Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the content container 1000 includes: a container part 100; an outer cover 200; a hinge 300.
The container part 100 may contain contents. The content may be a liquid, gel or powder cosmetic. For example, the contents may include: lotions, moisturisers, nutritional lotions, rejuvenating lotions, astringents, massage creams, nutritional creams, moisturizing creams, whitening essences, lightening creams, sunscreens, sunblocks, sunscreens, BB creams, foundation creams, CC creams, concealers, blush, shadows, eye shadows, eyebrow pencils, eye creams, pre-make-up creams, and the like. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and other types of cosmetic materials, medical contents, and the like may be applied. The content may be directly filled into the accommodating space, or may be filled into the accommodating space through a dipping member formed of a sponge or the like, a cosmetic tray, or the like.
According to an embodiment, the container part 100 may be formed with at least one receiving space for receiving contents. If the container part 100 is formed with a plurality of receiving spaces, the respective receiving spaces may respectively receive the same or mutually different contents. The upper portion of the accommodation space is formed open.
According to an embodiment, the container part 100 may be a single container including only one container, or may be a dual container including the inner container 110 and the outer container 120. If the container part 100 is a double container including the inner container 110 and the outer container 120, the contents may be contained in the inner container 110, and the inner container 110 is inserted inside the outer container 120. In order to avoid repetition of the description, a detailed description thereof is made in the description of fig. 5 to 7.
The outer cover 200 is rotatable with respect to the container part 100, and can open and close the container part 100. In the embodiment, the outer cap 200 is rotatable with respect to the container part 100 by the hinge part 300, and the closed state can be maintained by coupling the locking member 130,220 with the container part 100 when the contents are not used.
The hinge part 300 rotatably couples the container part 100 with the outside cover 200. In this case, the hinge 300 may be disposed inside the container 100 and the outer cap 200. The hinge 300 is disposed inside the container 100 and the outer lid 200, and thus the hinge 300 can be prevented from being exposed to the outside. In the case of the content container including the conventional hinge portion, the hinge portion is exposed to the outside, and thus one surface of the container portion 100 or the outer cap 200 is recessed or protruded, so that the appearance of the content container 1000 cannot be smoothly connected, but the hinge portion 300 of the present invention is not exposed to the outside of the content container 1000, and thus the outer surface of the content container 1000 is smoothly formed, and a simple aesthetic feeling can be provided.
In an embodiment, the hinge part 300 may include a 1 st rotation part 310; the 2 nd rotation member 320.
The 1 st rotation member 310 is rotatably coupled to the container part 100 (in particular, the outer container 120) at one side and coupled to the outer cap 200 at the other side. Further, the 2 nd rotation member 320 is rotatably coupled to the outer cap 200 on one side and coupled to the container part 100 (in particular, the outer container 120) on the other side. Thus, the 1 st rotation member 310 can rotate the outer cap 200 with respect to the container part 100, and the 2 nd rotation member 320 can rotate the container part 100 with respect to the outer cap 200. The outer cap 200 rotates with respect to the container part 100, and the container part 100 rotates with respect to the outer cap 200, so that the outer cap can rotate doubly, thereby realizing stable rotation.
According to an embodiment, the 1 st rotation part 310 includes: a 1 st hinge shaft 311 rotatably coupled with the container part 100 (in particular, the outer container 120); and a 1 st hinge arm 312 extending from the 1 st hinge shaft 311. And, the 2 nd rotation member 320 includes: a 2 nd hinge shaft 321 rotatably coupled with the outer cover 200; and a 2 nd hinge arm 322 extending from the 2 nd hinge shaft 321. The 1 st hinge arm 312 is coupled to the outer cover 200 such that the outer cover 200 rotates about the 1 st hinge axis 311, and the 2 nd hinge arm 322 is coupled to the container part 100 such that the container part 100 rotates about the 2 nd hinge axis 321.
According to the embodiment, the 1 st rotation member 310 includes a 1 st guide protrusion 313 protruding outward from an end of the 1 st hinge arm 312. Further, the 2 nd rotation member 320 includes a 2 nd guide protrusion 323 protruding outward from an end of the 2 nd hinge arm 322. At this time, the outer cover 200 includes the 1 st guide groove 210 into which the 1 st guide protrusion 313 is inserted. And, the container part 100 includes the 2 nd guide groove 121 into which the 2 nd guide protrusion 323 is inserted. After the 1 st guide protrusion 313 is inserted into the 1 st guide groove 210, the outer cap 200 is coupled to the 1 st rotation member 310, and thus the outer cap 200 can be rotated with respect to the container part 100 by the 1 st rotation member 310. After the 2 nd guide projection 323 is inserted into the 2 nd guide groove 121, the container part 100 is coupled to the 2 nd rotation member 320, and the container part 100 is rotated with respect to the outer cap 200 by the 2 nd rotation member 320.
According to an embodiment, the 1 st guide groove 210 and/or the 2 nd guide groove 121 may be formed to have a predetermined length. When the 1 st rotation member 310 rotates the container part 100 to rotate the outer cap 200, the 1 st guide protrusion 313 moves along the 1 st guide groove 210 in a state of being inserted into the 1 st guide groove 210, and the radius of rotation of the outer cap 200 with respect to the container part 100 can be changed. When the 2 nd rotation member 320 rotates the outer cover 200 to rotate the container part 100, the 2 nd guide protrusion 323 moves along the 2 nd guide groove 121 in a state of being inserted into the 2 nd guide groove 121, and the radius of rotation of the outer cover 200 with respect to the container part 100 can be changed.
For example, when the 1 st guide protrusion 313 is located at the upper end of the 1 st guide groove 210, the radius of rotation of the outer cover 200 with respect to the container part 100 is minimum, and when the 1 st guide protrusion 313 is located at the lower end of the 1 st guide groove 210, the radius of rotation of the outer cover 200 with respect to the container part 100 is maximum. Also, when the 2 nd guide protrusion 323 is located at the lower end of the 2 nd guide groove 121, the radius of rotation of the container part 100 with respect to the outer cap 200 is minimum, and when the 2 nd guide protrusion 323 is located at the upper end of the 2 nd guide groove 121, the radius of rotation of the container part 100 with respect to the outer cap 200 is maximum.
In the case of a conventional container with a hinge portion formed thereon, the radius of rotation of the hinge portion is maintained constant, and therefore, when the hinge portion is disposed inside the container, the container portion is brought into close contact with the lid to restrict the rotation of the hinge portion, and thus, there is a problem in that the container portion cannot be opened and closed by the lid. In contrast, in the present invention, since the 1 st rotation member 310 and the 2 nd rotation member 320 can be moved along the 1 st guide groove 210 and the 2 nd guide groove 121, respectively, when the outer lid 200 is opened and rotated with respect to the container portion 100, even if the hinge portion 300 is disposed inside the content container 1000, the container portion 100 can be prevented from being brought into close contact with the outer lid 200 due to the increase in the rotation radius when the hinge portion 300 is rotated, and thus the rotation is not restricted. When the outer cap 200 is hermetically rotated with respect to the container part 100, the 1 st rotation member 310 and the 2 nd rotation member 320 are also moved along the 1 st guide groove 210 and the 2 nd guide groove 121, respectively, and the rotation radius of the outer cap 200 and the container part 100 is gradually reduced, so that when the outer cap 200 is hermetically rotated to the maximum, the rotation radius is minimized, and the outer cap 200 is brought into close contact with the container part 100.
According to the embodiment, the 1 st guide groove 210 is formed to have a predetermined length in the vertical direction with respect to the outer cap 200, and the 2 nd guide groove 121 is formed to have a predetermined length in the vertical direction with respect to the container part 100 (in particular, the outer container 120). Accordingly, the space occupied by the 1 st guide groove 210 and the 2 nd guide groove 121 in the outer cover 200 and the container part 100, respectively, can be minimized, and thus the size of the content container 1000 can be reduced. However, the present invention is not limited thereto.
According to an embodiment, the rotation degree of the container part 100 and the outer cap 200 is adjusted by adjusting the length of the 1 st guide groove 210 and/or the 2 nd guide groove 121. Further, by adjusting the rotation degrees of the container part 100 and the outer cover 200, the angle between the container part 100 and the outer cover 200 can be adjusted when the container part is rotated to the maximum. In more detail, if the length of the 1 st guide groove 210 and/or the 2 nd guide groove 121 is increased, the distance that the 1 st rotation member 310 and/or the 2 nd rotation member 320 moves along the 1 st guide groove 210 and/or the 2 nd guide groove 121 becomes longer, and thus, the degree of change in the rotation radius becomes larger at the time of rotation of the container part 100 and the outer cap 200. Further, when the degree of change in the rotation radius of the container part 100 and the outer cover 200 becomes large, the degree of rotation of the container part 100 and the outer cover 200 becomes large, and thus, when the container part 100 and the outer cover 200 are rotated to the maximum extent, the angle between them becomes large. Conversely, if the length of the 1 st guide groove 210 and/or the 2 nd guide groove 121 becomes smaller, the distance that the 1 st rotation member 310 and/or the 2 nd rotation member 320 moves along the 1 st guide groove 210 and/or the 2 nd guide groove 121 becomes smaller, and thus, the degree of change in the rotation radius becomes smaller when the container part 100 and the outer cover 200 are rotated. If the degree of variation in the rotation radius of the container part 100 and the outer cover 200 becomes small, the degree of rotation of the container part 100 and the outer cover 200 becomes small, and thus, the angle between the container part 100 and the outer cover 200 becomes small at the time of maximum rotation.
According to an embodiment, the 1 st rotation member 310 is bent at a predetermined angle at the 1 st inflection point 314. The 2 nd rotation member 320 is bent at a predetermined angle at a 2 nd bending point 324. If the 1 st rotation member 310 and the 2 nd rotation member 320 are formed in a straight line without being bent, the 1 st rotation member 310 and the 2 nd rotation member 320 come into contact with the container portion 100 and the outer lid 200, respectively, when being disposed inside the content container 1000, and are restricted from moving in the outer direction, thereby restricting rotation. In the present invention, the 1 st rotation member 310 and the 2 nd rotation member 320 are bent at the 1 st bending point 314 and the 2 nd bending point 324, respectively, so that even if the 1 st rotation member 310 and the 2 nd rotation member 320 are disposed inside the content container 1000, contact with the container portion 100 and the outer lid 200 can be prevented and rotation can be allowed when the outer lid 200 and the container portion 100 are rotated.
According to an embodiment, the 1 st rotation member 310 may be connected with the 2 nd rotation member 320. The 1 st rotation member 310 and the 2 nd rotation member 320 are connected to each other to be rotatably coupled to each other. Thus, the 1 st rotation member 310 and the 2 nd rotation member 320 can be stably supported with each other. Further, by the rotation of the 1 st rotation member 310 and the rotation of the 2 nd rotation member 320 being interlocked with each other, the opening rotation and the closing rotation of the container portion 100 and the outer lid 200 can be performed gently and stably.
According to the embodiment, the 1 st rotation member 310 and the 2 nd rotation member 320 are coupled to each other while being overlapped, and the 1 st rotation member 310 is coupled to the inner side of the 2 nd rotation member 320. However, the 2 nd rotation member 320 is not limited thereto, and may be coupled to the inner side of the 1 st rotation member 310.
According to the embodiment, the 1 st rotation member 310 includes the 1 st hinge connection 315, the 2 nd rotation member 320 includes the 2 nd hinge connection 325, and the 1 st hinge connection 315 and the 2 nd hinge connection 325 are connected, whereby the 1 st rotation member 310 and the 2 nd rotation member 320 are rotatably coupled. For example, the 1 st hinge connection 315 is formed at one side of the 1 st hinge arm 312, and the 2 nd hinge connection 325 is formed at one side of the 2 nd hinge arm 322. For example, the 1 st hinge connection portion 315 is formed in an insertion projection protruding from one side of the 1 st hinge arm 312, the 2 nd hinge connection portion 325 is formed in an insertion groove recessed from one side of the 2 nd hinge arm 322, and the 1 st hinge connection portion 315 and the 2 nd hinge connection portion 325 are inserted and coupled. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and according to the embodiment, the 1 st hinge connection portion 315 and the 2 nd hinge connection portion 325 are formed in the form of an insertion groove and an insertion protrusion, respectively, and in addition thereto, all coupling structures for rotatably coupling the 1 st rotation member 310 and the 2 nd rotation member 320 may be applied.
According to an embodiment, hinge connection 315 is formed at hinge point 1 at inflection point 314 and hinge connection 325 is formed at hinge point 2 at inflection point 324. Thus, the 1 st rotation member 310 and the 2 nd rotation member 320 are rotatably coupled to each other at the 1 st inflection point 314 and the 2 nd inflection point 324.
According to an embodiment, the locking member 130,220 comprises: the 1 st magnetic part 130 and the 2 nd magnetic part 220. In detail, the 1 st magnetic member 130 is formed at one side of the container part 100 (in particular, the outer container 120), the 2 nd magnetic member 220 is formed at one side of the outer cap 200, and the outer cap 200 is coupled with the container part 100 by the magnetic force between the 1 st magnetic member 130 and the 2 nd magnetic member 220. In this case, the 1 st magnetic member 130 is formed by being fitted into the container portion 100 (in particular, the outer container 120), and the 2 nd magnetic member 220 is formed by being fitted into the outer lid 200, and thus, the exposure to the outside can be prevented. Thus, the hinge part 300 of the contents container 1000 is not exposed to the outside, but also is not exposed to the locking parts 130,220 to the outside, thereby doubling the aesthetic sense of simplicity. However, the structure of the locking members 130 and 220 is not limited thereto, and various locking structures capable of maintaining the coupled state of the container part 100 and the outer cap 200 may be applied.
The content container 1000 according to fig. 1 to 4 is exemplary, and various configurations may be applied according to embodiments of the present invention.
Fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view of a content container according to an embodiment of the present invention; FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view of a content container according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 7 is an exploded cross-sectional view of a content container according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 5 to 7, the container part 100 includes: an inner container 110 and an outer container 120.
According to an embodiment, the inner container 110 comprises: a containing portion 111 for containing the content; and an inner cover 112 rotatably coupled with the receiving portion 111. The inner cover 112 is rotatable with respect to the housing 111 to open and close the housing 111. At this time, the rotation of the inside cover 112 is performed by the 3 rd rotation member 113 formed at one side of the receiving part 111.
According to an embodiment, the receiving part 111 may include: a base portion; an inner wall extending upward from the base portion; and an outer wall extending upward from the base portion at a predetermined distance from the inner wall. The content is contained in a space formed by the base portion and the inner wall.
According to an embodiment, a detachment prevention part may be disposed at an upper end of the receiving part 111 (in particular, an inner wall). At least a part of the detachment prevention portion is coupled to the upper end of the housing portion 111 (in particular, the inner wall) so as to protrude inward of the housing portion 111. Thus, the detachment prevention portion can prevent the content (in particular, the impregnated member impregnated with the content) stored in the storage portion 111 from being detached to the outside.
According to an embodiment, a locking protrusion protrudes downward around the lower face of the inside cover 112. The locking protrusion is inserted into a space between the inner wall and the outer wall of the housing portion 111, and is tightly attached to the inner wall (and/or the detachment preventing portion) and/or the outer wall, thereby coupling the inner cover 112 and the housing portion 111. For example, the locking protrusion may be formed to protrude to the lower side while extending around the lower surface of the inner cover 112, but is not limited thereto, and various locking structures that combine the inner cover 112 with the receiving portion 111 may be applied according to embodiments.
According to an embodiment, the inner container 110 may comprise a shielding portion 114. The shielding portion 114 is disposed above the 3 rd rotary member 113, and shields the 3 rd rotary member 113 from above. In order to shield the 3 rd rotary member 113, a shielding portion 114 is disposed above the 3 rd rotary member 113 and extends outward from the outer peripheral surface of the inner cover 112 so as to have a predetermined width and length corresponding to the width and length of the 3 rd rotary member 113. However, the shielding portion 114 is not limited thereto, and may include all structures for shielding the 3 rd rotary member 113 from the upper side. Accordingly, in the present invention, the 3 rd rotation member 113 of the inner container 110 is not exposed to the upper side when the outer lid 200 is opened and rotated, except that the hinge 300 is not exposed to the outside, and thus the aesthetic feeling of the content container 1000 can be doubled.
According to an embodiment, the inner container 110 is detachably coupled with the outer container 120. For this purpose, the inner container 110 and/or the outer container 120 may be formed with a structure for detachment. For example, at least one coupling protrusion and/or coupling groove is formed in the inner container 110 and/or the outer container 120, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and various coupling structures for detachment such as screw coupling may be applied.
In the embodiment, an upper surface area of the outer container 120 is recessed downward to form the insertion portion 122. The 3 rd rotary member 113 can be inserted into the insertion portion 122. A predetermined separation space is formed between the outer container 120 and the 3 rd rotary member 113 by the insertion portion 122. In detail, the side and lower ends of the 3 rd rotary member 113 are separated from the upper surface of the outer container 120 by a predetermined distance by the insertion portion 122. The separation space is formed, so that the user can easily separate the inner container 110 from the outer container 120 by putting a finger into the separation space and lifting the inner container 110. For example, when the contents contained in the inner container 110 are completely exhausted, the user separates the inner container 110 from the outer container 120 and inserts a new inner container 110, so that the outer container 120 can be continuously used.
The content container 1000 according to fig. 5 to 7 is exemplary, and various configurations may be applicable according to an embodiment to which the present invention is applicable.
As described above, the preferred embodiments are disclosed in the specification in the drawings. Specific terms are used herein, but are used for the purpose of illustrating the present invention only and are not used for the purpose of limiting the meaning or scope of the present invention as set forth in the claims. Thus, those skilled in the art to which the invention pertains will appreciate that various modifications and equivalent other embodiments may be made therefrom. The true technical scope of the invention is thus defined by the technical idea of the claims.
