Further, a plate loading control assembly 15 is connected to the printing assembly 11 and is in communication with the information recognition assembly 14, and the plate loading control assembly 15 loads the engraved printing plate 12, i.e. installs the printing plate 12 on the plate table of the printing assembly 11, and ensures that the position and direction of the plate surface are correct when the printing assembly 11 detects that the printing plate 12 is located at the preset position, so as to ensure that the printing plate 12 prints according to the expected position and layout.

a printing assembly;
a printing plate coupled to the printing assembly;
an imprinting assembly, connected to the printing assembly, for imprinting a preset product code on the printing plate;
the information identification component is connected with the printing component and is used for identifying and acquiring the preset product code on the printing plate so as to verify whether the preset product code meets a preset standard or not, and generating a printing control instruction when the preset product code meets the preset standard;
and the printing control assembly is connected with the printing assembly and is in communication connection with the information identification assembly, receives the printing control instruction sent by the information identification assembly, and installs the printing plate on a plate table of the printing assembly so as to enable the printing assembly to start printing.
2. The printing apparatus of claim 1 wherein the printing unit is configured to,
the printing equipment further comprises a coding component which is in communication connection with the imprinting component, the coding component receives the preset product code input by a user or generates the preset product code according to a preset program and sends the preset product code to the imprinting component.
3. The printing apparatus of claim 1 wherein the printing unit is configured to,
the printing equipment further comprises an alarm component which is in communication connection with the information identification component, so that when the information identification component verifies that the preset product code does not meet the preset standard, an alarm instruction sent by the information identification component is received, and an alarm signal is sent.
4. The printing apparatus of claim 1 wherein the printing unit is configured to,
the printing equipment further comprises an automatic correction component which is in communication connection with the information identification component and the imprinting component, so that when the information identification component verifies that the preset product code does not meet the preset standard, an automatic correction instruction sent by the information identification component is received, and a correction imprinting instruction is sent to the imprinting component, so that the imprinting component imprints the preset product code on the printing plate again.
5. The printing apparatus of claim 1 wherein the printing unit is configured to,
the printing equipment further comprises a computer system matching component which is in communication connection with the information identification component and the edition control component, wherein standard data information is stored in the computer system matching component so as to receive the preset product code sent by the information identification component, the preset product code is converted into character information so as to be compared with the standard data information, and the edition control instruction is generated when the character information is matched with the standard data information.
6. The printing apparatus of claim 1 wherein the printing unit is configured to,
the printing device further comprises an information processing component which is in communication connection with the printing component and the information identification component so as to receive the preset product code sent by the information identification component and the printing characteristic parameters sent by the printing component.
7. A printing method, characterized in that the printing method comprises:
the method comprises the steps of (1) imprinting a preset product code on a printing plate;
identifying and acquiring the preset product code on the printing plate;
verifying whether the preset product code meets a preset standard or not;
and in response to the preset product code meeting the preset standard, mounting the printing plate on a plate table of a printing assembly to start the printing assembly to print.
8. The printing method of claim 7 wherein prior to the step of imprinting the predetermined product code on the printing plate, further comprising:
and receiving the preset product code input by a user, or generating the preset product code according to a preset program.
9. The printing method of claim 7 wherein the printing method further comprises:
and sending an alarm signal and re-imprinting the preset product code on the printing plate in response to the preset product code not meeting the preset standard.
10. The printing method of claim 7 wherein after said step of identifying said predetermined product code on said printing plate, said step of verifying whether said predetermined product code meets predetermined criteria further comprises:
the preset product codes are converted into text information;
the step of verifying whether the preset product code meets a preset standard comprises the following steps:
the text information is compared with the standard data information to verify whether the text information matches the standard data information.
