When the door leaf 1 is closed, the door closing limiting part can limit the door closing position. The side door sleeve 2 disclosed by the embodiment of the invention is provided with the door closing limiting part on the outdoor side flat plate line 23, so that the outdoor side flat plate line 23 has the function of a door stop line, not only can shield a glue line, but also can serve as the door stop line, and the door closing limiting part is directly formed on the outdoor side flat plate line 23, so that the depth of the outdoor side is reduced, and the outer side of the door leaf 1 and the outer side of the outdoor side flat plate line 23 can be kept closer to each other even on the same plane on the premise of keeping an inward opening mode. The outdoor flat plate line 23 is made of metal, when the door is closed, the door leaf 1 impacts the door closing limiting part made of metal, and compared with the wooden door stop line on the market, the door leaf is more impact-resistant, the door leaf is free from cracking, deformation and other problems, and the door leaf is more reliable.
The door leaf 1 rotates around a hinge 3 at one side in the opening and closing process, and the edge of the door leaf 1 is in interference with the side door sleeve 2 in the rotating process, so that the gap between the auxiliary sleeve stile 21 and the door leaf 1 needs to be relatively large to avoid interference during rotation, and the opening and closing of the door leaf 1 are affected. If the gap between the auxiliary stile 21 and the door leaf 1 is increased, the sealing is affected by the oversized gap when the door leaf 1 is closed, and the indoor flat line 22 and the outdoor flat line 23 can shield the two sides of the gap.
Referring to fig. 7 to 9 and 10 and fig. 12 to 15, the outdoor side flat wire 23 has a fixing clip groove 236, and an end of the outdoor side of the auxiliary stile 21 is inserted into the fixing clip groove 236 and fixed by a fastener. In order to make the connection between the outdoor side flat plate wire 23 and the auxiliary stile 21 flat after installation, the thickness of the part of the auxiliary stile 21 inserted into the fixing clip groove 236 can be made thinner than that of other parts. In addition to the insertion fit with the auxiliary stile 21, the outdoor side flat wire 23 may be provided with fasteners to achieve more secure fixation.
The side surface of the outdoor side flat plate line 23 facing the door leaf 1 is a door closing reserved side surface 237, in the embodiment shown in fig. 12 to 15, the door closing reserved side surface 237 protrudes from the auxiliary sheathing stand-up stiffener 21, the door closing limit part 235 of the outdoor side flat plate line 23 protrudes from the door closing reserved side surface 237, and the door sheathing magnetic seal member 24 is installed on the door closing limit part 235.
The door-closing reserved side 237 in fig. 7 to 9 and 10 is recessed in the auxiliary stile 21, and the bottom of the fixing clip groove 236 forms the door-closing limit portion 235, and the door pocket magnetic seal 24 is disposed on the door-closing reserved side 237, including but not limited to the insertion of the door pocket magnetic seal 24 on the door-closing reserved side 237.
In the closed state, since the dimension of the door-closing reserve side 237 in the thickness direction of the door leaf 1 (downward in the closed state) is significantly smaller than the dimension of the auxiliary stile 21 in the thickness direction of the door leaf 1. Because the dimension of the door-closing reserved side 237 in the thickness direction of the door leaf 1 is smaller, the space influence on the rotation of the door leaf 1 is smaller, the gap between the door leaf 1 and the door-closing reserved side 237 can be designed to be relatively smaller, and the door-closing gap is formed between the door leaf 1 and the door-closing reserved side 237 when the door is closed although the distance between the door leaf 1 and the auxiliary stile 21 is larger, so that the smaller door-closing gap is ensured on the premise of meeting the normal opening and closing of the door leaf 1.
The outdoor side flat plate line 23 is used for installing a plate thickened part 234 with thicker wall thickness than other areas, and the door hinge 3 (such as a hidden hinge) is fixed on the plate thickened part 234 through the hinge fastener (such as a fastening screw), so that the installation is more stable. The auxiliary stile 21 is made of wood or metal, such as aluminum honeycomb panel.
The product collocation conceals the hinge, and the fluting position of hinge is in the door pocket side, and door leaf 1 and door pocket interjacent area increase, better play the effect of dispersion, and the product is still very smooth after long-time use, can not appear the condition that door leaf 1 sags and cuts the rubbing ground.
The outdoor side flat plate line 23 is provided with at least a corner connector 231 and a corner piece connector 232, and the fastening of the side door pocket 2 can be conveniently realized by inserting the corner connector 231 and inserting the corner piece into the corner piece connector 232.
It should be noted that fig. 11 and 16 mainly show the structure of the top door pocket 4 and the position of the mute bar 18, where the top door pocket 4 is mounted on the top wall 102, and the top door pocket 4 includes a top auxiliary stile 41, a top indoor side flat line 42, a top outdoor side flat line 43, and a top door pocket magnetic seal 44.
Since the structure of the top door pocket 4 is the same as that of the side door pocket 2, the structure of the top door pocket 4 will not be described in detail, and reference should be made to the above description.
It should be noted that fig. 7 to 11 are door leaf assemblies of an outward opening door, and fig. 12 to 16 are door leaf assemblies of an inward opening door, wherein the structure of a door leaf 1 of the door leaf assembly of the outward opening door is the same as that of a door leaf 1 of the door leaf assembly of the inward opening door, and the difference is that the arrangement positions of a guide edge 173 and a door leaf magnetic seal 16 are different; the door pocket of the door leaf assembly of the outward opening door has the same structure as the door pocket of the door leaf assembly of the inward opening door, but is different in the position of the door closing limit part and the position of the door pocket magnetic attraction sealing piece 24.
Fig. 7, 8, 10, and 12 to 14 each show the hinge 3 in two positions, namely, the door 1 in the open state and the door 1 in the closed state.
