Detailed Description
Technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments in the present application are within the scope of the protection of the present application.
The terms first, second and the like in the description and in the claims, are used for distinguishing between similar objects and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used may be interchanged, as appropriate, such that embodiments of the present application may be implemented in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein, and that the objects identified by "first," "second," etc. are generally of a type and not limited to the number of objects, e.g., the first object may be one or more.
The electronic device provided by the embodiment of the application is described in detail below through specific embodiments and application scenes thereof with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 14, an electronic device provided in an embodiment of the present application includes: a first frame 2 and a second frame 3 connected by a rotation mechanism 1; the first display screen 4, the first display screen 4 is a flexible display screen, the first display screen 4 covers the rotating mechanism 1 and is respectively connected with the first frame body 2 and the second frame body 3; the first display screen 4 is switchable between a folded state and an unfolded state by the rotating mechanism 1; a first speaker (51, 52), the first speaker (51, 52) comprising a speaker housing 6 and a vibration unit 7, the vibration unit 7 and the speaker housing 6 forming a first cavity 8, a first sound outlet 9 being provided on a face of the speaker housing 6 facing away from the first display screen 4, the first sound outlet 9 being in communication with the first cavity 8; and one end of the sound guide channel 101 is communicated with the first sound outlet 9, and the other end of the sound guide channel 101 is close to the rotating mechanism 1.
Here, the first frame 2 and the second frame 3 are used to support and house other devices. Wherein the first frame body 2 and the second frame body 3 can rotate relative to the rotating mechanism 1, so that the first display screen 4 is switched between a folded state and an unfolded state. The rotating mechanism 1 is used for connecting the first frame body 2 and the second frame body 3, and provides limiting and guiding functions during connection and rotation. In some embodiments, the turning mechanism 1 is a hinge assembly or a swivel assembly.
The first display 4 is a flexible display that can be bent or folded. In some embodiments, the electronic device of the present application further includes a reinforcing steel sheet 25, where the reinforcing steel sheet 25 is located at a position where the first display screen 4 covers the area of the rotating mechanism 1, and is attached to and fixed with the first display screen 4. Here, the reinforcing steel sheet 25 serves to protect the first display screen 4 and ensure that the first display screen 4 can be flexibly folded.
In some embodiments, a camera is provided in the first housing 2, and the first speaker 51 is a speaker located in the first housing 2 and located close to the camera, referred to as an upper speaker. At this time, the first speaker 51 is a speaker unit.
In some embodiments, the first frame 2 is provided with a camera, and the second frame 3 is provided with a secondary board; the first speaker 52 is a speaker located in the second housing 3, which is called a lower speaker, and in this case, the first speaker 52 is a speaker module.
In the present embodiment, the upper speaker reference numeral in the electronic device is generally indicated by 51, and the lower speaker reference numeral is generally indicated by 52. That is, the first speaker in this application may be the upper speaker 51 or the lower speaker 52. That is, the sound guide channel 101 may be provided near the upper speaker 51 or near the lower speaker 52. In the embodiments and the drawings, the first speaker 51 is taken as an upper speaker, the second speaker 52 is taken as a lower speaker, and the sound guide channel 101 is disposed near the upper speaker 51.
It will be appreciated that the first cavity 8 is referred to as the rear cavity of the first loudspeaker. The loudspeaker is a sound generating device and can convert the electric signal into an acoustic signal.
When the first display screen 4 is in a folded state, the electronic device is in a call on state, and the ear is close to the rotating mechanism 1, the first sound wave signal transmitted from the first cavity 8 passes through the first sound output hole 9, the sound guide channel 101 and the second sound output hole 100 in sequence and is transmitted to the outside. In this case, the first speaker may be the upper speaker 51 or the lower speaker 52.
Here, the first display screen 4 is in a folded state, and the human ear is close to the rotating mechanism 1, that is, the user is holding the electronic apparatus in the folded state, see fig. 13. In some embodiments, whether the human ear is close to the rotating mechanism 1 is determined by a sensor on the electronic device, such as a gravity sensor, a gyroscope, or the like. Here, the gravity sensor may detect the tilt and movement of the electronic device by detecting accelerations of the electronic device in three directions of x, y, and z.
It should be noted that, when the first display screen 4 is in a folded state, the electronic device is in a call connection state, and the ear is close to the rotating mechanism 1, because the third sound outlet hole set on the first display screen 4 is blocked inside the screen, the call cannot be realized through the third sound outlet hole, in this embodiment of the application, the first sound outlet hole 9 communicated with the first cavity 8 is formed on the speaker housing 6, and the sound wave signal generated by the vibration unit 7 is guided to the vicinity of the rotating mechanism 1 from the first cavity 8 and the first sound outlet hole 9 in the call process through the sound guiding channel, thereby realizing the handle mode call, but not the hands-free mode call, so that the privacy of the user can be avoided, and the use experience of the user is improved.
In a state where the first display 4 is in a folded state, the electronic apparatus is in a call on state, and the human ear is away from the rotating mechanism 1, the second acoustic signal is transmitted to the outside through the first speaker (51, 52) or the second speaker. Therefore, the handle mode call can be realized instead of the hands-free mode call, so that the privacy of the user can be prevented from being revealed, and the use experience of the user is improved. In this case, when the first speaker is the upper speaker 51, the second speaker is the lower speaker 52; when the first speaker is the lower speaker 52, the second speaker is the upper speaker 51.
Here, the first display screen 4 is in a folded state, and the human ear is away from the rotating mechanism 1, that is, the user reversely holds the electronic apparatus in the folded state, see fig. 14.
If the first speaker is the upper speaker 51, in the case where the first display 4 is in the folded state, the electronic device is in the call-on state, and the ear is far away from the rotation mechanism 1, in order to obtain better call quality, the second sound wave signal is preferably transmitted to the outside through the second speaker 52 (i.e., the lower speaker). If the first display 4 is in a folded state, the second acoustic signal may be transmitted to the outside through the first speaker 51 (i.e., the upper speaker) even if the two split screens formed by the first display 4 are not tightly adhered to each other.
If the first speaker is the lower speaker 52, that is, the sound guide channel 101 is disposed near the lower speaker, then, when the first display screen 4 is in the folded state, the electronic device is in the call on state, and the ear is far away from the rotating mechanism 1, the sound outlet of the lower speaker 52 is not blocked, and in order to obtain better call quality, the second sound wave signal is preferably transmitted to the outside through the first speaker 52 (that is, the lower speaker). If the first display 4 is in a folded state, the second sound signal may be transmitted to the outside through the second speaker 51 (i.e., the upper speaker) even if the two split screens formed by the first display 4 are not tightly adhered to each other.
Here, if the electronic device is only provided with the first display screen 4, when the first display screen 4 is in a folded state and a call is incoming, the call can be switched on by the preset key.
In some embodiments, the electronic device further comprises: the second display screen 10, the second display screen 10 is located the rotary mechanism 1 side, and with first display screen 4 relative setting, the orientation direction of the display surface of second display screen 10 and the display surface of first display screen 4 is opposite.
Optionally, the second display screen 10 is disposed on the first cover 17, and the first cover 17 is connected to the first frame 2. Here, the first cover plate is the first battery cover. It should be understood that the second display screen 10 is a secondary screen disposed on the first cover plate 17, and the first display screen 4 is a primary screen. If the electronic device is provided with the first display screen 4 and the second display screen 10, when the first display screen 4 is in a folded state and a call is incoming, the user can operate the second display screen 10 to achieve a call, for example, achieve a call by sliding input of the user on the second display screen 10. Like this, in combination with the above-mentioned embodiment, not only can avoid user privacy to reveal, promote user's use experience, can also further enrich when first display screen 4 is in the folded state, electronic equipment's interactive mode.
In some embodiments, the electronic device further comprises a second cavity 12; wherein the second cavity 12 is formed by surrounding the vibration unit 7, the first frame 2 and the first display screen 4; alternatively, the second chamber and the first chamber are formed by a vibration unit located in the speaker housing 6, separating the speaker housing 6. It will be appreciated that the second cavity is the front cavity of the first speaker.
Here, the second chamber 12 is formed by surrounding the vibration unit 7, the first frame 2, and the first display screen 4, that is, it is explained that the first speaker 51 is an upper speaker, that is, the first speaker 51 is a speaker unit.
The second cavity 12 is formed by surrounding the vibration unit 7, the first frame 2 and the first display screen 4, the first display screen 4 is in an unfolded state, see fig. 4 and 5, and under the condition that the electronic device is in a call connection state, the third sound wave signal transmitted from the second cavity 12 is transmitted to the outside through the third sound outlet 11, the fourth sound wave signal transmitted from the first cavity 8 is sequentially transmitted to the outside through the first sound outlet 9, the sound guide channel 101 and the second sound outlet 100, and the phase of the third sound wave signal is opposite to that of the fourth sound wave signal, and the third sound outlet 11 is arranged on the first display screen 4, see fig. 2.
It should be noted that, since the third acoustic wave signal transmitted from the second cavity 12 is opposite to the fourth acoustic wave signal transmitted from the first cavity 8, that is, the acoustic wave signals transmitted from the front cavity and the rear cavity of the first speaker 51 are opposite in phase, mutual cancellation is implemented on the back surface of the electronic device (that is, the opposite surface of the first display screen 4), referring to fig. 12, so that talking voice leakage heard by people around the user is greatly reduced, and thus the privacy of the user talking is ensured.
The first speaker 51 is an upper speaker and in some embodiments, referring to fig. 1, the electronic device further includes:
the support plate 13, a first through hole 14 is arranged at the position of the support plate 13 opposite to the first sound outlet 9, a first sealing strip 15 is arranged on one surface of the support plate 13 facing away from the first display screen 4, one end part of the first sealing strip 15 surrounds the first through hole 14, and the other end part extends to the edge of the support plate 13 close to the rotating mechanism 1;
a target member stacked on the support plate 13;
a first seal ring 16 located between the target and the support plate 13, the first seal ring 16 being attached to the target and the support plate 13, respectively, and the first seal ring 16 surrounding the speaker housing 6;
a first cover plate 17 connected to the first frame 2, and the first seal 15 is attached to the first cover plate 17;
wherein the sound guide channel 101 includes a first sound guide channel and a second sound guide channel communicating with the first sound guide channel; the supporting plate 13, the target piece and the first sealing ring 16 are surrounded to form a first sound guide channel; the support plate 13, the first sealing strip 15 and the first cover plate 17 enclose to form the second sound guide channel. Specifically, one end of the second sound guiding channel is communicated with the first sound outlet 9, and the other end is close to the rotating mechanism 1.
Here, the first sound outlet hole 9 and the first through hole 14 are located opposite to each other in order to achieve communication between the first sound guide channel and the second sound guide channel.
It should be appreciated that the first sealing ring 16 is attached to the target and the support plate 13, respectively, and the three form a space, i.e. the first sound guiding channel.
The first sealing strip 15 is respectively attached to the supporting plate 13 and the first cover plate 17, and a space, namely a second sound guide channel, is formed by surrounding the supporting plate 13 and the first cover plate 17.
In some embodiments, the second sound outlet is disposed on the bracket 200 opposite to the other end of the sound guiding channel 101 of the rotating mechanism 1, for example, if the rotating mechanism 1 is a hinge assembly, the bracket 200 is a hinge door plate. In this way, by providing the second sound outlet on the bracket 200, the sound guide channel 101 is opposite to the second sound outlet, so that the sound wave signal guided by the sound guide channel 101 can be transmitted to the outside through the second sound outlet, and can be listened to by the human ear.
In some embodiments, the second sound outlet 100 is disposed at a position of the first cover 17 corresponding to the other end of the sound guiding channel 101, see fig. 11. In this way, by providing the second sound outlet 100 on the first cover 17, the sound guide channel 101 corresponds to the second sound outlet 100, so that the sound wave signal guided by the sound guide channel 101 can be transmitted to the outside through the second sound outlet 100 and can be heard by the human ear.
The first cover 17 and the second cover 24 are back covers of the electronic device for supporting and protecting other devices; the first cover 17 accommodates a camera decorative ring 26 and the second display screen 10. Specifically, the first sealing strip 15 is provided with a first dustproof and waterproof net, so as to realize waterproof and dustproof functions.
In some embodiments, the target is a main board 18, the main board 18 is fixed to the support board 13, and the first speaker 51 is electrically connected to the main board 18.
Here, the support plate 13 plays a role in fixing and protecting the main plate 18. Motherboard 18 is used to make electrical connections to the various devices and modules, providing various functions.
Optionally, the first speaker 51 is electrically connected to a first elastic sheet disposed on the main board 18 through a gold finger. That is, considering the overall thickness and rationality of layout design of internal components and wires of the electronic device, in the case that the first speaker 51 is an upper speaker, the first speaker 51 is not directly fixed on the main board 18, but is electrically connected to the first elastic sheet disposed on the main board 18 through a gold finger, and the main board 18 has a clearance area matched with the first speaker 51.
The first sealing ring 16 is disposed between the main board 18 and the supporting board 13, and the second sealing ring (not shown) is disposed between the first frame 2 and the main board 18, so that the waterproof and dustproof properties of the electronic device can be ensured.
In some embodiments, the target is a first frame 2, the first frame 2 being connected to a first cover 17. That is, the first sealing ring 16 is provided between the first frame 2 and the support plate 13, and the sealing ring is not required to be provided between the first frame 2 and the main plate 18, so that the material and the cost can be saved.
Next, the embodiment described with the first speaker 52 being the lower speaker is all.
In some embodiments, the vibration unit is located in the speaker housing 6 (in this case, the first speaker 52 is a speaker module, which is equivalent to a sealed box, and the vibration unit is not shown in the drawing), and divides the speaker housing 6 into the first and second cavities. I.e. the second and first cavities are formed by a vibrating unit located within the speaker housing 6 separating the speaker housing 6. It should be appreciated that the second cavity is the front cavity of the first speaker 52. In this scenario, neither the first cavity nor the second cavity is shown in the figure.
Correspondingly, the speaker housing 6 is provided with a fourth sound outlet 19, see fig. 6, the fourth sound outlet 19 being in communication with the second cavity (i.e. with the front cavity of the lower speaker 52); the side wall of the second frame 3, which is far away from the rotating mechanism 1, is provided with a fifth sound outlet hole 20, see fig. 2; the fifth sound outlet hole 20 is opposite to the fourth sound outlet hole 19;
in some embodiments, with the first display 4 in the folded state, the electronic device is in a talk-on state, and the human ear is away from the rotation mechanism 1, the second acoustic signal is transmitted to the outside through the first speaker 52 (i.e., the lower speaker). The second sound wave signal comprises a sixth sound wave signal and a seventh sound wave signal; specific acoustic signal transmissions are as follows:
the sixth acoustic wave signal transmitted from the second cavity (lower speaker front cavity) is sequentially transmitted to the outside through the fourth acoustic hole 19 and the fifth acoustic hole 20, the seventh acoustic wave signal transmitted from the first cavity (lower speaker rear cavity) is sequentially transmitted to the outside through the first acoustic hole 9, the acoustic guide channel 101 and the second acoustic hole 100, and the phase of the sixth acoustic wave signal is opposite to that of the seventh acoustic wave signal.
In the case where the first display 4 is in the folded state, the electronic apparatus is in the call on state, and the human ear is away from the rotation mechanism 1, the second sound wave signal is transmitted to the outside through the first speaker 52 (i.e., the lower speaker), because the sound outlet of the lower speaker 52 in this case is not blocked, a better call quality can be obtained.
In addition, since the sixth acoustic wave signal transmitted by the second cavity is opposite to the seventh acoustic wave signal transmitted by the first cavity, that is, the acoustic wave signals transmitted by the front and rear cavities of the first speaker 52 are opposite in phase, mutual cancellation is realized on the back surface of the electronic device (that is, the opposite surface of the first display screen 4), so that talking voice leakage heard by people around the user is greatly reduced, and further, the talking privacy of the user is ensured.
In some embodiments, with the first display 4 in the unfolded state and the electronic device in the talk-on state, the fifth acoustic signal is transmitted to the outside through the second speaker (i.e., the upper speaker 51).
That is, in the case where the first display 4 is in the unfolded state and the electronic apparatus is in the call-on state, sound is produced by the upper speaker 51.
In some embodiments, the electronic device of the present application further comprises:
the sub-board 21, the first speaker 52 is electrically connected to the sub-board 21, and a face of the speaker housing 6 close to the first display 4 covers the sub-board 21.
Specifically, the sub-board 21 is electrically connected to the main board 18 through a flexible circuit board 22, and electrical connections including, but not limited to, a lower speaker, a first battery 23, a bottom antenna, etc. are made to the main board 18.
A second cover plate 24 connected to the second frame 3, wherein a second sealing strip (not shown in the figure, reference may be made to the design of the first sealing strip) is arranged on one surface of the second cover plate 24 adjacent to the auxiliary plate 21, one end of the second sealing strip surrounds the first sound outlet, and the other end extends to the edge of the second cover plate 24 adjacent to the rotating mechanism 1;
the first battery 23, the first battery 23 is connected with the auxiliary board 21, and the surface of the first battery 23 facing away from the first display screen 4 and the surface of the loudspeaker housing 6 facing away from the auxiliary board 21 are located on the same plane;
the second cover plate 24, the second sealing strip, the first battery 23 and the first speaker 52 are enclosed to form the sound guide channel 101.
It should be understood that the second sealing strip is attached to the first battery 23 and the first speaker 52 of the second cover 24, and the four are enclosed to form a space, that is, the sound guide channel 101. Specifically, be equipped with the dustproof waterproof net of second on the second sealing strip, its purpose is realized waterproof dustproof function.
In some embodiments, the second sound outlet is disposed at a position of the second cover plate 24 corresponding to the other end of the sound guiding channel 101. In this way, by providing the second sound outlet on the second cover plate 24, the sound guide channel 101 corresponds to the second sound outlet, so that the sound wave signal guided by the sound guide channel can be transmitted to the outside through the second sound outlet, and can be listened to by the human ear.
If the first speaker 51 is an upper speaker, referring to fig. 1, the electronic device of the present application further includes: the third sealing ring 27 is sleeved on the first loudspeaker 51 and used for blocking the first cavity 8 and the second cavity 12.
Optionally, the electronic device of the present application further includes a fourth sealing ring 30 located between the fourth sound outlet 19 and the fifth sound outlet 20.
Here, optionally, the materials of the first sealing strip 15, the second sealing strip, the first sealing strip 16, the second sealing strip, the third sealing strip and the fourth sealing strip 30 may be foam, so as to play a role in water resistance.
Optionally, the electronic device of the present application further includes a second battery 28, where the second battery 28 is disposed in the first housing 2 and is electrically connected to the motherboard 18. Here, the first battery 23 and the second battery 28 are used to supply power, the first battery 23 is connected to the sub-board 21 through a flexible circuit board FPC, and the second battery 28 is electrically connected to the main board 18 through the FPC.
Optionally, the electronic device of the present application further includes a post-camera module 29, where the post-camera module 29 is disposed on the motherboard 18. The electronic device of the application further comprises
Under the condition that the first display screen 4 is in different states, and the user holds the electronic device in different states (such as positive holding and negative holding), the corresponding adaptive audio parameters are called by software, and the phase of the sound wave signal is adjusted by utilizing the audio parameters, so that better conversation quality is achieved. In some embodiments:
when the first display screen 4 is in an unfolding state and the electronic equipment is in a call on state, the phase of the sound wave signal is adjusted by using a first audio parameter;
when the first display screen 4 is in the folded state, the electronic equipment is in a call on state, and the human ear is close to the rotating mechanism 1 (namely folding, holding and making a call), the phase of the sound wave signal is adjusted by using the second audio frequency parameter;
when the first display screen 4 is in the folded state, the electronic device is in a call-on state, and the ear is far away from the rotating mechanism 1 (i.e. folded, reversely held, and the phone is turned on), the phase of the sound wave signal is adjusted by using the third audio parameter;
wherein the first audio parameter, the second audio parameter, and the third audio parameter are different from one another.
