When positive pressure is generated in the drainage vertical pipe, the first one-way hanging door 5 is pushed under the action of air pressure to enable the sealing ring 14 to be in butt joint with the partition plate 3, meanwhile, the first one-way hanging door 5 presses the hinge joint of the first connecting rod 1642 and the second connecting rod 1643 to drive the first connecting rod 1642 to move towards the direction close to the mounting groove 17, so that the first connecting rod 1642 pushes the push rod 1641 to move upwards, the push rod 1641 pushes the piston 162 to slide towards the direction close to the communication position of the inflation channel 161 and the air bag 15, the air bag 15 is inflated, and a gap between the first one-way hanging door 5 and the partition plate 3 is filled, and the sealing performance is effectively enhanced; meanwhile, the second one-way hanging door 7 and the one-way adjusting door 6 close the sewage outlet, and under the action of water seal or trap water of the connecting device, the air pressure and sewage in the drainage vertical pipe are not easy to enter the room.
When negative pressure is generated in the drainage vertical pipe, the second one-way hanging door 7 protects and shields the one-way adjusting door 6, the one-way adjusting door 6 cannot rotate under the action of negative pressure suction, the worm wheel 10 and the worm 9 are meshed to have a self-locking effect, the worm wheel 10 cannot drive the worm 9 to rotate, and therefore when the one-way adjusting door 6 does not rotate, the second one-way hanging door 7 cannot rotate, the sealing state of a sewage outlet is ensured, and water in a trap of an appliance cannot be easily discharged under the action of negative pressure suction; the first one-way hanging door 5 rotates in a direction away from the drain hole under the suction effect generated by negative pressure, the water in the waste water collecting water seal pipe 1 is sucked to the drain vertical pipe for discharge, and then air is supplemented into the building vertical pipe from the waste water collecting water seal pipe 1, so that the air supplementing and pressure regulating effects are achieved.
