Therefore, aiming at a live scene with a huge request quantity in a short period, the processing pressure of a live server needs to be relieved in a targeted manner.

In a live broadcast scene, a situation that a user terminal and a live broadcast synchronously interact usually exists, for a large-scale active live broadcast scene, the number of the user terminals participating in the live broadcast interaction is huge, if the live broadcast interaction is triggered at the same moment, huge request quantity needs to be processed at the same moment for a server, so that not only can great pressure be caused on the server, but also extremely high requirements are provided for the performance of the server. For this reason, one or more embodiments of the present disclosure provide an information processing method, apparatus, device, and storage medium, so as to relieve the instantaneous processing pressure of a server and improve the user experience.
Before describing the information processing method, apparatus, device and storage medium provided in one or more embodiments of the present specification, a system scenario to which the embodiments of the present specification are applied will be described first with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a block diagram of an information processing system according to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, and the information processing system includes a server 10, a gateway device 20, and a plurality of user terminals 30 as shown in fig. 1. Each user terminal 30 is configured to display a live broadcast screen corresponding to a live broadcast scene and an operation page for a user to execute a triggering operation. Based on this, in the case that the response to the operation page is triggered, the user terminal 30 may acquire the indication information from the server 10, where the indication information is determined by the server 10 according to the presentation form of the entity object, and is used to instruct the user terminal 30 to display an image containing a preset icon in the operation page, where the displayed preset icon corresponds to the presentation form of the entity object.
Accordingly, the server 10 is configured to determine a presentation form of the entity object, and when receiving the request information sent by the user terminal 30, the server 10 may return, to the user terminal 30, indication information corresponding to the presentation form according to the presentation form of the entity object.
As shown in fig. 1, in order to relieve the processing pressure of the server 10, a gateway device 20 is provided between the user terminal 30 and the server 10 for filtering the request information transmitted by each user terminal 30. Alternatively, according to the processing capability of the server 10, a corresponding traffic limit may be set in the gateway apparatus 20 in advance, and when the gateway apparatus 20 receives the request information sent by each user terminal 30, the number of requests corresponding to the user terminal 30 that sent the request information is first determined to determine whether the number of requests exceeds the set traffic limit.

Based on this, the gateway device 20 may forward the request information sent by the first user terminal to the server 10 for subsequent processing, so as to reduce the processing pressure of the server 10, and for the request information sent by the other user terminals 30, the gateway device 20 may flexibly process according to the actual requirement, which is not limited herein.
The specific functions of each device in the information processing system and the interaction procedure between each device are described in detail below.
In this embodiment, the entity object corresponding to the synchronous interaction between the user terminal 30 and the live broadcast is referred to as a first object, and in the live broadcast process, the server 10 may continuously acquire video images including the first object, and synchronously display the acquired video images in the live broadcast picture of each user terminal 30. In the present embodiment, the specific manner of determining the first user terminal based on the traffic limit value by the gateway apparatus 20 is not limited, and in an alternative manner, the gateway apparatus 20 may first determine whether the number of user terminals 30 transmitting the first request information is greater than the traffic limit value, if the number is greater than the traffic limit value, accumulate the number of user terminals 30 according to the time sequence of receiving the first request information, and determine that the user terminal 30 corresponding to the accumulated number is less than or equal to the traffic limit value as the first user terminal.
In another alternative, after determining that the number of the user terminals 30 that send the first request information is greater than the traffic limit, the gateway device 20 may further determine, according to the IP address of each user terminal 30, a distance between the geographic location of each user terminal 30 and the geographic location of the first object; further, in combination with the preset distance threshold, it is determined that the user terminal 30 whose corresponding distance is less than or equal to the distance threshold and whose cumulative number is less than or equal to the traffic limit value among the user terminals 30 that transmit the first request information is the first user terminal.
It should be noted that the above determination method is merely an exemplary description, and is not limited to this in practical application. Further, when the user terminal 30 is in the first presentation form of the first object and performs the first operation, the user terminal 30 may continuously display the first image including the first preset icon in the operation page; or, after displaying the first image containing the first preset icon for a preset period of time, displaying a fourth image containing the second preset icon to indicate that the first object is restored from the first presentation form to the initial presentation form, and the specific display mode can be flexibly selected.
Based on the above, the overall flow of the present embodiment will be briefly described below with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of a communication process between devices in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, before a live broadcast event is not started, a first operation is performed on a first object in the live broadcast event, and a corresponding flow limit may be configured for a gateway device through a gateway configuration platform. Based on the above, when the live broadcast activity starts, in the live broadcast process, the user terminal can send first request information to the gateway device, and if the number of requests does not exceed the configured flow limit value, the gateway device directly forwards the first request information sent by the user terminal to the server; if the number of the requests exceeds the configured flow limit, the gateway equipment does not forward the first request information sent by the user terminal to the server and directly returns preset prompt information to the user terminal.
As shown in fig. 2, after the server receives the first request information forwarded by the gateway device, the presentation form corresponding to the first object may be determined according to the video image acquired from the live broadcast device. If the presentation form of the first object is determined to be the first presentation form, returning first indication information to the user terminal through the gateway equipment; and if the presentation form of the first object is determined to be the second presentation form, returning second indication information to the user terminal through the gateway equipment so that the user terminal can display the corresponding image according to the received first indication information or the second indication information.
It should be noted that the example shown in fig. 2 is only an alternative manner of the embodiment of the present system, and the practical application is not limited thereto, and details of the whole communication process may be referred to the description of the corresponding parts of the above embodiment, which is not repeated herein.
In this embodiment, by setting the flow limit in the gateway device, the number of user terminals accessing the server at the same time can be effectively controlled, and for the server, the request of the user terminal can be quickly responded within the processing capacity range of the server, so that the real-time requirement of online and offline synchronous interaction in a live scene can be effectively met, the processing pressure of the server can be reduced, and the user experience can be effectively improved.
Based on the system architecture, one or more embodiments of the present disclosure further provide a flowchart of an information processing method suitable for the server, and fig. 3a is a flowchart of the information processing method, and as shown in fig. 3a, the method includes:
s102, receiving first request information of a first user terminal; the first user terminal is any user terminal which transmits the first request information to the server after the first request information is transmitted to the gateway equipment and is screened by the gateway equipment; the first request information is used for requesting to display a first image on the first user terminal when the presentation form of the first object is the first presentation form; the first image comprises a first preset icon corresponding to the first presentation form;

In one possible implementation, determining a presentation form of the first object includes: receiving second indication information, wherein the second indication information is used for indicating the presentation form of the first object; the presentation forms include a first presentation form or a second presentation form; the second presentation modality is different from the first presentation modality; and determining the presentation form of the first object according to the second indication information.
In one possible implementation, determining a presentation form of the first object includes: acquiring a video image including a first object; a presentation form of the first object is determined from the video image.
In one possible implementation, determining a presentation form of a first object from a video image includes: if the second image is displayed in the video image, determining that the presentation form of the first object is the first presentation form; the second image is an image displaying the first object according to the first presentation form; or if the third image is displayed in the video image, determining that the presentation form of the first object is the second presentation form; the third image is an image displaying the first object according to the second presentation form; the second presentation modality is different from the first presentation modality.
In a possible implementation manner, the method further includes: if the presentation form of the first object is the second presentation form, sending third indication information to the first user terminal; the third indication information is used for indicating the first user terminal to display a fourth image; the fourth image includes a second preset icon corresponding to the second presentation modality.
Accordingly, based on the system architecture, one or more embodiments of the present disclosure further provide a flowchart of an information processing method suitable for the gateway device, and fig. 3b is a flowchart of the information processing method, as shown in fig. 3b, where the method includes:
S202, receiving first request information sent by at least one user terminal; the first request information is used for requesting to display a first image on the user terminal when the presentation form of the first object is the first presentation form; the first image comprises a first preset icon corresponding to the first presentation form;
s204, determining a corresponding flow limit value according to the first request information;
s206, based on the flow limit value, screening a first user terminal from the at least one user terminal;
s208, the first request information sent by the first user terminal is forwarded to a server.
In a possible implementation manner, the first user terminal is screened from the at least one user terminal based on the flow limit value, including: determining whether the number of at least one user terminal is greater than a traffic limit; if the number of the at least one user terminal is larger than the flow limit value, the number of the user terminals is accumulated according to the time sequence of receiving the first request information, and the user terminal, of which the accumulated number is smaller than or equal to the flow limit value, in the at least one user terminal is determined to be the first user terminal.
In a possible implementation manner, the first user terminal is screened from the at least one user terminal based on the flow limit value, including: determining whether the number of at least one user terminal is greater than a traffic limit; if the number of at least one user terminal is larger than the flow limit value, determining the distance between the geographic position of each user terminal and the geographic position of the first object according to the IP address of each user terminal; and determining the user terminal with the corresponding distance smaller than or equal to the distance threshold and the accumulated number smaller than or equal to the flow limit value in at least one user terminal as a first user terminal according to the distance and the preset distance threshold.
In a possible implementation manner, the method further includes: determining user terminals other than the first user terminal in the at least one user terminal as second user terminals; and returning preset prompt information to the second user terminal.
It should be understood that the foregoing embodiments are merely examples, and modifications may be made to the foregoing embodiments in actual implementation, and those skilled in the art may understand that the modification methods of the foregoing embodiments without performing any inventive effort fall within the protection scope of one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, and the embodiments are not repeated herein.
Based on the same inventive concept, one or more embodiments of the present disclosure further provide an information processing apparatus respectively applicable to the server and the gateway device in the above system, and since the principle of the problem solved by the information processing apparatus is similar to that of the corresponding device in the above information processing system, the implementation of the information processing apparatus may refer to the implementation of the above system, and the repetition is omitted.
Referring to fig. 4a, fig. 4a is a block diagram illustrating a structure of an information processing apparatus according to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure, which is suitable for a server in the above system. As shown in fig. 4a, the information processing apparatus 400a may include: a receiving module 401a, a determining module 402a and a transmitting module 403a. Wherein,

Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a block diagram of an electronic device according to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 5, the electronic device 500 may include a processor 501 and a memory 502; memory 502 may be coupled to processor 501. Notably, this fig. 5 is exemplary; other types of structures may also be used in addition to or in place of the structures to implement telecommunications functions or other functions.
In a possible implementation, the functions of the information processing apparatus 400a or the information processing apparatus 400b may be integrated into the processor 501. Wherein when the information processing apparatus 400a is integrated into the processor 501, the processor 501 may be configured to perform the following operations:
receiving first request information of a first user terminal; the first user terminal is any user terminal which transmits the first request information to the server after the first request information is transmitted to the gateway equipment and is screened by the gateway equipment; the first request information is used for requesting to display a first image on the first user terminal when the presentation form of the first object is the first presentation form; the first image comprises a first preset icon corresponding to the first presentation form; determining a presentation form of the first object; if the presentation form of the first object is the first presentation form, sending first indication information to the first user terminal; the first indication information is used for indicating the first user terminal to display the first image.
Accordingly, when the information processing apparatus 400b is integrated into the processor 501, the processor 501 may be configured to perform the following operations:
receiving first request information sent by at least one user terminal; the first request information is used for requesting to display a first image on the user terminal when the presentation form of the first object is the first presentation form; the first image comprises a first preset icon corresponding to the first presentation form; determining a corresponding flow limit according to the first request information; screening a first user terminal from the at least one user terminal based on the flow limit; and forwarding the first request information sent by the first user terminal to the server.
In another possible implementation, the information processing apparatus 400a or the information processing apparatus 400b may be configured separately from the processor 501, for example, the information processing apparatus 400a or the information processing apparatus 400b may be configured as a chip connected to the processor 501, and the failure processing of the prize configuration is achieved by the control of the processor 501.
Furthermore, in some alternative implementations, the electronic device 500 may further include: communication module, input unit, audio processor, display, power etc.. It is noted that the electronic device 500 need not include all of the components shown in fig. 5; in addition, the electronic device 500 may further include components not shown in fig. 5, to which reference is made to the prior art.
In some alternative implementations, the processor 501, also sometimes referred to as a controller or operational control, may include a microprocessor or other processor device and/or logic device, with the processor 501 receiving inputs and controlling the operation of the various components of the electronic device 500.
The memory 502 may be, for example, one or more of a buffer, a flash memory, a hard drive, a removable media, a volatile memory, a non-volatile memory, or other suitable device. The information related to the information processing apparatus 400a or the information processing apparatus 400b described above may be stored, and a program for executing the related information may be stored. And the processor 501 can execute the program stored in the memory 502 to realize information storage or processing, etc.
The input unit may provide input to the processor 501. The input unit is for example a key or a touch input device. The power source may be used to provide power to the electronic device 500. The display can be used for displaying display objects such as images and characters. The display may be, for example, but not limited to, an LCD display.
The memory 502 may be a solid state memory such as Read Only Memory (ROM), random Access Memory (RAM), SIM card, and the like. But also a memory which holds information even when powered down, can be selectively erased and provided with further data, an example of which is sometimes referred to as EPROM or the like. Memory 502 may also be some other type of device. Memory 502 includes a buffer memory (sometimes referred to as a buffer). The memory 502 may include an application/function storage for storing application programs and function programs or a flow chart for executing operations of the electronic device 500 by the processor 501.
Memory 502 may also include a data store for storing data, such as contacts, digital data, pictures, sounds, and/or any other data used by an electronic device. The driver store of memory 502 may include various drivers for the computer device for communication functions and/or for performing other functions of the computer device (e.g., messaging applications, address book applications, etc.).
The communication module is a transmitter/receiver that transmits and receives signals via an antenna. A communication module (transmitter/receiver) is coupled to the processor 501 to provide input signals and receive output signals, as may be the case with conventional mobile communication terminals.
Based on different communication technologies, a plurality of communication modules, such as a cellular network module, a bluetooth module, and/or a wireless local area network module, etc., may be provided in the same computer device. The communication module (transmitter/receiver) is also coupled to the speaker and microphone via the audio processor to provide audio output via the speaker and to receive audio input from the microphone to implement the usual telecommunications functions. The audio processor may include any suitable buffers, decoders, amplifiers and so forth. In addition, an audio processor is coupled to the processor 501 such that sound can be recorded locally through a microphone and sound stored locally can be played through a speaker.
One or more embodiments of the present specification also provide a computer-readable storage medium capable of implementing all steps of the information processing method in the above embodiments, the computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed by a processor, implements all steps of the information processing method in the above embodiments, for example, the processor implements the following steps when executing the computer program:

Claims (20)

1. An information processing method, characterized by being applied to a server, comprising:
receiving first request information of a first user terminal; the first user terminal is any user terminal which transmits the first request information to the server after the first request information is sent to the gateway equipment and is screened by the gateway equipment; the first request information is used for requesting to display a first image on the first user terminal when the presentation form of the first object is a first presentation form; the first image comprises a first preset icon corresponding to the first presentation form;
determining a presentation form of the first object;
if the presentation form of the first object is the first presentation form, sending first indication information to the first user terminal; the first indication information is used for indicating the first user terminal to display the first image.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the presentation morphology of the first object comprises:
receiving second indication information, wherein the second indication information is used for indicating the presentation form of the first object; the presentation forms comprise a first presentation form or a second presentation form; the second presentation modality is different from the first presentation modality;
and determining the presentation form of the first object according to the second indication information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the presentation morphology of the first object comprises:
acquiring a video image including a first object;
and determining the presentation form of the first object according to the video image.
4. A method according to claim 3, wherein determining the presentation form of the first object from the video image comprises:
if a second image is displayed in the video image, determining that the presentation form of the first object is a first presentation form; the second image is an image for displaying the first object according to the first presentation form; or,
if a third image is displayed in the video image, determining that the presentation form of the first object is a second presentation form; the third image is an image for displaying the first object according to the second presentation form; the second presentation modality is different from the first presentation modality.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, further comprising:
if the presentation form of the first object is the second presentation form, third indication information is sent to the first user terminal; the third indication information is used for indicating the first user terminal to display a fourth image; the fourth image includes a second preset icon corresponding to the second presentation modality.
6. An information processing method, which is suitable for a gateway device, comprising:
receiving first request information sent by at least one user terminal; the first request information is used for requesting to display a first image on the user terminal when the presentation form of the first object is a first presentation form; the first image comprises a first preset icon corresponding to the first presentation form;
determining a corresponding flow limit according to the first request information;
screening a first user terminal from the at least one user terminal based on the flow limit;
and forwarding the first request information sent by the first user terminal to a server.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the screening the first user terminal from the at least one user terminal based on the traffic limit comprises:
Determining whether the number of the at least one user terminal is greater than the flow limit;
and if the number of the at least one user terminal is larger than the flow limit value, accumulating the number of the user terminals according to the time sequence of receiving the first request information, and determining the user terminal corresponding to the accumulated number smaller than or equal to the flow limit value as the first user terminal.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein the screening the first user terminal from the at least one user terminal based on the traffic limit comprises:
determining whether the number of the at least one user terminal is greater than the flow limit;
if the number of the at least one user terminal is larger than the flow limit value, determining the distance between the geographic position of each user terminal and the geographic position of the first object according to the IP address of each user terminal;
and determining the user terminal, of which the corresponding distance is smaller than or equal to the distance threshold and the accumulated number is smaller than or equal to the flow limit value, in the at least one user terminal as a first user terminal according to the distance and a preset distance threshold.
9. The method according to any one of claims 6-8, further comprising:
Determining user terminals other than the first user terminal in the at least one user terminal as second user terminals;
and returning preset prompt information to the second user terminal.
10. An information processing apparatus, characterized by being adapted to a server, comprising:
the receiving module is used for receiving first request information of the first user terminal; the first user terminal is any user terminal which transmits the first request information to the server after the first request information is sent to the gateway equipment and is screened by the gateway equipment; the first request information is used for requesting to display a first image on the first user terminal when the presentation form of the first object is a first presentation form; the first image comprises a first preset icon corresponding to the first presentation form;

a sending module, configured to send first indication information to the first user terminal if the presentation form of the first object is the first presentation form; the first indication information is used for indicating the first user terminal to display the first image.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the receiving module is further configured to:

if a third image is displayed in the video image, determining that the presentation form of the first object is a second presentation form; the third image is an image for displaying the first object according to the second presentation form; the second presentation modality is different from the first presentation modality.
14. The apparatus of any one of claims 10-13, wherein the transmitting module is further configured to:
if the presentation form of the first object is the second presentation form, third indication information is sent to the first user terminal; the third indication information is used for indicating the first user terminal to display a fourth image; the fourth image includes a second preset icon corresponding to the second presentation modality.

the first determining module is used for determining a corresponding flow limit value according to the first request information;
a second determining module, configured to screen out a first user terminal from the at least one user terminal based on the traffic limit;
and the sending module is used for forwarding the first request information sent by the first user terminal to a server.
16. The apparatus of claim 15, wherein the second determining module screens a first user terminal from the at least one user terminal based on the traffic limit for:
determining whether the number of the at least one user terminal is greater than the flow limit;
and if the number of the at least one user terminal is larger than the flow limit value, accumulating the number of the user terminals according to the time sequence of receiving the first request information, and determining the user terminal corresponding to the accumulated number smaller than or equal to the flow limit value as the first user terminal.
17. The apparatus of claim 15, wherein the second determining module screens a first user terminal from the at least one user terminal based on the traffic limit for:
determining whether the number of the at least one user terminal is greater than the flow limit;
if the number of the at least one user terminal is larger than the flow limit value, determining the distance between the geographic position of each user terminal and the geographic position of the first object according to the IP address of each user terminal;
and determining the user terminal, of which the corresponding distance is smaller than or equal to the distance threshold and the accumulated number is smaller than or equal to the flow limit value, in the at least one user terminal as a first user terminal according to the distance and a preset distance threshold.
18. The apparatus of any one of claims 15-17, wherein the second determining module is further configured to: determining user terminals other than the first user terminal in the at least one user terminal as second user terminals; the sending module is further configured to: and returning preset prompt information to the second user terminal.
19. An electronic device, the electronic device comprising:
a memory for storing a computer program product;
a processor for executing a computer program product stored in the memory, which, when executed, implements the method of any of the preceding claims 1-5 or 6-9.
20. A computer readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer readable storage medium has stored thereon computer program instructions which, when executed, implement the method of any of the preceding claims 1-5 or 6-9.
