Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in some embodiments of the puncture outfit assembly 100, the puncture outfit assembly 100 further includes a second cap 30, wherein the second cap 30 is movably covered on the main body 11 and is connected with the main body 11 in a sealing manner, so as to form a closed space at one end of the main body 11 provided with the puncture head structure 111.
In this embodiment, the puncture outfit assembly 100 further includes a second cap 30 movably covered on the main body 11, the second cap 30 is connected with the main body 11 in a sealing manner, so that a sealed space is formed by enclosing one end of the main body 11 provided with the puncture head structure 111, and the first channel 112 and the second channel 113 are mutually communicated through the sealed space. Thus, when the puncture outfit 10 performs the pre-injection, the liquid medicine in the injector connected to the second connecting portion 13 can be sequentially transferred into the closed space through the fourth channel 131 and the second channel 113 which are communicated, and then further sequentially enters the external syringe through the first channel 112 and the third channel 121 which are communicated, so as to realize the pre-injection function of the liquid medicine.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in some embodiments of the puncture outfit assembly 100, a baffle 114 is disposed at an end of the main body 11 facing away from the puncture head structure 111, the baffle 114 is circumferentially disposed around the main body 11, and an open end of the second cap 30 is configured to be in abutting engagement with the baffle 114.
In this embodiment, the peripheral side of the puncture outfit 10 is further provided with a baffle 114, the baffle 114 is disposed at one end of the main body 11 facing away from the puncture head structure 111, and the baffle 114 may be, but is not limited to, integrally formed with the main body 11. In this way, in the process that the main body 11 pierces the liquid medicine bottle through the piercing head structure 111, the baffle 114 can be abutted against the bottle stopper of the liquid medicine bottle to limit the insertion depth of the main body 11, so that the tightness after the piercing of the main body 11 and the operability of pulling out can be considered, namely, the risk that the piercing head structure 111 leaks liquid medicine from the piercing head structure 111 due to too shallow insertion is avoided, and the problem that the piercing head structure 111 is difficult to pull out due to too deep insertion is avoided.
Further, the open end of the second cap 30 is adapted to be in abutting engagement with the baffle 114, so that the peripheral edge of the open end of the second cap 30 can be covered by the baffle 114 to improve the fitting tightness between the second cap 30 and the main body 11 by the tight engagement of the second cap 30 and the baffle 114.
Referring to fig. 2, in some embodiments of the puncture outfit assembly 100, the second cap 30 has a second protrusion 31 on an inner side wall thereof, the second protrusion 31 is circumferentially disposed along the second cap 30, and the second protrusion 31 is configured to be in abutting engagement with an outer side wall of the main body 11.
In this embodiment, the second protruding strip 31 is protruding from the inner sidewall of the second cap 30, and the second protruding strip 31 is circumferentially disposed along the second cap 30. In this way, on the one hand, the second protruding strips 31 are used for abutting and matching with the outer side wall of the main body 11, so that the tight matching between the second cap body 30 and the main body 11 is facilitated, and the air tightness of the second cap body 30 is improved; on the other hand, the second protruding strip 31 may also function as a reinforcing rib, so as to increase the structural strength of the second cap 30, thereby being beneficial to prolonging the service life of the second cap 30.
In some embodiments, the second protruding strips 31 may be provided in plurality, and the plurality of second protruding strips 31 are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the second cap 30, so that multiple sealing can be achieved, which is beneficial to further enhancing the connection tightness between the second cap 30 and the main body 11. The specific number and the interval arrangement of the second protruding strips 31 can be set according to the actual requirement, which is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments of the puncture outfit assembly 100, an outer sidewall of the first connecting portion 12 facing one end of the main body 11 is provided with anti-slip ribs 122, and the anti-slip ribs 122 are circumferentially disposed along the first connecting portion 12.
In this embodiment, in order to reduce the risk of slipping when the user holds the puncture outfit 10, the anti-slip ribs 122 are provided around the central position where the user holds the puncture outfit 10, i.e. the outer side wall of the end of the first connecting portion 12 facing the main body portion 11, and the anti-slip ribs 122 may be, but are not limited to, integrally formed with the first connecting portion 12. By arranging the anti-slip ribs 122, on one hand, the friction force of the fingers of a user when the fingers are held by the anti-slip ribs 122 can be increased, so that slipping is avoided, and the safety risk during puncturing is reduced. On the other hand, the anti-slip ribs 122 can also play a role of reinforcing ribs, and can increase the structural strength of the puncture outfit 10, thereby being beneficial to prolonging the service life of the puncture outfit 10.
Further, in some embodiments, the plurality of anti-slip ribs 122 are provided, and the plurality of anti-slip ribs 122 are uniformly arranged on the outer sidewall of the first connecting portion 12 at intervals, so that the arrangement is beneficial to enabling the puncture outfit 10 to have a better anti-slip effect. The specific number and the interval arrangement manner of the anti-slip ribs 122 can be set according to the actual requirement, which is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments of the puncture outfit assembly 100, the puncture head structure 111 includes a first puncture tapered surface 111a and a second puncture tapered surface 111b, the first puncture tapered surface 111a is lower than the second puncture tapered surface 111b, the first channel 112 is disposed toward one end of the puncture head and penetrates to the first puncture tapered surface 111a, and the second channel 113 is disposed toward one end of the puncture head and penetrates to the second puncture tapered surface 111 b.
In this embodiment, the puncture head structure 111 includes a first puncture conical surface 111a and a second puncture conical surface 111b, and the conical surface structures of the two may play a role in guiding assistance in the puncture process of the puncture head structure 111, so that the puncture head structure 111 punctures a medical liquid bottle, thereby being beneficial to improving the convenience in use of the puncture device 10.
In the process of sucking the medical fluid in the medical fluid bottle by the puncture device 10, the medical fluid in the bottle may be sucked by inverting the medical fluid bottle. Because the first puncture conical surface 111a is lower than the second puncture conical surface 111b, when the port of the first channel 112 penetrating the first puncture conical surface 111a is immersed by the liquid medicine, the port of the second channel 113 penetrating the second puncture conical surface 111b is not immersed by the liquid medicine, and at this time, the air flow of the external environment can be communicated into the liquid medicine bottle through the communicated second channel 113 and fourth channel 131, so as to maintain air pressure balance, facilitate the absorption of the liquid medicine, and be beneficial to avoiding the liquid medicine from flowing into the second channel 113.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in some embodiments of the puncture outfit assembly 100, the puncture outfit assembly 100 further includes a fastener 40, the fastener 40 is movably connected to an end of the first connecting portion 12 facing away from the main body 11 and is circumferentially disposed around the first connecting portion 12, and the fastener 40 is used for circumscribing a syringe so as to communicate the third channel 121 with the syringe.
In this embodiment, the fastener 40 is movably connected to the first connecting portion 12, and may be, but is not limited to, threaded with the first connecting portion 12. By providing the fastener 40 at the end of the first connecting portion 12, an external syringe may be sleeved with the fastener 40 to facilitate the abutting communication of the injection port of the syringe with the third passageway 121 in the first connecting portion 12. In this way, the cartridge may suck the medical fluid through the puncture instrument 10 through the third passage 121 communicating therewith to suck and store the medical fluid in the cartridge. By providing the fastener 40, the impact of the high-pressure medical fluid on the connection portion between the first connecting portion 12 and the cylinder can be avoided, which is advantageous in improving the connection stability between the first connecting portion 12 and the cylinder.
In some embodiments, the outer side wall of the fastener 40 is convexly provided with a plurality of spaced ribs, and the plurality of ribs are all arranged along the length direction of the fastener 40 in an extending manner and are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the fastener 40. Thus, on one hand, the roughness of the outer side wall of the fastener 40 is increased, and the phenomenon of sliding caused by force application during the installation of the fastener 40 is avoided, so that the fastening and the installation of the fastener 40 are facilitated; on the other hand, the raised strips can also play a role of reinforcing ribs, so that the structural strength of the fastener 40 can be increased, and the service life of the fastener 40 can be prolonged. The specific number and the interval arrangement mode of the raised strips can be set according to actual requirements, and are not limited herein.
The invention also provides an injection device, which comprises the puncture outfit assembly 100 in any of the previous embodiments, wherein the specific structure of the puncture outfit assembly 100 refers to any of the previous embodiments. The injection device provided by the application can be applied to all the technical schemes in all the embodiments, so that the injection device at least has all the beneficial effects brought by the technical schemes, and the description is omitted herein.

Claims (10)

1. A puncture outfit assembly comprising a puncture outfit and a first cap, the puncture outfit comprising:
the puncture device comprises a main body part, a puncture head and a puncture head, wherein the main body part is of a column structure, a first channel and a second channel which penetrate through the two opposite ends of the main body part are formed in the main body part, and the first channel and the second channel are arranged side by side and are mutually separated;
the first connecting part is connected to one end of the main body part, which is far away from the puncture head structure, and is arranged in an extending way along the length direction of the main body part, a third channel penetrating through the opposite ends of the first channel is formed in the first connecting part, and the third channel is communicated with the first channel towards one end of the main body part; and
the second connecting part is bent and connected to one end of the main body part, which is far away from the puncture head structure, a fourth channel penetrating through the opposite ends of the second connecting part is formed in the second connecting part, and one end of the fourth channel, which faces the main body part, is communicated with the second channel;
the first cap body is movably covered at one end of the second connecting part, which is away from the main body part, and is used for covering the second connecting part so as to cover the port of the fourth channel or separating from the second connecting part, so that the second connecting part is externally connected with the injector, and the fourth channel is communicated with the injector.
2. The penetrator assembly of claim 1, wherein the first cap comprises:
the pipe body part is in plug-in fit with the second connecting part at one end so as to be communicated with the fourth channel, and the other end of the pipe body part is outwards protruded along the direction deviating from the second connecting part and is covered with a filtering membrane; and
the cover body comprises a cover body structure and a surrounding edge structure, the cover body structure is arranged around one end of the pipe body, which is away from the second connecting portion, and the surrounding edge structure is arranged around the circumference of the cover body structure and is arranged around the outer side of the second connecting portion.
3. The penetrator assembly of claim 2, wherein the tube portion includes:
the first section body extends along the length direction of the second connecting part and is used for being in plug-in fit with the second connecting part; and
the second section body, the second section body is located the first section body deviates from the one end of second connecting portion, the cross-sectional area of second section body is greater than the first section body, filtering membrane locates the second section body is towards the one end of first section body.

A spike assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein the inner side wall of the first cap is provided with internal threads and the outer side wall of the end of the second connecting portion facing away from the main body portion is provided with external threads, the second connecting portion being adapted for threaded connection with the first cap or with an external syringe.
5. The puncture outfit assembly according to claim 4, wherein the outer side wall of the first cap body is provided with a plurality of first raised strips, the first raised strips are arranged in an extending manner along the length direction of the first cap body, and the plurality of first raised strips are arranged at intervals along the circumferential direction of the first cap body.
6. The puncture outfit assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising a second cap movably cover arranged on the main body part and connected with the main body part in a sealing way so as to form a closed space at one end of the main body part provided with the puncture head structure.
7. The puncture outfit assembly as recited in claim 6, wherein a baffle is disposed at an end of the main body facing away from the puncture head structure, the baffle being circumferentially disposed about the main body, and the open end of the second cap being adapted for abutting engagement with the baffle.
8. The puncture outfit assembly as recited in claim 6, wherein the inner side wall of the second cap body is provided with a second raised strip, the second raised strip is circumferentially arranged along the second cap body, and the second raised strip is used for being in abutting fit with the outer side wall of the main body.
9. A puncture device assembly as set forth in any of claims 1 to 3, wherein an outer sidewall of the first connecting portion facing one end of the main body portion is provided with an anti-slip rib circumferentially disposed along the first connecting portion;
and/or the puncture head structure comprises a first puncture conical surface and a second puncture conical surface, the first puncture conical surface is lower than the second puncture conical surface, one end of the first channel, which faces the puncture head, is penetrated to the first puncture conical surface, and the other end of the second channel, which faces the puncture head, is penetrated to the second puncture conical surface;
and/or, the puncture outfit assembly further comprises a fastener, wherein the fastener is movably connected to one end of the first connecting part, which is away from the main body part, and is circumferentially and circumferentially arranged along the first connecting part, and the fastener is used for externally connecting the syringe so as to enable the third channel to be communicated with the syringe.
10. An injection device comprising a spike assembly according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
