the polishing unit (200) comprises a polishing component (201) positioned at the tail end of the expansion component (105), pressing plates (202) arranged at two sides of the polishing component (201), fixing bolts (203) arranged between the polishing component (201) and the pressing plates (202), and polishing sand paper (204) arranged at the outer side of the polishing component (201); the method comprises the steps of,
the guide unit (300) comprises a limit disc (301) positioned in the storage part (102), three groups of limit chains (302) arranged below the limit disc (301), a support spring (303) positioned below the limit disc (301) and sleeved outside the limit chains (302), and a guide wheel (304) positioned above the limit chains (302);
the accommodating component (102) comprises a connecting rod (102 a) positioned below the threaded shaft (101), three groups of connecting lugs (102 b) arranged on the outer side of the connecting rod (102 a), three groups of sliding grooves (102 c) arranged on the inner upper side of the connecting rod (102 a), and an accommodating groove (102 d) arranged on the inner lower side of the connecting rod (102 a);
the connecting component (103) comprises a connecting component (103 a) sleeved below the adjusting sleeve (104), a sliding component (103 b) positioned at the top end of the accommodating component (102), and three groups of second limiting rods (103 c) arranged between the connecting component (103 a) and the sliding component (103 b);
the expansion assembly (105) comprises an expansion rod (105 a) positioned below the sliding assembly (103 b), and an expansion groove (105 b) formed on the expansion rod (105 a).

The automotive battery box hole inner wall grinding device of claim 1, wherein: the storage groove (102 d) comprises a spring groove (102 d-1) positioned in the connecting rod (102 a), three sliding grooves (102 d-2) arranged below the spring groove (102 d-1), and a guide wheel groove (102 d-3) arranged below the sliding groove (102 d-2).

The automotive battery box hole inner wall grinding device of claim 2, wherein: the sliding assembly (103 b) comprises a second collar (103 b-1) positioned at the tail end of the second limiting rod (103 c), a rotating lug (103 b-2) arranged below the second collar (103 b-1), and a sliding block (103 b-3) arranged on the inner side of the rotating lug (103 b-2).

The automotive battery box hole inner wall grinding device of claim 3, wherein: the polishing component (201) comprises a top block (201 a) positioned at the tail end of the expansion component (105), a fixed block (201 b) arranged on the inner side of the top block (201 a), a first mounting lug (201 c) arranged at the top end of the fixed block (201 b), a second mounting lug (201 d) arranged below the fixed block (201 b) and a conical block (201 e) positioned at the tail end below the top block (201 a).

The automotive battery box hole inner wall grinding device of claim 4, wherein: the limiting chain (302) comprises a plurality of groups of chain blocks (302 a) positioned below the limiting disc (301), a first rotating block (302 b) arranged at one end of the chain blocks (302 a), and a second rotating block (302 c) arranged at the other end of the chain blocks (302 a).

The automotive battery box hole inner wall grinding device of claim 5, wherein: the chain block (302 a) is provided with a clamping block (302 a-1) below one end, close to the first rotating block (302 b), of the chain block (302 a), and a clamping groove (302 a-2) is formed below one end, close to the second rotating block (302 c).

The automotive battery box hole inner wall grinding device of claim 6, wherein: the guide unit (300) is integrally located in the accommodating groove (102 d), one end of the limiting chain (302) extends to the outside of the accommodating part (102), and the tail end of the limiting chain (302) is connected with the lower portion of the polishing part (201).
