As shown in fig. 3, the project document processing apparatus 300 according to the present embodiment includes: an instruction receiving module 301, a template obtaining module 302, a template loading module 303, a template filling module 304, an accessory adding module 305 and an item counting module 306, wherein:

The project statistics module 306 is configured to perform statistics on the project document according to the annotations in the project document, so as to obtain document statistics information.

In some optional implementations of this embodiment, the project document processing apparatus 300 may further include: the key value acquisition module and the generation judgment module, wherein:

In order to solve the technical problems, the embodiment of the application also provides computer equipment. Referring specifically to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a basic structural block diagram of a computer device according to the present embodiment.
The computer device 4 comprises a memory 41, a processor 42, a network interface 43 communicatively connected to each other via a system bus. It should be noted that only computer device 4 having components 41-43 is shown in the figures, but it should be understood that not all of the illustrated components are required to be implemented and that more or fewer components may be implemented instead. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the computer device herein is a device capable of automatically performing numerical calculations and/or information processing in accordance with predetermined or stored instructions, the hardware of which includes, but is not limited to, microprocessors, application specific integrated circuits (Application Specific Integrated Circuit, ASICs), programmable gate arrays (fields-Programmable Gate Array, FPGAs), digital processors (Digital Signal Processor, DSPs), embedded devices, etc.
The computer equipment can be a desktop computer, a notebook computer, a palm computer, a cloud server and other computing equipment. The computer equipment can perform man-machine interaction with a user through a keyboard, a mouse, a remote controller, a touch pad or voice control equipment and the like.
The memory 41 includes at least one type of readable storage medium including flash memory, hard disk, multimedia card, card memory (e.g., SD or DX memory, etc.), random Access Memory (RAM), static Random Access Memory (SRAM), read Only Memory (ROM), electrically Erasable Programmable Read Only Memory (EEPROM), programmable Read Only Memory (PROM), magnetic memory, magnetic disk, optical disk, etc. In some embodiments, the storage 41 may be an internal storage unit of the computer device 4, such as a hard disk or a memory of the computer device 4. The present application also provides another embodiment, namely, a computer-readable storage medium storing computer-readable instructions executable by at least one processor to cause the at least one processor to perform the steps of the project document processing method as described above.

From the above description of the embodiments, it will be clear to those skilled in the art that the above-described embodiment method may be implemented by means of software plus a necessary general hardware platform, but of course may also be implemented by means of hardware, but in many cases the former is a preferred embodiment. Claims (10)

1. A method of project document processing comprising the steps of:
receiving a generation instruction for a project document;
when the project document is generated for the first time, acquiring a template document according to the project associated with the project document;
loading the template document, wherein each cell in the template document is provided with an annotation, and the annotation is used for describing the cell;
receiving first editing information aiming at the template document, correspondingly filling the template document according to the annotation in the first editing information to obtain the project document, and generating an editable file of the project document, wherein the editable file is used for updating the project document;
setting the project document and the editable file as a declaration approval accessory of the project, and adding the declaration approval accessory to a declaration process of the project;
and counting the project document according to the notes in the project document to obtain document statistical information.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising, prior to the step of receiving the generation instruction for the project document:
acquiring primary template documents of various items;
For each primary template document, acquiring a placeholder of each cell in the primary template document, wherein the placeholder declares the cell type, name, data type and read-write state of the cell;
generating a template document according to the primary template document and the corresponding placeholder thereof, wherein when the template document is loaded, the placeholder in the template document is used as the annotation of the cell in the template document.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after the step of receiving the generation instruction for the project document:
acquiring a key value of the project document;
and determining whether the project document is generated for the first time according to the key value.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of loading the template document comprises:
loading the template document through a SpreadJS, setting the annotation of each cell in the template document to be in an invisible state during loading, and setting the editing authority of each cell according to the annotation of each cell.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of receiving first editing information for the template document comprises:
Acquiring a project reserve declaration form of the project, and analyzing the project reserve declaration form to acquire first editing information of the template document; the method comprises the steps of,
and acquiring project information input by a user in the editing page, and taking the acquired project information as first editing information of the template document.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of counting the project document based on the annotations in the project document to obtain document statistics comprises:

and extracting data from each cell according to the document statistical mode and the annotation of each cell in the project document, and carrying out statistical calculation to obtain the document statistical information of the project document.

when the project document is generated for adjustment, acquiring an editable file associated with the project document;
loading the editable file;
receiving second editing information aiming at the editable file, and editing the editable file according to the second editing information;
And updating the project document according to the edited editable file.
