The precision medical infusion device of claim 1, wherein: the conveying assembly comprises a fixed plate (9) and a rotating shaft (10) which are arranged in an installation groove (8), the fixed plate (9) is close to a perfusion tube (3) and is provided with a clamping plate (11), a guide rod on the side face of the clamping plate (11) penetrates through the fixed plate (9), a limiting block and a compression spring are respectively arranged at the end and the outer side of the middle part of the guide rod, the two ends of the compression spring are respectively abutted against the surfaces of the fixed plate (9) and the clamping plate (11), the upper end of the rotating shaft (10) is connected with a stepping motor (12) in the main body (2), and a plurality of extrusion blocks are sequentially arranged on the outer side of the rotating shaft (10) from top to bottom.
3. The precision medical infusion device of claim 2, wherein: the motor driver of the stepping motor (12) is electrically connected with the output end of the central controller (7).
4. The precision medical infusion device of claim 1, wherein: the monitoring system also comprises an input module, a storage module and an auditing module, wherein:
the input module is used for inputting medical orders and information of patients and is connected with the code scanner and the communication interface on the main body (2);
the storage module is used for storing all medicine information, wherein the medicine information comprises but is not limited to the dosage of medicines and corresponding tabu medicines;
the auditing module is used for comparing and analyzing the liquid medicine information in the medical advice with the stored medicine information and auditing whether the medical advice can be executed;
the input module, the storage module and the auditing module are all electrically connected with the central controller (7).

The precision medical infusion device of claim 1, wherein: the sensor module (6) is mounted inside the liquid storage barrel (1), and the sensor module (6) comprises, but is not limited to, a pressure sensor, a concentration sensor, a color sensor, a particle floating sensor and a temperature sensor.

The precision medical infusion device of claim 1, wherein: the monitoring system further comprises a calculation module, the body surface area and the concentration interval of the medicine are calculated according to the information of the patient, the range of the standard dosage interval of the medicine is displayed according to the body surface area of the patient in the specification, and the calculation module is electrically connected with the central controller (7).
7. The precision medical infusion device of claim 1, wherein: the liquid storage cylinder (1) is particularly brown which can resist ultraviolet rays, and the specification of the liquid storage cylinder is 550ml.
8. The precision medical infusion device of claim 1, wherein: the side of the main body (2) is also provided with a charging interface connected with the power supply module through a wire.
