In connection with fig. 1, the memory 12 in the computer device 1 stores a plurality of instructions to implement a traffic case transacting reservation method, the processor 13 being executable to implement:
when receiving field processing data of a target traffic case uploaded by a target user, determining a target case type and a target handling area of the target traffic case according to the field processing data;
obtaining the maximum processing capacity of the case corresponding to the target handling area;
acquiring the current case processing amount of the target handling area;
comparing the current case processing amount with the maximum processing amount to obtain a comparison result;
and executing reservation of the transacted area for the target user according to the comparison result.
Specifically, the specific implementation method of the above instructions by the processor 13 may refer to the description of the relevant steps in the corresponding embodiment of fig. 1, which is not repeated herein.

In the several embodiments provided in the present invention, it should be understood that the disclosed systems, devices, and methods may be implemented in other manners. For example, the above-described apparatus embodiments are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the modules is merely a logical function division, and there may be other manners of division when actually implemented.

The modules described as separate components may or may not be physically separate, and components shown as modules may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed over multiple network units. Some or all of the modules may be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of this embodiment.
In addition, each functional module in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated in one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units may be integrated in one unit. The integrated units can be realized in a form of hardware or a form of hardware and a form of software functional modules.

comparing the current case processing amount with the maximum processing amount to obtain a comparison result;
and executing reservation of the transacted area for the target user according to the comparison result.
2. The traffic case transacting reservation method according to claim 1, wherein the executing reservation of a transacting area for the target user based on the comparison result comprises:
and when the comparison result shows that the current case processing amount is smaller than or equal to the maximum processing amount, reserving the target processing area for the target user as the processing area.
3. The traffic case transacting reservation method according to claim 1, wherein the executing reservation of a transacting area for the target user based on the comparison result comprises:
and when the comparison result shows that the current case processing amount is larger than the maximum processing amount, prompting the target user to manually reserve the target processing area as the processing area.
4. The traffic case transacting reservation method according to claim 1, wherein after the reservation of the transacting area is performed for the target user based on the comparison result, the method further comprises:
after the reservation success is detected, acquiring navigation information of a reserved handling area;
generating prompt information for prompting the target user to carry out case handover according to the navigation information;
pushing the prompt information to the target user.

when the reservation of the handling area is executed for the target user according to the comparison result, determining whether preset matters are related in the target traffic case or not according to the on-site processing data;
and when the target traffic case relates to the preset matters, marking the target traffic case.

responding to a query instruction of reservation record, and analyzing the query instruction to obtain a current handling area;
acquiring all reservation records of the current handling area;
displaying reservation information and reservation state of all reservation records;

the reservation state comprises reservation success, reservation failure and approval.
