Of course, the side wall of the plug 51 may be further provided with a plurality of first limiting holes 511, and the side wall of the slot 211 may be provided with a second limiting hole 2111, in this case, the second limiting hole 2111 may be opposite to a different first limiting hole 511, and the height of the raising plate 50 relative to the first beam 21 may be adjusted, so that the applicability of the tail gate may be improved.
In some embodiments, the arc plate 10 may be an integral structure, so that the overall strength of the arc plate 10 is ensured, and the leakage is not easy.
In other embodiments, the arc-shaped plate 10 includes a plurality of bending plate units 13, and the plurality of bending plate units 13 are sequentially connected to form the arc-shaped plate 10, so that the bending plate units 13 can be conveniently manufactured, and the whole arc-shaped plate 10 is formed in a splicing manner in the later period, so that the arc-shaped plate 10 has higher strength, and almost no gap exists between two adjacent bending plate units 13, so that the leakage can be effectively prevented.
To improve the strength of the arc 10, the arc 10 may further include a support beam 14, where the support beam 14 is connected between the first beam 21 and the second beam 22, that is, two ends of the support beam 14 may be connected to the first beam 21 and the second beam 22, respectively, and the support beam 14 may be vertically disposed, that is, the support beam 14 may be disposed parallel to the first hanger beam 31 and the second hanger beam 32, and the support beam 14 is located at a middle position between the first hanger beam 31 and the second hanger beam 32, or at a middle position of the arc 10. The support beam 14 may be used to support the double-bent plate unit 13.
By adding a support beam 14 in the middle of the arc 10, it can be used to increase the structural strength of the entire tailgate.
In some embodiments, the arc plate 10 is welded to the first beam 21, the second beam 22, the first hanger beam 31 and the second hanger beam 32 respectively, and the fixing manner can ensure the strength, stability and reliability of the connection part, and no leakage occurs.
Of course, besides welded fixation, the welding fixture can also be connected by bolts, so that the strength can be ensured, and the welding fixture can be conveniently disassembled and assembled so as to be convenient for maintenance.
The embodiment of the application also provides a vehicle, which comprises a vehicle body and the tail gate, wherein the tail gate can be connected to the tail part of the vehicle body in an opening and closing way through the first hanging lugs 311 and the second hanging lugs 321, so that the installation of the tail gate is realized, the opening and closing of the tail gate can be realized, and the unloading of materials is convenient.
The vehicle can be a dump truck, a muck truck, a mud head truck, a dump truck, a van-type transport vehicle and the like.
It should be noted that, the specific structure and working principle of the vehicle body may refer to the prior art, and may not be described in detail herein.
Application example
In order to verify the effect of the tail gate provided by the invention, the tail gate shown above is applied to a muck truck as a tail gate (rear gate) of the muck truck, and mechanical properties such as strength of the tail gate are analyzed and verified.
In the embodiment, the static strength analysis is performed on the tail gate according to the loading of the muck scene with 0.25 lateral acceleration and 0.3 longitudinal acceleration. And judging whether the requirement of structural strength is met or not by modeling the tail gate and then carrying out strength analysis. For modeling description, see "Q/SY 072 253-2020" for analysis of the overall static simulation of dump truck.
The intensity calculation of five working conditions is respectively carried out in simulation software, wherein the intensity calculation comprises a dynamic load working condition, a steering working condition, a braking working condition, a opposite lifting working condition and a 30-degree lifting working condition. Specifically, the loading descriptions for each condition are as follows:
dynamic load combined working condition: 2.5g vertical acceleration;
steering combined working condition: vertical acceleration of 1.5 g+lateral acceleration of 0.25 g;
braking combination working condition: 1g vertical acceleration +0.3g longitudinal acceleration;
to lifting the combination operating mode: vertical acceleration of 1 g+axial diagonal 200mm;
0/30 degree lifting combined working condition: vertical acceleration of 1 g.
The results of the calculation of the strength of the tail gate under each condition are shown in table 1 below.

As can be seen from Table 1, the maximum stress under dynamic load conditions is 275MPa, the maximum stress under steering conditions is 258MPa, the maximum stress under braking conditions is 151MPa, the maximum stress under lifting conditions is 224MPa, and the maximum stress under 30-degree lifting conditions is 162MPa. According to the related experience in the past, the provided tail gate has smaller stress under the working condition of the whole car 5, and meets the strength use requirement.
Under the full working condition, the maximum stress of the provided tail gate is 275Mpa, and the maximum stress does not exceed the allowable stress of the material by 540Mpa, so that the strength design requirement is met.
It can be seen that, the overall strength of the tail gate in the embodiment of the application can be improved to a certain extent, so that the tail gate is not easy to deform when being subjected to load, the requirements of light weight, few welding seams, firmness and reliability can be met, and the tail gate has a height adjusting function, so that a vehicle applying the tail gate can have a good application scene.

Claims (11)

1. A tailgate for mounting to a vehicle body, comprising: the device comprises an arc-shaped plate (10), a first cross beam (21), a second cross beam (22), a first hanging lug beam (31), a second hanging lug beam (32) and a heightening plate (50);
the arc-shaped plate (10) comprises a first plate surface (11) and a second plate surface (12), the first plate surface (11) faces the inner side of the vehicle body, the second plate surface (12) faces the outer side of the vehicle body, at least part of the arc-shaped plate (10) protrudes along a first direction, and the first direction is from the first plate surface (11) to the second plate surface (12);
the first cross beam (21) and the second cross beam (22) are respectively connected to two ends of the arc-shaped plate (10) in the second direction;
the first hanging lug beam (31) and the second hanging lug beam (32) are respectively connected to two ends of the arc-shaped plate (10) in the third direction;
the heightening plate (50) is connected with the first cross beam (21) and is positioned between the first hanging lug beam (31) and the second hanging lug beam (32); wherein,
the first direction, the second direction and the third direction are perpendicular to each other.
2. Tail gate according to claim 1, characterized in that the two ends of the curved plate (10) in the second direction are respectively convex along the first direction;
and/or, the two ends of the arc-shaped plate (10) in the third direction are respectively protruded along the first direction.
3. Tail gate according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises a first stiffening plate (41);
the first reinforcing plate (41) is respectively connected to the connection parts of the arc-shaped plate (10), the first cross beam (21) and the first hanging lug beam (31), and the connection parts of the arc-shaped plate (10), the first cross beam (21) and the second hanging lug beam (32).
4. The tailgate of claim 1, further comprising a second reinforcement panel (42);
the second reinforcing plate (42) is respectively connected to the connection parts of the arc-shaped plate (10), the second cross beam (22) and the first hanging lug beam (31), and the connection parts of the arc-shaped plate (10), the second cross beam (22) and the second hanging lug beam (32).
5. The tail gate according to claim 1, wherein one of the height-increasing plate (50) and the first cross beam (21) is provided with a plurality of pins (51), the pins (51) are arranged at intervals along the third direction, the other one is provided with a plurality of slots (211), and the slots (211) are arranged at intervals along the third direction;
the plurality of bolts (51) are in one-to-one corresponding plug-in fit with the plurality of slots (211).
6. The tail gate according to claim 5, characterized in that the side wall of the plug pin (51) is provided with a first limiting hole (511), and the side wall of the slot (211) is provided with a plurality of second limiting holes (2111);
the first limiting holes (511) are arranged corresponding to one of the second limiting holes (2111), and limiting pieces (60) are arranged in the first limiting holes (511) and the corresponding second limiting holes (2111) in a penetrating mode.

Tail gate according to claim 1, characterized in that the first hanger beam (31) is provided with a first hanger (311) and the second hanger beam (32) is provided with a second hanger (321), the first hanger (311) and the second hanger (321) each extending in a direction opposite to the first direction.
8. Tail gate according to any of claims 1 to 7, further comprising a support beam (14), the two ends of the support beam (14) being connected to the first and second cross beam (21, 22), respectively.
9. Tail gate according to any of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that said curved plate (10) is of unitary construction;
or, the arc-shaped plate (10) comprises a plurality of bending plate units (13), and the bending plate units (13) are sequentially connected to form the arc-shaped plate (10).
10. Tail gate according to any of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the arc plate (10) is welded to the first cross beam (21), the second cross beam (22), the first hanger beam (31) and the second hanger beam (32), respectively.
11. A vehicle comprising a vehicle body and the tailgate of any one of claims 1 to 10;
the tail gate is connected to the tail of the car body in an openable and closable manner through the first hanging lug beam (31) and the second hanging lug beam (32).
