The shoes are used for being worn on feet to protect the feet, and are wearing articles convenient for walking. Is made of leather, cloth, rubber, etc. It is a tool for protecting feet from injury. In order to overcome special situations, the earliest people invented fur shoes without making feet difficult or injured.
Currently, shoes with various styles of functions are visible everywhere. And along with the increasing demand of people on aesthetic quality, the effects of patterns, colors and the like of the fabric are more and more emphasized, especially the fabric applied to the vamp, wherein the visual effects of the color gradual change fabric, such as regularity, gradation and natural transition, make the color gradual change fabric more and more crafted by people. However, it is difficult to stably arrange the pattern because the nap is easily scattered for some flocked uppers having a warm-keeping effect.
For this reason, we propose a graded flocked vamp, shoe and manufacturing process thereof to solve the above-mentioned problems.
