Example 1
The embodiment of the disclosure provides a measuring and calculating method for average distance of road travel, which is used for identifying road travel based on road properties, splitting the road travel of all social people into inter-city travel, urban and rural travel and urban travel according to geographic attributes of starting and ending points, and measuring and calculating the average distance of the road travel of all social people of different types.
Referring to fig. 1, the method for measuring and calculating the average distance of travel of the highway includes steps S101 to S104, and each step is described in detail below.
Step S101, initial navigation data of land map users in a target period are acquired.
In this embodiment, initial navigation data in a target period requiring statistics is acquired from an electronic map. The electronic map may be a Goldmap or a hundred degree map, and in other embodiments, the electronic map is selected according to actual needs, which is not limited herein. Taking a Goldmap as an example, determining the city of a Destination (OD) navigation Data according to navigation starting points by day, and evaluating whether the Data volume of the Goldmap is reasonable or not according to the population numbers of the cities issued by the statistical bureaus of each province and the market share of the Goldmap in the city, so as to prevent the loss of the total Data volume caused by storage, transmission and other reasons from affecting the average distance measurement accuracy.
When initial navigation data is obtained from the electronic map, the basic navigation data of each user is analyzed, the basic navigation data of the same track route are integrated into a data record, and the number of users travelling through the track route is counted, so that the data record comprises a track route and the users travelling through the track route The number of people going out also comprises longitude and latitude coordinate points of the track route, and the initial navigation data consists of data records corresponding to different track routes. For example, existing underlying navigation dataIncludes track route->Basic navigation data->Includes track route->Basic navigation data->Includes track route->Basic navigation data->Includes track route->The track route is the same asBasic navigation data->And->Is integrated into the data record 1, wherein the data record 1 comprises a track route +.>And walk through the track route +.>2 users travel, the data record 1 also comprises a trackRoute->Other data such as longitude and latitude coordinates of (a); while the track route +.>Corresponding basic navigation data->And track route->Corresponding basic navigation data->Respectively integrating into the data record 2 and the data record 3; at the same time, the data records 1, 2, 3 are combined together into initial navigation data.
It is required to supplement that the basic navigation data of the electronic map is analyzed and integrated in advance to obtain the initial navigation data, so that the workload of subsequently identifying the road travel route and other travel routes is reduced, and the calculation of the subsequent average distance is facilitated.
Step S102, preprocessing the initial navigation data to obtain target navigation data.
In this embodiment, the initial navigation data is preprocessed, the initial navigation data is cleaned according to a data cleaning rule, and the deletion, repetition, potential positioning error, deletion and repair of the data record generating the GPS signal "drift" phenomenon and the like are processed.
Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment, the preprocessing the initial navigation data to obtain target navigation data includes steps S1021 to S1025, which are described in detail below.
Step S1021, the first field data, the second field data, and the third field data are determined.
In this embodiment, three key fields are defined and each field data is acquired for cleaning the initial navigation data. For example, a track longitude and latitude coordinate field, a track route field, and a number of trips field may be defined. Specifically, the initial navigation data comprises a plurality of data records of each user, first field data, second field data and third field data in each data record are determined, the first field data is track coordinate data, the second field data is track route data, and the third field data is trip number data corresponding to a certain track route.
Step S1022, determining that the data record excluding the first field data and/or the second field data and/or the third field data in the initial navigation data is missing data, and deleting the missing data to obtain the first user navigation data.
In this embodiment, if a certain data record of the initial navigation data does not include the first field data and/or the second field data and/or the third field data, that is, if at least one of the track longitude and latitude coordinate data, the track route data and the number of people data in the data record is empty, determining that the data record is missing data, and deleting the missing data, so as to obtain the first user navigation data after deleting the missing data.
Step S1023, determining N repeated data which are the same in the first field data, the second field data and the third field data in the first user navigation data, and deleting N-1 repeated data to obtain second user navigation data.
In this embodiment, if the first field data, the second field data and the third field data in the N data records of the first user navigation data are all the same, that is, the track longitude and latitude coordinate data, the track route data and the number of people traveling in the plurality of data records are all the same, the N data records are repeated data, only one of the repeated data is reserved, and the remaining N-1 repeated data are deleted, so as to obtain the second user navigation data after deleting redundant repeated data. For example, if the first field data, the second field data and the third field data of the data record 1 are A, B, C, the first field data, the second field data and the third field data of the data record 2 are A, B, C, the first field data, the second field data and the third field data of the data record 3 are D, B, A, and the first field data, the second field data and the third field data of the data record 4 are A, B, C, it is known that the first field data, the second field data and the third field data of the data record 1, the data record 2 and the data record 4 are A, B, C, respectively, and therefore, the data record 1, the data record 2 and the data record 4 are 3 pieces of repeated data, only any one piece of the 3 pieces of repeated data is reserved, and the remaining 2 pieces of repeated data are deleted.
Step S1024, obtaining the longitude and latitude coordinates of multiple tracks in the first field data in the second user navigation data, deleting the data records corresponding to the first field data with the same longitude and latitude coordinates, and obtaining the third user navigation data.
In this embodiment, a plurality of track longitude and latitude coordinates of each first field data in the second user navigation data are obtained, if the track longitude and latitude coordinates in each first field data are the same, it can be known that the track change corresponding to the first field data is unchanged or the data is wrong, and the effective navigation data cannot be obtained, so that the data record corresponding to the first field data is deleted, and the deleted third user navigation data are obtained.
Step S1025, obtaining a plurality of path roads in the second field data in the third user navigation data, deleting the data records corresponding to the second field data with the same path roads, and obtaining the target navigation data.
In this embodiment, a plurality of path roads of each second field data in the third user navigation data are obtained, and if the path roads of each second field data are the same, it is known that the track corresponding to the second field data is unchanged or the data is wrong, so that the data record corresponding to the second field data is deleted, and the deleted target navigation data are obtained.
Referring to fig. 1 again, step S103 determines a plurality of road travel routes according to the target navigation data based on the geographic information, and determines a plurality of national urban travel routes, a plurality of national urban and rural travel routes and a plurality of national inter-urban travel routes according to each of the road travel routes.
In the present embodiment, the road travel route is identified based on the road geographic attribute of each route way road in the target navigation data, so that the national urban travel route, the national urban and rural travel route, and the national inter-urban travel route are divided based on the geographic administrative attributes of the start point and the end point of each road travel route.
Referring to fig. 3, in a specific embodiment, the determining a plurality of road travel routes according to the target navigation data based on the geographic information, determining a plurality of national urban travel routes, a plurality of national urban and rural travel routes and a plurality of national inter-urban travel routes according to each road travel route, includes steps S1031 to S1034, and the following detailed description of each step is provided.
Step S1031, obtaining a plurality of user travel routes according to the target navigation data, and determining corresponding longitude and latitude coordinates of a plurality of users according to the user travel routes.
In this embodiment, a plurality of user travel routes are determined according to the second field data from the preprocessed target navigation data, the user travel routes at this time are all effective data, and a plurality of user travel longitude and latitude coordinates corresponding to each user travel route are determined according to the first field data.
Step S1032, projecting the longitude and latitude coordinates and the road base map of the user output to the first geographic information system to obtain a second geographic information system, and determining a plurality of road travel routes according to the user travel routes based on the second geographic information system.
In this embodiment, the longitude and latitude coordinates and the road base map of the plurality of user output routes are projected to the first geographic information system to obtain the second geographic information system, so that whether the user output routes are road output routes or not is identified through the second geographic information system.
In a specific embodiment, the determining, based on the second geographic information system, a plurality of road travel routes according to each of the user travel routes includes: according to the second geographic information system, judging whether at least two user output longitude and latitude coordinates exist in a plurality of user output longitude and latitude coordinates corresponding to each user travel route or not continuously located on the road base map; if yes, determining the user travel route as the highway travel route.
In the embodiment, judging whether at least two user output longitude and latitude coordinates are continuously located in a road base map or not in a plurality of user output longitude and latitude coordinates corresponding to each user travel route through a second geographic information system; if at least two user travel longitude and latitude coordinates are continuously located in the road base map in the plurality of user travel longitude and latitude coordinates corresponding to the user travel route, determining that the user travel route is the road travel route. For example, the longitude and latitude coordinates of the user corresponding to the user travel route Y sequentially include… … the user goes out latitude and longitude coordinates +.>If the user is positioned on the road base map, determining the travel route Y of the user as a road travel route; if the longitude and latitude coordinates of the user corresponding to the user travel route Z sequentially comprise +.>… … only the longitude and latitude coordinates of the user travel +.>Is positioned on the road bottom map, and->The longitude and latitude coordinates of the travel are not output for two continuous users, so that the travel route Z of the user is not a road travel route. It should be noted that, the highway includes expressways and provincial roads of common countries.
And step 1033, projecting the corresponding longitude and latitude coordinates of the plurality of user outgoing lines and the urban street administrative region base map to the second geographic information system to obtain the target geographic information system, and determining the region to which the starting point of each road outgoing line belongs and the region to which the ending point of each road outgoing line belongs according to the target geographic information system.
In this embodiment, the latitude and longitude coordinates of the road trip and the map of the urban street administrative region corresponding to the road trip are projected to the second geographic information system to be superimposed, so as to obtain the target geographic information system, which is used for judging the urban street administrative region to which the start point and the end point of the road trip respectively belong, that is, the region to which the start point belongs and the region to which the end point belongs. The town street administration area includes a town or street.
And step S1034, determining a plurality of national urban and rural travel routes, a plurality of national urban and rural travel routes and a plurality of national inter-urban travel routes from the road travel routes according to the area to which each starting point belongs and the area to which each ending point belongs.
In this embodiment, the national urban travel route, the national urban and rural travel route and the national inter-urban travel route are divided by judging whether villages and towns or streets corresponding to the starting and stopping points of the road travel routes are located in the same city and urban area.
It should be noted that, the urban area includes urban areas and county areas of the cities above and above, the whole urban area is defined as an urban area according to the clear central urban area in the urban planning, and the rest of the urban areas are rural areas, namely non-urban areas.
