The method for producing the antistatic plastic express packaging bag according to claim 1, wherein the second yaw cutting device comprises a second yaw frame, a second yaw motor, a second yaw sliding rod, a second yaw screw rod and a second yaw knife, the second yaw sliding rod is arranged on the slitting frame, the second yaw screw rod is rotatably arranged on the slitting frame, the second yaw motor is arranged on the slitting frame and is in transmission connection with the second yaw screw rod, the second yaw sliding rod and the second yaw screw rod respectively penetrate through the second yaw frame, the second yaw screw rod is connected with the second yaw frame through a screw pair, and the second yaw knife is arranged on the second yaw frame.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the second swing blade is mounted on the second swing frame through an elastic plastic sheet.
