when the plugging module 2 is used, the two air pumps 233 are controlled by the controller to start to inflate the inside of the air bags 234, so that the air bags 234 gradually extend outwards and slowly wrap the outer sides of the hydrogen storage tanks 1, the air bags 234 completely wrap the area of the hydrogen storage tanks 1 between the two fixing parts 22, and the air bags 234 start to expand along with the continuous inflation of the air pumps 233 so that the air bags 234 are tightly attached to the outer sides of the hydrogen storage tanks 1 until the air bags 233 reach a required state, and the air pumps 233 stop running, so that the outer sides of the hydrogen storage tanks 1 are tightly wrapped by the air bags 234, and an effective plugging effect can be achieved; the plugging module 2 is arranged, so that the hydrogen storage tank is mainly used for wrapped plugging of the outer side of the hydrogen storage tank 1, an automatic plugging function of an alarm device is realized, the problem of hydrogen leakage is solved in time, and the expansion of the leakage problem is avoided; when the leakage point is detected as the area between the two fixed parts 22, the air pump 233 can be used for inflating the air bag 234, so that the air bag 234 fully wraps the area between the two fixed parts 22, further, the hydrogen is prevented from continuing to leak outwards, the blocking mode is simple and rapid, the problem of hydrogen leakage can be timely slowed down, and sufficient time is provided for personnel in the vehicle to solve; in addition, the effective plugging area of the plugging portion 23 is a detection difficulty between the two fixing portions 22, and can perform effective plugging no matter whether a single leakage point or a plurality of leakage points exist in the area, the coverage area is relatively comprehensive, and the service environment of the hydrogen storage tank 1 can be well matched.

when the air inlet pipe fitting 24 is installed, the main pipeline is connected with the air inlet end of the air pump 233, the air inlet end of the air pump 233 is modified to be communicated with the end part of the main pipeline, then the end parts of the two branch pipelines 242 are connected with the main pipeline 241, and finally the branch pipelines 242 are embedded in the installation groove, so that the branch pipelines 242 are kept fixed; when detecting that hydrogen leaks, the controller firstly judges the approximate position of the leaking point according to the detection result of the detection module, if the leaking point is at a single fixed position, at this time, the controller controls a control valve 243 on a branch pipe 242 corresponding to the leaking point to be opened, and control valves 243 on other branch pipes 242 keep a closed state, and simultaneously controls an inflator 233 to operate, at this time, suction force generated by the inflator 233 enables air and part of leaked hydrogen at the leaking point to enter through the branch pipe 242, and finally the air is inflated into an inflatable bag 234 by the inflator 233 after passing through the main pipe 241 until the inflatable bag 234 is inflated to a required state, the inflator 233 stops operating, and the control valve 243 on the branch pipe 242 is closed; if a plurality of leakage points exist, the controller simultaneously opens the control valve 243 on the branch pipe 242 corresponding to the plurality of leakage points; thus, through the arrangement of the air inlet pipe fitting 24 and the cooperation of the air inlet pipe fitting 233 and the air pump 233, the air pump 233 is used as an air conveying structure of the air pump 233, the air inflation effect of the air pump 233 on the air bag 234 is not affected, meanwhile, the hydrogen communication air leaked near the leakage point can be filled into the air bag 234 together, the concentrated collection of part of the leaked hydrogen is realized, the concentration of the hydrogen around the leakage point is reduced, the surrounding environment of the hydrogen storage tank 1 is in a relatively safe state, and the safety protection effect of the alarm device is further improved; in addition, by arranging four branch pipes 242 and arranging control valves 243 on the branch pipes 242, the external area of the hydrogen storage tank 1 can be equally divided into four air inlet areas, and the control valves 243 at corresponding positions are controlled to be conducted through a controller, so that the accurate hydrogen gas suction function at the positions of leakage points is realized.
