the diagnosis device comprises a diagnosis device body (1), wherein a diagnosis visual window (9) is formed in the middle of the rear of a diagnosis cavity (2) in the diagnosis device body (1), and lifting threaded rods (10) are respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the rear of the diagnosis cavity (2) through bearing rotation.
