The indicating assembly comprises a balance arm 38, a balancing weight 382 and an indicator 39;
the second fixing seat 132 is in a U-shaped structure, the pulley 37 is installed at the opening of the second fixing seat, and the first protruding seat is installed on one side wall of the lifting seat 363 through a screw.
Side grooves are formed in the vertical side walls on two sides of the vertical plate 313, a bottom groove is further formed in the middle of the bottom wall of the vertical plate 313, an indicator 39 is rotatably arranged in the bottom groove, a connecting sleeve 381 is rotatably arranged on one side of the side groove, a power supply source (see fig. 5) is arranged in the connecting sleeve 381, a synchronizing shaft III is connected between the connecting sleeves 381 on two sides, the synchronizing shaft III penetrates through and is rotatably arranged between the inner walls of the vertical plate 313, and one end of the indicator 39 is fixed on the outer wall of the synchronizing shaft III through key connection.
The balance arm 38 is fixed to two ends of the connecting sleeve 381 through screws, the second limiting block is mounted on the bottom wall of the balance arm 38 through screws, the wire holes 383 are formed in the balance arm 38 and the second limiting block, the balancing block 382 is arranged in a sliding mode along the length direction of the balance arm 38, the second boss is mounted on the bottom wall of the balancing block 382 through screws, a pull rope is connected between the first boss and the second boss, the pull rope is arranged through the pulley 37, and two ends of the pull rope are fixed to the first boss and the second boss through set screws respectively.
It should be noted that the balancing weights 382 are iron blocks, the weights of all the balancing weights 382 are equal, strip-shaped silicon steel sheets 384 arranged along the length direction of the balancing arms 38 are embedded in the side walls of the two sides of the balancing arms, the silicon steel sheets 384 are connected with a power supply through wires, the power supply is connected with a PLC (programmable logic controller) through an electric signal, in addition, a rotation angle sensor 341 is installed on a first synchronous shaft, the rotation angle sensor 341 is installed next to the gear 34, and the rotation angle sensor 341 is connected with the PLC through an electric signal.
Specifically, when the gear 34 rotates due to the movement of the rack 33, the rotation angle sensor 341 immediately senses the rotation signal of the first synchronizing shaft, and transmits the rotation signal to the PLC controller, the PLC controller controls the power supply to stop supplying power, so that the suction force between the balancing weight 382 and the balancing arm 38 disappears, and due to the synchronous rotation of the screw rod three 362, the lifting seat 363 moves linearly in the vertical direction, so as to drive the stretching pull-down, so that the balancing weight 382 can move synchronously along the balancing arm 38 along with the movement of one end of the pull rope, when the gear 34 does not rotate any more, the rotation signal on the rotation angle sensor 341 disappears, at this time, the PLC controller controls the power supply to start supplying power after the signal reaches the PLC controller, so that suction force is generated again between the balancing weight 382 and the balancing arm 38, the position of the balancing weight 382 is fixed at a certain position on the balancing arm 38, then according to the position change of the balancing weight 382 on the balancing arm 38 on two sides, the balancing arm 38 drives the connecting sleeve 381 to deflect synchronously, and then drives the indicating mark 39 to rotate.
When the balancing weight 382 is reset, the push bar 4 is used for pushing the water baffle 32 to move back to the original position, namely to the furthest output position of the motor four, in the process, the rack 33 moves along with the water baffle 32 in the opposite direction and drives the gear 34 to rotate in the opposite direction, then the worm wheel 35, the worm 361, the screw rod three 362 and the lifting seat 363 sequentially move in the opposite direction, meanwhile, the position of the balancing weight 382 needs to be manually adjusted along the balance arm 38 until the motor four is stopped and the pull rope is kept in a tight state.
Wherein, the nearest position of the push bar 4 from the supporting plate 13 is: the side wall of the push bar 4 facing the supporting plate 13 and one end wall of the water discharge groove 312 are positioned in the same vertical plane, namely, the push bar 4 is positioned above the edge of the water discharge groove 312; the farthest position of the push bar 4 from the supporting plate 13 is the position where the output shaft of the motor IV is located when extending to the farthest position.
In the process of the water impact action movement of the water baffle 32, the sprayed water flow directly acts on the vertical surface of the water baffle 32 obliquely downwards at first, along with the continuous movement of the water baffle 32, the contact position of the sprayed water and the water baffle 32 is continuously adjusted downwards until the sprayed water directly contacts with the top surface of the fixed plate 31, the water flow is directly left from the water drainage groove 312, flows out of the water inlet and outlet holes 311 or directly flows downwards along the surface of the fixed plate 31, namely, the rotation amplitude of the indicator 39 is minimum at the moment, and the swing amplitude of the indicator 39 in the process of the movement of the water baffle 32 is observed to judge the spray uniformity degree of the sprayer.
Working principle:
Firstly, manually installing a sprayer at the bottom of a mounting seat 26, arranging a water inlet pipe connected with a water supply source, then starting an adjusting component, controlling the sprayer to be adjusted to the central axis direction of a top frame 21 by utilizing the characteristic of an isosceles triangle, then driving the adjusting component to move to a position contacted with a limiting block to stop by displacement, wherein the sprayer is positioned right above the central position of a testing mechanism 3 at the moment, and then adjusting the vertical height of the sprayer according to requirements;
Then, after the position of the sprayer is adjusted, a water source is connected, water flow starts to spray outwards, the water flow impacts on the water baffle 32, and a transverse acting force is generated on the water baffle 32, so that the water baffle 32 starts to do linear motion along the fixed plate 31, further the rack 33 is driven to synchronously move to one side outside the supporting plate 13, along with the movement of the rack 33, the gear 34 rotates along with the gear 34, the worm wheel 35 and the gear 34 are coaxially arranged, so that the worm wheel 35 synchronously rotates along with the gear, the worm 361 drives the screw three 362 to synchronously rotate under the transmission effect of the worm wheel 35, and then the lifting seat 363 is controlled to do vertical downward linear motion along the guide groove 134 to drive the pull rope to pull down, so that the balancing weight 382 slides on the balancing arm 38;
Along with the change of the movement positions of the balancing weights 382 on the two sides, the balance arm 38 continuously adjusts the balance degree, so that the indicator 39 swings along with the balance degree, and when the sprayed water flow directly contacts with the top surface of the fixed plate 31, the swinging change of the indicator 39 in the whole process is observed and recorded, so as to judge the spraying uniformity degree, if the left and right swinging amplitudes of the indicator 39 are not greatly different, the spraying effect of the sprayer is relatively good, and if the swinging amplitude on one side is larger, the spraying uniformity of the sprayer is poor, and the inside of the dryer cannot be completely covered.

The testing mechanism (3) comprises a fixed plate (31), a water baffle (32), a driving assembly, a transmission assembly (36), a pulley (37) and an indicating assembly;
the sprayer stays right above the center position of the testing mechanism (3) during testing;
The fixed plate (31) is arranged between the supporting plates (13) on two sides along the horizontal direction, the water baffle (32) is arranged on the fixed plate (31) symmetrically, the water baffle (32) is arranged along the side wall of the fixed plate (31) in a sliding way, one end of the driving component is fixedly connected with the bottom of the water baffle (32), a vertical plate (313) is arranged in the middle of the bottom wall of the fixed plate (31), and two sides of the vertical plate (313) are respectively provided with the indicating component;
the transmission assembly (36) comprises a worm (361), a screw rod III (362) and a lifting seat (363), the worm (361) and the screw rod III (362) are connected into a whole, the worm (361) is meshed with the driving assembly, the lifting seat (363) is arranged in a sliding mode along the vertical direction of the supporting plate (13), the screw rod III (362) penetrates through the lifting seat (363) and is in threaded transmission with the lifting seat, and the pulley (37) is arranged on one side of the screw rod III (362);
The indicating assembly comprises two balance arms (38), a balancing weight (382) and an indicating mark (39), wherein the middle of the balance arms (38) at two sides is connected with a connecting sleeve (381), the indicating mark (39) and the connecting sleeve (381) are coaxially arranged, the balancing weight (382) is arranged in a sliding mode along the length direction of the balance arms (38), a pull rope which bypasses the pulley (37) is connected between the balancing weight (382) and the lifting seat (363), and the balancing weight (382) and the balance arms (38) can be fixed into a whole through suction.

The spray performance detection system for the spray dryer according to claim 1, wherein two connecting strips connected with the top frame (21) into a whole are installed between the side walls of the top frame (21), the two connecting strips are symmetrically arranged, a first screw (211) is further rotatably arranged between the side walls of the top frame (21), and a first limiting block is fixed on the top wall of one connecting strip.
