1. A method for commissioning a power distribution automation master station and a power distribution terminal, the method comprising:
establishing a communication link between the joint debugging device and the power distribution automation master station based on IEC 104 protocol;
the method comprises the steps that a parameter file pushing request uploaded by a tested power distribution terminal is obtained through a joint debugging device and is sent to a power distribution automation master station, so that the power distribution automation master station obtains the parameter file uploaded by the power distribution terminal;
based on the authentication information in the parameter file, the authentication of the power distribution terminal is completed; after successful authentication, monitoring data corresponding to the power distribution terminal are obtained from a power distribution automation master station, a debugging task sheet corresponding to the monitoring data is generated and sent to a joint debugging device; the monitoring data at least comprises a remote signaling point, a remote sensing point, a time-setting remote signaling X point and a fixed value calling remote signaling X point;
when a command for starting the joint debugging task is obtained, generating debugging request information based on monitoring data in a debugging task list and sending the debugging request information to a power distribution automation master station, so that the power distribution automation master station obtains terminal data in a power distribution terminal based on the debugging request information to test the terminal data, and obtaining a test result and sending the test result to the joint debugging device;
after the distribution automation master station completes debugging terminal data in the distribution terminal, a test report containing debugging request information, a debugging result and the terminal data is generated, and the test report is sent to the joint debugging device.
2. The commissioning method for a power distribution automation master station and a power distribution terminal of claim 1, wherein after establishing a joint tone device and power distribution automation master station communication link, the method further comprises:
when no data interaction of the communication link in the preset communication time is detected, the communication link is detected through a heartbeat message, so that abnormal alarm information is sent to the preset maintenance terminal when the communication link is detected to be interrupted or no response data in the preset response time is detected.
3. The method for commissioning a power distribution automation master station and a power distribution terminal of claim 1, wherein the authentication information in the parameter file comprises at least device identification information and device status information;
based on the authentication information in the parameter file, the authentication of the power distribution terminal is completed, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
retrieving equipment identification information in the power distribution automation master station, and returning failure information to the joint debugging device when the equipment identification information does not exist;
when the equipment identification information exists, checking the equipment state information; and if the equipment state information check meets the preset state condition, the authentication of the power distribution terminal is successful, otherwise, failure information is returned to the joint debugging device.
4. The debugging method for a power distribution automation master station and a power distribution terminal of claim 1, wherein the debugging request information comprises a telemetry test request information;
based on the monitoring data in the debugging task sheet, generating debugging request information and sending the debugging request information to the distribution automation master station, so that the distribution automation master station obtains terminal data in a distribution terminal based on the debugging request information to test the terminal data, obtains a test result and sends the test result to the joint debugging device, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
based on remote signaling points in the debugging task sheet, acquiring remote signaling messages between a power distribution automation master station and a power distribution terminal about the remote signaling points;
acquiring remote signaling points and test separation and combination information corresponding to the remote signaling messages to generate remote signaling test request information and sending the remote signaling test request information to a distribution automation master station;
acquiring remote signaling displacement information corresponding to a remote signaling point of a power distribution terminal through a power distribution automation main station;
when the remote signaling deflection information is consistent with the remote signaling point and the test separation and combination information in the remote signaling test request information, generating a remote control message containing a successful information debugging result, and sending the remote control message to the joint debugging device;
when the remote signaling deflection information corresponding to the power distribution terminal is inconsistent or not acquired, a remote control message containing a failure information debugging result is generated and sent to the joint debugging device.
5. The commissioning method for a power distribution automation master station and a power distribution terminal of claim 1, wherein the commissioning request information comprises telemetry test request information;
based on the monitoring data in the debugging task sheet, generating debugging request information and sending the debugging request information to the distribution automation master station, so that the distribution automation master station obtains terminal data in a distribution terminal based on the debugging request information to test the terminal data, obtains a test result and sends the test result to the joint debugging device, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
based on the remote measurement points in the debugging task sheet, acquiring remote measurement messages between the power distribution automation master station and the power distribution terminal about the remote measurement points;
acquiring a remote point corresponding to the remote message and test telemetry expected data to generate telemetry test request information and send the telemetry test request information to a power distribution automation master station;
acquiring telemetry change information corresponding to telemetry points of a power distribution terminal through a power distribution automation master station; when the telemetry change information is consistent with the telemetry point and the test telemetry expected data, generating a remote control message containing successful information debugging results to the joint debugging device;
when the remote measurement change information corresponding to the power distribution terminal is inconsistent or not acquired, a remote control message containing the failure information debugging result is generated and sent to the joint debugging device.
6. The commissioning method for a power distribution automation master station and a power distribution terminal of claim 1, wherein,
the debugging request information comprises remote control test request information;
based on the monitoring data in the debugging task sheet, generating debugging request information and sending the debugging request information to the distribution automation master station, so that the distribution automation master station obtains terminal data in a distribution terminal based on the debugging request information to test the terminal data, obtains a test result and sends the test result to the joint debugging device, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
based on remote control points in the debugging task sheet, obtaining remote signaling messages corresponding to the remote control points between the power distribution automation master station and the power distribution terminal;
acquiring remote control points and test switching information corresponding to the remote signaling message to generate remote control test request information and sending the remote control test request information to a power distribution automation master station;
when the power distribution automation master station receives remote control test request information, a control instruction corresponding to the test switching information is sent to the power distribution terminal, and adjusted switching information uploaded by the power distribution terminal is obtained; when the test switching information is consistent with the switching information after adjustment, generating a remote control message containing a successful information debugging result to the joint debugging device; when the adjustment is inconsistent or the split information is not obtained, generating a remote control message containing the failure information debugging result, and sending the remote control message to the joint debugging device.
7. The debugging method for a power distribution automation master station and a power distribution terminal of claim 1, wherein the debugging request information comprises time-remote signaling X-point testing request information;
based on the monitoring data in the debugging task sheet, generating debugging request information and sending the debugging request information to the distribution automation master station, so that the distribution automation master station obtains terminal data in a distribution terminal based on the debugging request information to test the terminal data, obtains a test result and sends the test result to the joint debugging device, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
based on the time synchronization remote signaling X point in the debugging task sheet, generating time synchronization remote signaling X point test request information containing the time synchronization remote signaling X point, and sending the time synchronization remote signaling X point test request information to a power distribution automation master station;
when the power distribution automation master station receives the time synchronization remote signaling X point test request information, the power distribution automation master station sends a time synchronization message to a power distribution terminal so as to obtain the return time corresponding to the power distribution terminal; when the return time falls into a preset return interval, generating a remote control message containing a successful information debugging result to the joint debugging device;
when the return time does not fall into a preset return time or the return time corresponding to the power distribution terminal is not obtained, a remote control message containing the failure information debugging result is generated and sent to the joint debugging device.
8. The debugging method for a power distribution automation master station and a power distribution terminal according to claim 1, wherein the debugging request information comprises fixed-value calling remote signaling X-point testing request information;
based on the monitoring data in the debugging task sheet, generating debugging request information and sending the debugging request information to the distribution automation master station, so that the distribution automation master station obtains terminal data in a distribution terminal based on the debugging request information to test the terminal data, obtains a test result and sends the test result to the joint debugging device, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:

9. The commissioning method for a power distribution automation master station and a power distribution terminal of claim 1, further comprising:
when the joint debugging device receives the debugging stop instruction, the joint debugging device immediately empties the debugging request information buffer to be sent, and sends the response stop instruction as the last message to the power distribution automation master station.
10. A commissioning system for a power distribution automation master station and a power distribution terminal, the system comprising:
the building module is used for building a communication link between the joint debugging device and the power distribution automation master station based on an IEC 104 protocol;
the uploading module is used for acquiring a parameter file pushing request uploaded by the tested power distribution terminal through the joint debugging device and sending the parameter file pushing request to the power distribution automation master station so that the power distribution automation master station acquires the parameter file uploaded by the power distribution terminal;

and the sending report module is used for generating a test report containing debugging request information, a debugging result and terminal data after the power distribution automation master station completes debugging the terminal data in the power distribution terminal, and sending the test report to the joint debugging device.
