The upper fixing bracket 303, the lower fixing bracket 304, the left fixing bracket 305 and the right fixing bracket 306 are distributed along the circumferential direction of the door frame 2, and the upper fixing bracket 303, the lower fixing bracket 304, the left fixing bracket 305 and the right fixing bracket 306 each have a first connection surface 301 facing the door frame 2 and a second connection surface 302 facing the outer side wall 101 of the door frame 1. As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the second connecting surface 302 is provided with a limiting groove 3021 and a slot 3022, and the periphery of the outer side wall 101 is provided with a limiting buckle 1011 and an L-shaped buckle 1012, wherein the limiting buckle 1011 is suitable for being inserted into the limiting groove 3021, and the L-shaped buckle 1012 is suitable for being inserted into the slot 3022.
Through so setting up, interconnect between upper fixed bolster 303, lower fixed bolster 304, left fixed bolster 305 and right fixed bolster 306 can make the reinforcing assembly whole more firm. Therefore, the metal reinforcement assembly of the present embodiment can prevent the door outer frame 1 from being deformed in the left-right direction and the up-down direction, resulting in affecting the sealability of the door body.
As an alternative embodiment, the second connecting surface 302 is provided with a limit catch 1011 and an L-shaped catch 1012. Limiting grooves 3021 and slots 3022 are respectively arranged on the periphery of the outer side wall 101.
As yet another alternative, the second connection surface 302 is removably connected to the outer sidewall 101 by a riveted or threaded connection.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 11 to 13, the door body further includes a door front plate 6, a first fixing piece 401, and a second fixing piece 402. Wherein the door front plate 6 is disposed at a side of the metal reinforcement assembly away from the door frame 2. The first fixing piece 401 is provided on the door front panel 6 and is located at a side of the door front panel 6 close to the metal reinforcing assembly. The first fixing piece 401 is provided with a fastening structure 403 extending toward the metal reinforcing component. The left fixing bracket 305 and/or the right fixing bracket 306 are provided with a first insertion hole 307 which is suitable for being mutually buckled with the buckling structure 403 of the first fixing piece 401. Preferably, a door handle 601 is provided at a side of the door front plate 6 remote from the outer frame, and a user can hold the door handle 601 to apply force to the door body so that the door body opens or closes the cooking cavity of the cooking appliance.
The second fixing piece 402 is provided at a side of the door front panel 6 close to the metal reinforcing member. The second fixing piece 402 is provided with a fastening structure 403 extending toward the metal reinforcing component. The lower fixing bracket 304 is provided with a second insertion hole 308 which is mutually buckled with a buckling structure 403 of the second fixing piece 402. As shown in fig. 4, a first connection hole 3081 is provided on a wall of one side of the second insertion hole 308. The fastening structure 403 of the second fixing piece 402 is correspondingly provided with a second connecting hole 4031. The first connection hole 3081 is adapted for a fastener to pass through and connect with the first connection hole 3081.
By so doing, the first fixing piece 401 can be engaged with the first insertion hole 307, thereby pre-positioning the door front plate 6 and the metal reinforcing member. The second fixing piece 402 can be screwed with the hole wall of the second insertion hole 308, thereby reliably positioning the door front panel 6 on the metal reinforcement member. Preferably, the clamping part of the clamping structure 403 is located at the lower side of the clamping structure 403, and after the clamping structure 403 of the first fixing piece 401 is inserted into the first inserting hole 307, the clamping structure 403 can move downwards under the action of external force or gravity and is erected on the wall of the lower side hole of the first inserting hole 307. Meanwhile, the clamping part of the clamping structure 403 can be located at the rear side of the wall of the first jack 307, and therefore hooks on the metal reinforcing component below the first jack 307, and therefore the limiting effect on the clamping structure 403 in the front-rear direction is achieved. After the connection piece 404 of the second fixing piece 402 is inserted into the second insertion hole 308, an operator can pass through the first connection hole 3081 and the second connection hole 4031 by a fastener to connect the hole wall of the second insertion hole 308 with the connection piece 404 of the second fixing piece 402.
Among them, the fastener is preferably but not limited to a screw or a rivet, etc.
Preferably, the fastening structure 403 and the connecting piece 404 are both T-shaped fasteners. In the first fixing piece 401, the T-shaped buckle is configured to: the engaging portion on one side thereof extends downward and can be erected on the wall of the lower side hole of the first insertion hole 307. In the second fixing piece 402, the T-shaped buckle is configured to: the portion thereof connected to the main body of the second fixing piece 402 extends in the horizontal direction and can serve as a connection piece 404 and make surface contact with the hole wall of the second insertion hole 308. Therefore, in the present embodiment, the first fixing piece 401 and the second fixing piece 402 can be manufactured by the same process, which contributes to reducing the manufacturing cost of the first fixing piece 401 and the second fixing piece 402.
The following describes the assembly process of the door front plate 6: the front door panel 6 is fixed on the first fixing piece 401 and the second fixing piece 402, then the fastening structures 403 of the front door panel 6 and the first and second fixing pieces 402 are respectively inserted into the first insertion hole 307 and the second insertion hole 308, and then the front door panel 6 is moved downwards, so that the fastening structures 403 of the first fixing piece 401 are erected on the lower edge of the first insertion hole 307. The fastening structure 403 of the second fixing piece 402 is fixed on the hole wall of the second jack 308 by using a fastener. Through the arrangement, the front door plate 6 can be reliably installed on the metal reinforcing component by only one screw, and the installation procedure is simple and efficient.
In one embodiment, the door body further comprises an inner door plate located between the front door plate and the door frame 2, and the middle part of the metal reinforcement component is provided with a containing groove, and the inner door plate is limited in the containing groove. The inner door panel not only can support the metal reinforcement assembly to prevent the play deformation between the upper fixing bracket 303, the lower fixing bracket 304, the left fixing bracket 305 and the right fixing bracket 306, but also is helpful to enhance the overall structural strength of the door body.
In one embodiment, the cooking appliance includes a cavity front plate 9 and a cooking cavity. The cavity front plate 9 is formed with a first opening 901. The first opening 901 communicates with the cooking cavity and the door further comprises a first sealing ring 5. The first sealing ring 5 is arranged on the door outer frame 1 and/or the door framework 2 and is positioned on one side of the door outer frame 1 and the door framework 2 far away from the metal reinforcing component, and is suitable for sealing a gap between the cavity front plate 9 and the door body when the door body is closed. The first sealing ring 5 is used for sealing the gap between the cavity front plate 9 and the door body and preventing water vapor in the cavity from leaking.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the first seal ring 5 includes a mounting portion 501 and a sealing portion 502. The mounting portion 501 is fixedly connected to the door frame 1. The sealing portion 502 is connected to the mounting portion 501 and protrudes from the mounting portion 501 in a direction approaching the cavity front plate 9. At least one first rib 5021 is provided on the sealing portion 502. The first rib 5021 is spaced from the free end 5022 of the sealing portion 502. When the door body is closed, the first protruding rib 5021 and the free end 5022 are in interference fit with the cavity front plate 9.
The sealing portion 502 includes at least one first rib 5021 formed thereon. When the door body is closed, the first protruding rib 5021 can be in interference fit with the cavity front plate 9 together with the free end 5022 of the sealing part 502, so that multiple sealing is implemented between the door body and the cavity front plate 9, and the sealing effect is good. The number of the first ribs 5021 is preferably, but not limited to, one, two, three or more. For example, in this embodiment, the number of the first ribs 5021 is two, when the door body is closed, the free end 5022 of the sealing portion 502 and the two first ribs 5021 are in interference fit with the cavity front plate 9, and a triple seal is formed between the door body and the cavity front plate 9.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 14 and 15, the sealing portion 502 of the first seal ring 5 includes a first rising portion 5023 and a second rising portion 5024. The first rising portion 5023 extends from the mounting portion 501 in a direction approaching the cavity front plate 9. The second rising portion 5024 is connected to an end portion of the first rising portion 5023 remote from the sealing portion 502, an included angle is formed between an extending direction of the first rising portion 5023 and an extending direction of the second rising portion 5024, the second rising portion 5024 extends toward a middle portion of the first opening 901 in a direction remote from the first rising portion 5023, and the first rib 5021 is formed on the second rising portion 5024.
By so doing, the second rising portion 5024 at the upper end of the sealing portion 502 can be inclined downward, thereby guiding water downward to avoid water accumulation of the first sealing ring 5. Further, the first seal ring 5 is provided to include a first rising portion 5023 and a second rising portion 5024, and an angle is formed between the extending directions of the first rising portion 5023 and the second rising portion 5024. When the door body is closed, the sealing portion 502 can be bent along the connection between the first and second rising portions 5023 and 5024, so that pressure is applied toward the cavity front plate 9, which helps to further improve the sealing effect of the door body.
As an alternative embodiment, the sealing portion 502 extends toward the direction approaching the cavity front plate 9, an abutment surface provided toward the cavity front plate 9 is formed at one end of the sealing portion 502 approaching the cavity front plate 9, and the first bead 5021 is formed on the abutment surface.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the door outer frame 1 is suitable for being arranged on one side of the front panel 9 of the cavity in a covering way to form a second opening, the door outer frame 1 further comprises a T-shaped convex edge arranged at the edge of the second opening, a first mounting groove 5013 is formed on the mounting part 501 of the first sealing ring 5, and the T-shaped convex edge is blocked in the first mounting groove 5013; the T-shaped convex edge is provided with an insert 1021, the mounting part 501 is provided with an insert 5012, and the insert 1021 is inserted into the insert 5012.
Through so setting up, first sealing washer 5 can be fixed on T shape convex edge through first mounting groove 5013, and insert 1021 inserts in the jack 5012 of first sealing washer 5 for first sealing washer 5 is more firm with T shape convex edge connection.
As an alternative embodiment, the mounting portion 501 is provided with an insert 1021, and the t-shaped flange 102 is provided with an insertion hole 5012.
In one embodiment, the mounting portion 501 is at least partially sandwiched between the spacing flange and the door frame 2. At least one bead is formed on a side of the mounting portion 501 near the door frame 2. The convex rib is in interference fit with the door skeleton 2.

In a preferred embodiment, the second sealing ring 7 has an exposed edge exposed outside the outer frame and the door front panel 6, the exposed edge being wrapped around the outer periphery of the outer frame, a first face and a second face being formed on a side of the exposed edge away from the outer frame in a direction away from the door front panel 6, the first face extending from the front panel toward the outer frame, the first face being directed gradually closer to the outer frame in a direction away from the door front panel 6, the second face being connected to the first face and extending to the outer frame, and the second face being rounded. Generally speaking, in order to prevent the door hinge 8 from loosening and generating abnormal sound, the gap between the door hinge 8 and the second mounting groove 309 is small, so that when the door hinge 8 or the second mounting groove 309 is deformed, the door hinge 8 is hard to push into the second mounting groove 309, and the second protruding rib 3091 is disposed on the groove wall of the mounting groove 5013 in this embodiment, so that the contact area between the door hinge 8 and the groove wall of the second mounting groove 309 can be reduced, and the friction force can be reduced, so that the door hinge 8 can be mounted more easily.
Preferably, the cooking apparatus further comprises a cabinet on which the cavity front plate 9 is formed, and the hinge portion 802 of the door hinge 8 is hinged to the cabinet. The door hinge 8 is used to hinge the door body to the case body.
