The pulling piece 604 is used for pulling the rotating rod 605, so that the pressing roller 607 is always in contact with the warm edge, and the spraying quality and the spraying efficiency of the adhesive on the warm edge are greatly improved.
As a further optimization scheme of the invention, as shown in fig. 4, the invention further comprises a reset piece 8, wherein the reset piece 8 comprises a fixed rod 802, a plugging plate 801, a reset plate 803 and a fourth spring 805, the fixed rod 802 is symmetrically arranged at two sides of the mounting hole 703, the fixed rod 802 is fixedly arranged on the mounting hole 703, the plugging plate 801 is fixedly arranged at the end part of the fixed rod 802, the reset plate 803 is slidably arranged on the fixed rod 802, the reset plate 803 is matched with the rotating plate 603, the fourth spring 805 is sleeved on the fixed rod 802, and the fourth spring 805 is positioned between the reset plate 803 and the plugging plate 801.
The reset plate 803, the fixed rod 802 and the fourth spring 805 cooperate with each other to achieve the purpose of pressing the rotating plate 603, so as to prevent the rotating plate 603 from tilting during operation.
The reset piece 8 is used for driving the rotating plate 603 to reset, and ensures that the pressing roller 607 is always contacted with the warm edge strip in the moving process of the rotating plate 603, so that the uniformity of adhesive coating is ensured, and the production efficiency and quality of the warm edge strip are greatly improved.
As a further optimization scheme of the invention, as shown in fig. 4, a roller 804 is rotatably installed on one side of the reset plate 803, and the roller 804 is matched with the rotating plate 603.
The roller 804 can prevent the reset plate 803 from contacting the rotating plate 603 to wear the rotating plate 603, so that the safety of the rotating plate 603 is greatly ensured, and the service life of the rotating plate 603 is prolonged.
