It should be noted that: like reference numerals and letters denote like items in the following figures, and thus once an item is defined in one figure, no further discussion thereof is necessary in subsequent figures.
According to the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, there is provided a multi-wire harness clamp comprising an upper clamp 1 and a lower clamp 2.
The side of the upper pipe clamp 1 and the side of the lower pipe clamp 2 are respectively provided with a plurality of pipe grooves 3, and the pipe grooves 3 are in flaring structures, so that the wire harness 15 can be embedded into the pipe grooves 3 and fixed.
The upper pipe clamp 1 and the lower pipe clamp 2 are connected through a connecting mechanism 9, and the upper pipe clamp 1 and the lower pipe clamp 2 can rotate relatively; an upper half clamping cap 4 is arranged on one side of the upper pipe clamp 1, a lower half clamping cap 5 is arranged on one side of the lower pipe clamp 2, and the upper half clamping cap 4 and the lower half clamping cap 5 can be mutually engaged and embedded into the same hole, and can be mutually separated and respectively embedded into different holes.
Further, a second clamping cap 6 is further arranged on the side, away from the lower pipe clamp 2, of the upper pipe clamp 1, and is used for connecting and fixing the upper pipe clamp 1.
Still further, a stud hole 7 is further provided on a side of the lower pipe clamp 2 away from the upper pipe clamp 1, for connection and fixation of the lower pipe clamp 2.
Still further, a plurality of damping holes 8 are formed in the upper pipe clamp 1 and the lower pipe clamp 2, the damping holes 8 in the upper pipe clamp 1 and the second clamping cap 6 correspond to each other, and the damping holes 8 in the lower pipe clamp 2 transversely penetrate through the stud holes 7. The damping holes 8 distributed on one side can effectively provide structural support and damping, so that the rigidity of the pipeline after fixing is reduced, and the toughness is improved.
Further, the connecting mechanism 9 comprises a connecting column 10 and a connecting groove 11, the connecting column 10 is fixed on the upper pipe clamp 1, and an annular boss 12 is arranged on the side wall of the connecting column 10; the lower pipe clamp 2 is provided with a connecting groove 11 for embedding the connecting column 10, an annular groove 13 is concavely arranged on the inner side wall of the connecting groove 11 inwards, and the annular boss 12 and the annular groove 13 are mutually buckled. An annular spring 14 is further arranged in the annular groove 13, and the annular spring 14 abuts against the annular boss 12.
The connecting mechanism 9 can move up and down, the annular spring 14 is used for returning, the annular boss 12 is integrated with the upper pipe clamp 1, and the annular groove 13 is integrated with the lower pipe clamp 2. In practice, when the upper pipe clamp 1 is pressed, the annular boss 12 moves downwards along with the upper pipe clamp 1, meanwhile, the annular spring 14 is extruded, and when the annular boss 12 moves to the position of the annular groove 13, the rotation of the upper pipe clamp 1 is not damped, and the upper pipe clamp can rotate at will. After loosening, under the action of elastic force, the annular boss 12 moves upwards along with the upper pipe clamp 1, and at the moment, the annular boss 12 and the connecting groove 11 are in interference fit and have large axial rotation damping, so that the upper pipe clamp 1 cannot rotate.
According to the illustration in fig. 3, when the upper pipe clamp 1 and the lower pipe clamp 2 are both fixed longitudinally, by pressing the upper pipe clamp 2 and the lower pipe clamp 2, the gap between the upper half clamping cap 4 and the lower half clamping cap 5 of the first clamping cap is reduced, the effective radius is reduced, the first clamping cap can be installed on a sheet metal hole site without resistance, and after the first clamping cap is loosened, the first clamping cap is restored to a larger radius under the action of the elasticity of the annular spring 14, so that clamping is realized. When the disassembly is needed, the same operation is performed, and the quick disassembly is realized. And convenience is improved.
While certain specific embodiments of the invention have been described in detail by way of example, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the above examples are for illustration only and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that modifications may be made to the above embodiments without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention.
