the driving gear (302) is fixedly arranged on the outer surface of the rotating shaft (202), the rotating rod (301) is rotatably arranged on the outer surface of the rotating shaft (202), and the outer surface of the rotating shaft (202) is not contacted with the inner surface of the rotating rod (301);
the bottom end surface of the sludge baffle plate (204) is attached to the top end surface of the sludge pushing plate (312);
the bottom end surface of the pushing plate (203) is attached to the top end surface of the rotating disc (305), and the top end surface of the pushing plate (203) is attached to the top end surface of the inside of the storage tank (101);
the interior of the storage tank (101) is divided into four areas by a pushing plate (203), wherein two areas communicated with the nitrogen outlet pipe (102) are anaerobic areas, and the other two areas are aerobic areas.

step C: when sewage enters the anaerobic zone after passing through the aerobic zone, denitrifying bacteria are conveyed to the inside through a bacteria inlet pipe (103) connected with the anaerobic zone, so that the denitrifying bacteria carry out denitrification reaction on sewage containing nitrate and nitrite in the anaerobic zone, at the moment, the nitrate and the nitrite generate nitrogen through the denitrification reaction, and then the nitrogen is discharged through a nitrogen outlet pipe (102), so that denitrification reaction treatment of the sewage is completed;
