The clamping base 611 comprises a clamping base plate 6111, a clamping support plate 6112 arranged on the clamping base plate 6111, and a clamping hole 6113 arranged on the clamping support plate 6112; the clamping driving assembly 612 comprises a screw rod sliding table 6121 arranged between a clamping bottom plate 6111 and a clamping supporting plate 6112, a clamping motor 6122 used for driving the screw rod sliding table 6121 to move, and a clamping claw 6123 arranged at the moving end of the screw rod sliding table 6121 and extending out of a clamping hole 6113, wherein a clamping convex edge 613 is arranged on the clamping supporting plate 6112, and the clamping claw 6123 and the clamping convex edge 613 are correspondingly matched to clamp the mobile phone; after the mobile phone is transferred onto the clamping support plate 6112 by the manipulator device 7, the clamping claw 6123 and the clamping convex edge 613 correspondingly cooperate to clamp the mobile phone, and the positioning cover plate 511 corresponding to the mobile phone model is placed above the mobile phone by the manipulator device 7, so that the laser glue removing holes 512 on the positioning cover plate 511 correspond to screws on the mobile phone.
Also, as shown in fig. 7, the screw disassembling mechanism 62 includes a disassembling bracket 621 provided on the frame 1, a disassembling lifter 622 provided on the disassembling bracket 621, a disassembling base 623 provided on the disassembling lifter 622, a rotating cutter 624 provided on the disassembling base 623 for rotating the loose screw, and a suction nozzle rotating assembly 625 for sucking and rotating the loose screw;
when the rotation tool 624 rotates and loosens the mobile phone screw, the suction nozzle rotating assembly 625 is used for sucking and rotating the mobile phone screw, and the dismounting lifting assembly 622 is used for driving the dismounting base 623 to move upwards so as to separate the mobile phone screw from the mobile phone.
The mobile phone screw is reduced from falling or toppling over after being separated from the mobile phone, the disassembly accuracy of the mobile phone screw is improved, and the disassembly efficiency of the mobile phone screw is improved; the screw removing mechanism 62 further includes a screw chuck assembly 626 provided on the removing base 623 for assisting in clamping the screw, the screw chuck assembly 626 including a thumb cylinder 6261, a chuck 6262 provided at a clamping end of the thumb cylinder 6261; when the screw is dropped or skewed, the suction nozzle rotating assembly 625 cannot suck the mobile phone screw, the thumb cylinder 6261 is used for driving the two chucks 6262 to be close to each other so as to clamp the screw, and the screw chuck assembly 626 is driven to move upwards by the disassembling and lifting assembly 622 so as to separate the mobile phone screw from the mobile phone.
The disassembly base 623 is also provided with a pressing driving component 627 for driving the rotary cutter 624 to move up and down; the pressing driving component 627 comprises a pressing sliding rail 6271 arranged on the disassembly base 623, a pressing base 6272 arranged on the pressing sliding rail 6271, and a pressing cylinder 6273 arranged on the disassembly base 623 and used for driving the pressing base 6272 to move up and down relative to the disassembly base 623, wherein the rotary cutter 624 is arranged on the pressing base 6272, and the pressing cylinder 6273 is used for driving the pressing base 6272 to move down so as to drive the rotary cutter 624 to press down on a screw; prevent that the screw from skidding when dismantling, improved dismantlement efficiency.

The conveying clamping mechanism 23 is preferably a screw sliding table and a motor, a baffle is arranged on the moving end of the screw sliding table, the motor is used for driving the screw sliding table to drive the baffle to move towards the direction close to the side wall of the conveying belt mechanism 21 so as to be used for clamping a mobile phone in cooperation with the side wall of the conveying belt mechanism 21, so that the mobile phone is prevented from being skewed, and the mobile phone is conveniently clamped by the manipulator device 7 more accurately. The buffer mechanism 24 is preferably an air cylinder arranged on the frame 1 and a buffer baffle arranged at the telescopic end of the air cylinder, the buffer mechanism 24 is arranged below the conveyer belt moving mechanism 22, and when the conveyer belt moving mechanism 22 drives the conveyer belt mechanism 21 to move, the air cylinder is used for driving the buffer baffle to move upwards so that the buffer baffle presses against and blocks the conveyer belt mechanism 21, thereby improving the accuracy of the mobile position of the mobile phone, and facilitating the manipulator device 7 to clamp the mobile phone from the conveyer belt mechanism 21 more accurately. The mobile phone visual recognition mechanism 25 is preferably an industrial visual camera, is convenient for recognizing the mobile phone model and the mobile phone position, is convenient for accurately clamping the mobile phone, is also used for corresponding to the subsequent screw disassembling step, and uses a positioning cover plate 511 corresponding to the mobile phone model, so that the accuracy and the applicability of the mobile phone screw disassembling are improved.

The heating lifting mechanism 34 and the heating horizontal moving mechanism 33 are correspondingly matched to enable the heating support table 32 to be far away from or close to the heating table 31, so that the heating position and the heating temperature of the mobile phone are quickly adjusted, the heating efficiency of the mobile phone is improved, and the accuracy of local heating of the mobile phone is also improved. The heating table 31 is provided with an electric heating tube for rapidly heating the mobile phone.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the cover removing device 4 includes a rear cover removing base 41, a cover removing clamping mechanism 42 provided on the rear cover removing base 41 for clamping the bottom of the mobile phone, a suction cup mechanism 43 for sucking the rear cover of the mobile phone, and a suction cup lifting mechanism 44 for driving the suction cup mechanism 43 to move up and down.
The cover removing and clamping mechanism 42 is used for clamping the bottom of the mobile phone, the sucker mechanism 43 is used for sucking the back cover of the mobile phone, the sucker lifting mechanism 44 is used for driving the sucker mechanism 43 to move upwards, so that the sucker mechanism 43 and the cover removing and clamping mechanism 42 are relatively far away, the back cover of the mobile phone and the mobile phone are separated, the operation is convenient, manual operation is not needed, and the efficiency of removing the back cover of the mobile phone is improved. The sucker lifting mechanism 44 is preferably a screw sliding table and a motor for driving the screw sliding table to move, the sucker mechanism 43 is preferably a vacuum sucker, and the sucker mechanism 43 is arranged at the moving end of the screw sliding table so as to drive the sucker mechanism 43 to move up and down.
The cover-removing clamping mechanism 42 comprises a transverse clamping assembly 421 and a longitudinal clamping assembly 422 which are arranged transversely, and the transverse clamping assembly 421 and the longitudinal clamping assembly 422 are correspondingly matched to clamp the four sides of the mobile phone; the transverse clamping assembly 421 comprises a transverse sliding rail 4211, a transverse screw rod sliding table 4212 arranged on the transverse sliding rail 4211, and a transverse motor 4213 for driving the transverse screw rod sliding table 4212 to move along the length direction of the transverse sliding rail 4211; the longitudinal clamping assembly 422 comprises a longitudinal sliding rail 4221, a longitudinal screw rod sliding table 4222 arranged on the longitudinal sliding rail 4221, and a longitudinal motor 4223 for driving the longitudinal screw rod sliding table 4222 to move along the length direction of the longitudinal sliding rail 4221; screw threads at two ends of the transverse screw rod sliding table 4212 are reversely screwed, so that sliding tables on the two reverse screw rod threads are close to or far away from each other, and further two sides of the mobile phone are clamped; screw threads at two ends of the longitudinal screw rod sliding table 4222 are reversely screwed, so that sliding tables on the two reverse screw rod threads are close to or far away from each other, and further two ends of the mobile phone are clamped.
The cover removing device 4 further comprises a hot air blower mechanism 45 arranged on one side of the cover removing clamping mechanism 42 and used for blowing hot air to the mobile phone; the hot blast mechanism 45 comprises a hot blast nozzle 451 and a nozzle moving assembly 452 arranged on the side edge of the cover removing clamping mechanism 42 and used for moving along the length direction of the side edge of the cover removing clamping mechanism 42, the nozzle moving assembly 452 is preferably a linear motor, the hot blast nozzle 451 is positioned at the moving end of the nozzle moving assembly 452, and the hot blast nozzle 451 is used for driving the hot blast nozzle 451 to move along the length direction of the side edge of the cover removing clamping mechanism 42 so as to blow the side edge of the mobile phone, so that glue on the mobile phone is kept in a dissolved state, and the rear cover of the mobile phone is convenient to separate from the mobile phone.
