Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of prepreg preparation and processing, in particular to a prepreg layering auxiliary tool with accurately oriented fibers and an accurately oriented method. The fixture comprises a limiting fixture and a reference label, wherein the length of the long side of the right-angle side of the L-shaped part is larger than the length of the wide side of the prepreg to be paved, the adjacent right-angle side of the prepreg can be clung to the limiting fixture when being paved, the accuracy of the prepreg paving direction in the paving process is guaranteed, the reference label is clung to the limiting fixture after being paved to be clung to the surface prepreg in parallel, the prepreg is packaged, cured and formed into a laminated plate, and then the laminated plate is used as a machining reference line, so that the accuracy of the adding direction of the laminated plate of the composite material can be guaranteed, and the mechanical property of the composite material along the fiber axial direction can be accurately embodied.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of prepreg preparation and processing, in particular to a prepreg layering auxiliary tool with accurately oriented fibers and an accurately oriented method.
Background
The advanced resin matrix composite has the advantages of excellent specific strength, specific rigidity, fatigue resistance, designability and the like, and along with the increasing of the requirements of aerospace aircrafts on light weight, the advanced resin matrix composite is increasingly widely applied to main bearing structures in the aerospace field.
In the whole process from fiber production to prepreg preparation, blanking and laying and then curing and forming of the composite material, buckling and deflection of the fibers can occur, the collimation degree of the fibers in the composite material is reduced, and meanwhile, mechanical processing deviation can also cause deviation of fiber orientation in the composite material, so that the mechanical property of the composite material is lost. The literature shows that for 0 ° compression performance of the composite, a 1% shift in carbon fiber orientation results in a 20% decrease in strength, up to 50% decrease in strength at 3% shift. Therefore, improving the fiber collimation degree in the composite material is a key for guaranteeing the exertion of the mechanical property of the composite material.
In the whole process from fiber production to prepreg preparation, blanking and laying and then curing and forming of the composite material, buckling and deflection of the fibers can occur, the collimation degree of the fibers in the composite material is reduced, and meanwhile, mechanical processing deviation can also cause deviation of fiber orientation in the composite material, so that the mechanical property of the composite material is lost. However, no technology for accurately orienting fibers exists in China at present.
Therefore, it is desirable to provide a prepreg layup auxiliary tool and a method for accurately orienting fibers to solve the problems of the prior art.
Disclosure of Invention
(1) Technical problem to be solved
The invention aims to provide a prepreg layering auxiliary tool and a prepreg layering auxiliary method for accurately orienting fibers, so as to ensure the accuracy of the prepreg layering direction and the adding direction of a composite flat machine, obtain a composite sample piece with accurate fiber orientation, and accurately reflect the mechanical property of a composite along the axial direction of the fibers.
(2) Technical proposal

The two reference labels are respectively clung to the long sides of the limiting tool and are attached to the two ends of the wide side of the surface prepreg in parallel.
The thickness of the long side of the limiting tool is 10-30 mm, and the length of the long side of the limiting tool is more than 350mm.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the prepreg ply auxiliary tool for accurately orienting fibers provided by the invention comprises: the device comprises a limiting tool 1 and a reference label 2, wherein the limiting tool is an L-shaped piece, the inner angle of the L-shaped piece is a right angle, the inner angle is 90 degrees, the surface is flat and smooth, the length of the long side of the right-angle side of the L-shaped piece is larger than the length of the wide side of a prepreg to be laid, the wide side of the prepreg is aligned with the long side of the L-shaped piece when the prepreg 3 is laid, and the long side of the prepreg is aligned with the other right-angle side of the L-shaped piece; the standard label is long-strip-shaped, and after the prepreg is paved, the standard label is clung to the long side of the limiting tool and is clung to the surface prepreg in parallel. The resin flow in the prepreg during curing can cause irregularities in the four sides of the laminate and affect the laminate machining, and therefore requires machining based on the reference label.
As shown in fig. 2, when the laminated board 4 is machined, one side is cut along the reference label, and machining is performed with the cut side as the reference side. The relative positions of the reference label and the prepreg ply are not changed during curing, so that the accuracy of the machining direction can be improved by machining with reference to the reference edge.
