide a non-volatile computer storage medium, storing computer executable instructions, where the computer is capable of, when executing the executable instructions:
based on the initiation trigger of the business demand analysis request, determining the business to be analyzed and the name of the business to be analyzed corresponding to the business demand analysis, and crawling the business registration information corresponding to the business to be analyzed according to the name of the business;
determining an analysis subsystem corresponding to an enterprise to be analyzed based on business demand analysis; the analysis subsystem comprises at least: the system comprises a stock right association analysis module, a natural person association analysis module, a mutual gold platform association analysis module, an enterprise communication association analysis module, a borrowing/guarantee enterprise analysis module, an actual control person analysis module, an enterprise branch office analysis module and an enterprise association abnormality analysis module;
corresponding analysis is carried out on the enterprises to be analyzed through the corresponding analysis subsystems according to the business registration information so as to obtain the association relation of the enterprises to be analyzed; the association relationship at least comprises: stakeholder investment relationships, natural person-enterprise relationships, platform-enterprise relationships, enterprise communication relationships, borrowing/vouching enterprise relationships, enterprise actual control person relationships, enterprise branch relationship, and enterprise association anomaly relationships.
All embodiments in the application are described in a progressive manner, and identical and similar parts of all embodiments are mutually referred, so that each embodiment mainly describes differences from other embodiments. In particular, for the apparatus and medium embodiments, the description is relatively simple, as it is substantially similar to the method embodiments, with reference to the section of the method embodiments being relevant.
The foregoing describes specific embodiments of the present application. Other embodiments are within the scope of the following claims. In some cases, the actions or steps recited in the claims can be performed in a different order than in the embodiments and still achieve desirable results. In one typical configuration, a computing device includes one or more processors (CPUs), input/output interfaces, network interfaces, and memory.

Claims (10)

1. An analysis method for an enterprise association relationship, the method comprising:
based on the initiation trigger of the business demand analysis request, determining a business to be analyzed and a business name corresponding to the business demand analysis, and crawling business registration information corresponding to the business to be analyzed according to the business name;
determining an analysis subsystem corresponding to the enterprise to be analyzed based on the business demand analysis; the analysis subsystem comprises at least: the system comprises a stock right association analysis module, a natural person association analysis module, a mutual gold platform association analysis module, an enterprise communication association analysis module, a borrowing/guarantee enterprise analysis module, an actual control person analysis module, an enterprise branch office analysis module and an enterprise association abnormality analysis module;
carrying out corresponding analysis on the enterprise to be analyzed through the corresponding analysis subsystem according to the business registration information so as to obtain the association relation of the enterprise to be analyzed; the association relation at least comprises the following steps: stakeholder investment relationships, natural person-enterprise relationships, platform-enterprise relationships, enterprise communication relationships, borrowing/vouching enterprise relationships, enterprise actual control person relationships, enterprise branch relationship, and enterprise association anomaly relationships.
2. The method for analyzing an association relationship of an enterprise according to claim 1, wherein the analyzing, by the corresponding analyzing subsystem, the enterprise to be analyzed is correspondingly analyzed according to the business registration information, so as to obtain the association relationship of the enterprise to be analyzed, specifically includes:
determining stockholder information and investment information in an enterprise to be analyzed through an analysis subsystem corresponding to the share right association analysis module based on the business registration information after data cleaning so as to construct a stockholder investment relationship corresponding to the enterprise to be analyzed;
analyzing the associated natural persons of the enterprises to be analyzed in the business registration information after the data are cleaned through an analysis subsystem corresponding to the natural person association analysis module, and determining at least one associated enterprise corresponding to each associated natural person; the associated natural person comprises at least: legal persons, directors, supervision and high management;
and determining the association relationship between the association enterprise and the enterprise to be analyzed according to the association enterprise corresponding to the association natural person and the stockholder investment relationship corresponding to the enterprise to be analyzed.

The method for analyzing an association relationship of an enterprise according to claim 1, wherein the analyzing, by the corresponding analyzing subsystem, the enterprise to be analyzed is correspondingly analyzed according to the business registration information, so as to obtain the association relationship of the enterprise to be analyzed, specifically includes:
carrying out association analysis on affiliated enterprises of the internet financial platform and associated gold-interaction platforms through analysis subsystems corresponding to the gold-interaction platform association analysis modules, and determining the internet financial platform and gold-interaction enterprises corresponding to the enterprises to be analyzed;
analyzing an inter-gold enterprise corresponding to the enterprise to be analyzed through an analysis subsystem corresponding to the borrowing/guarantee enterprise analysis module, determining project information in the inter-gold enterprise, and constructing a borrowing/guarantee enterprise relationship between the enterprise to be analyzed and the inter-gold enterprise according to the project information;
checking the enterprise to be analyzed through an analysis subsystem corresponding to the enterprise association abnormality analysis module to determine whether the enterprise to be analyzed has abnormal association conditions, and constructing an enterprise association abnormality relationship corresponding to the enterprise to be analyzed under the condition that the checking fails;
the abnormal association condition is used for indicating that the legal change times, the company opening quantity and the external investment quantity of the enterprise to be analyzed in a preset time interval are larger than a preset threshold value.

The method for analyzing an association relationship of an enterprise according to claim 1, wherein the analyzing, by the corresponding analyzing subsystem, the enterprise to be analyzed is correspondingly analyzed according to the business registration information, so as to obtain the association relationship of the enterprise to be analyzed, specifically includes:
determining enterprise contact ways in the business registration information after data cleaning through an analysis subsystem corresponding to the enterprise communication association analysis module, and constructing enterprise communication relations among enterprises according to the enterprises to be analyzed and the enterprise contact ways corresponding to the associated enterprises;
determining an actual controller corresponding to the enterprise to be analyzed through an analysis subsystem corresponding to the actual controller analysis module and based on the business registration information after data cleaning so as to construct a corresponding enterprise actual controller relationship;
and determining branches of the enterprise to be analyzed in the business registration information after data cleaning through an analysis subsystem corresponding to the enterprise branch analysis module, and determining the number of branches, the regional distribution information of each branch and the registration time distribution information corresponding to the enterprise to be analyzed.

The method for analyzing an association relationship of enterprises according to claim 1, wherein the determining the enterprise to be analyzed and the name of the enterprise corresponding to the business demand analysis based on the initiation trigger of the business demand analysis request specifically comprises:
based on the initiation trigger of the business demand analysis request, receiving the business demand analysis request, and analyzing the business demand analysis request in a preset mode to determine an enterprise to be analyzed corresponding to business demand analysis;
determining a queriable data source corresponding to the enterprise to be analyzed, and acquiring an enterprise name corresponding to the enterprise to be analyzed from the queriable data source; the queriable data source includes at least: enterprise databases, public data sources.
6. The method for analyzing an association relationship of enterprises according to claim 1, wherein crawling the business registration information corresponding to the enterprise to be analyzed according to the enterprise name specifically comprises:
crawling the business registration information corresponding to the enterprise to be analyzed in at least one information display platform according to the enterprise name of the enterprise to be analyzed by using a crawler technology;
wherein, the business registration information at least comprises: corporate stakeholders, natural stakeholders, external investment enterprises, mutual-gold platforms, borrowing/vouching enterprises, communication addresses, corporate, high-rise, branch/head office.
7. The method for analyzing an association relationship of enterprises according to claim 6, wherein after crawling the business registration information corresponding to the enterprise to be analyzed according to the enterprise name, the method further comprises:
determining whether the non-conventional data exists in the business registration information, and preprocessing the non-conventional data to obtain the business registration information after data cleaning;
wherein the non-conventional data includes at least: missing data, repeated data, error data and format inconsistent data, wherein the preprocessing at least comprises the following steps: numerical value filling processing, redundancy removing processing, data checking processing and data format unifying processing.

The method for analyzing an association relationship of an enterprise according to claim 1, wherein after the analyzing the association relationship of the enterprise to be analyzed by the corresponding analyzing subsystem and according to the business registration information, the method further comprises:
constructing an association relation map corresponding to the enterprise to be analyzed based on the obtained stockholder investment relation, natural person enterprise relation, platform enterprise relation, enterprise communication relation, borrowing/guarantee enterprise relation, enterprise actual control person relation, enterprise branch office relation and enterprise association abnormal relation of the enterprise to be analyzed;
based on a visualization technology and through a preset display form, the association relation map is visually displayed, so that an enterprise or a user can check the association relation map.
9. An apparatus for analyzing an association of an enterprise, the apparatus comprising:
at least one processor;
and a memory communicatively coupled to the at least one processor;
wherein the memory stores instructions executable by the at least one processor to enable the at least one processor to perform a method of analyzing an enterprise association as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. A non-transitory computer storage medium storing computer executable instructions which when executed implement a method of analyzing an enterprise association relationship as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8.
