The evaluation data corresponding to the static evaluation items are manually acquired by technicians, and the dynamic evaluation items are acquired after the system is tested based on a testing tool.
After triggering the evaluation data acquisition tasks aiming at all evaluation items, the terminal of the target public safety video image system can display all the evaluation data acquisition tasks on a display interface of the terminal of the target public safety video image system. After knowing each evaluation data acquisition task, a technician can acquire the evaluation data of each evaluation item and input the evaluation data to a terminal of the target public safety video image system.

Dynamic evaluation items total 4 items, and the weight distribution is as follows: 30% of safety detection, 30% of safety defense, 20% of safety response and 20% of safety recovery.
And the terminal of the public safety video management system calculates and obtains the comprehensive protection capability data of the target public safety video image system according to the weight of each static evaluation item, the state data of each static evaluation item, the weight of each dynamic evaluation item and the state data of each dynamic evaluation item.

The target public safety video image system is used for triggering an evaluation data acquisition task for each evaluation item after receiving the evaluation data acquisition message, distributing each evaluation data acquisition task to each acquisition terminal according to the acquisition terminal information corresponding to each evaluation item so as to obtain evaluation data corresponding to each evaluation item, and sending the evaluation data corresponding to each evaluation item to the public safety video management system; the evaluation items comprise a static evaluation item and a dynamic evaluation item, the static evaluation item is used for determining the safety compliance state of the target public safety video image system, the static evaluation item comprises a management evaluation item and a technical evaluation item, the management evaluation item comprises an organization management evaluation item, a system management evaluation item and a running management evaluation item, and the technical evaluation item comprises a front-end safety evaluation item, a boundary safety evaluation item, a system safety evaluation item, a data safety evaluation item and an overall safety evaluation item; the dynamic evaluation items include a system security state for determining the target public safety video image system, and the dynamic evaluation items include a security detection evaluation item, a security defense evaluation item, a security response evaluation item, and a security recovery evaluation item; the evaluation item comprises three layers of asset security, system and network security and data security, wherein the asset security comprises asset management system, daily management implementation, front-end equipment security management, online rate and unified coding, the system and network security comprises intrusion protection, virus protection, access control and log audit, and the data security comprises identity authentication, data signature, data encryption, leakage prevention and data tracing;
the public safety video management system is further used for receiving evaluation data of all the evaluation items and determining comprehensive protection capability data and core protection capability data of the target public safety video image system according to state data of all the evaluation items; determining that the security protection capability level of the target public security video image system is a high level under the condition that the comprehensive protection capability data is higher than or equal to a first comprehensive protection capability threshold value; determining that the security protection capability level of the target public security video image system is a middle level when the comprehensive protection capability data is lower than the first comprehensive protection capability threshold, higher than or equal to a second comprehensive protection capability threshold, and the core protection capability data is higher than or equal to a target core protection capability threshold; determining that the security protection capability level of the target public security video image system is a low level if the integrated protection capability data is below the first integrated protection capability threshold, above or equal to the second integrated protection capability threshold, and the core protection capability data is below the target core protection capability threshold, and the integrated protection capability data is below the second integrated protection capability threshold; the system safety protection capability of the high-level representation is higher than the medium-level representation, and the system safety protection capability of the medium-level representation is higher than the low-level representation; and determining adjustment suggestion information for the target public safety video image system, and issuing the safety protection capability level and the adjustment suggestion information to the target public safety video image system.
