In the interaction process of the user and the large model platform, after the user inputs information in the interaction interface of the terminal equipment, the terminal equipment can send the information input by the user to the server, the server processes the information by utilizing the large model after receiving the information to obtain a processing result, then the server feeds back the processing result to the terminal equipment, and after receiving the processing result, the terminal equipment displays the processing result in the interaction interface, so that the user can review the processing result, and the interaction of the user and the large model platform is realized.
Next, an execution subject of the template information presentation scheme provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure will be described.

In a first implementation manner, the terminal device may detect, as the input character, a character included in a character input area in the interactive interface.
In a second implementation manner, an input method program may be installed in the terminal device, and when a user inputs information in the interactive interface, the terminal device may call the input method program, and an input area of the input method is displayed in the interactive interface. Therefore, when the user selects the character input area in the interactive interface, and focuses the screen focus on the character input area, the terminal equipment can acquire the characters input by the user through the input area of the input method.
In a third implementation manner, the terminal device may also be connected to the keyboard, so that when the user selects the character input area, the input character input by the user through the keyboard may be obtained.

The large model platform can be a platform used in a certain field, so that a user interacts with the large model platform, the large model platform can provide interaction services for the user in the field corresponding to the platform, and the interaction scene in one field can be various, for example, in the medical field, the interaction scene can be an auxiliary inquiry scene, an image inquiry and answer scene, an image region positioning scene and the like, and the interaction scene of the large model platform interacting with the user can be any scene in the field corresponding to the large model platform. In order to facilitate the user to input information with the large model platform in various interaction scenarios, the large model platform may set a target input template for each interaction scenario to guide the user to input information that the large model platform expects the user to input in the interaction scenario.
The template information of the target input template may include a name, an identifier of the target input template, a scene name of an interaction scene corresponding to the target input template, and so on.
Specifically, the terminal device may display the template selection frame to the user in the interactive interface through any one of the following three implementation manners.
In the first implementation manner, when the terminal device detects that the input character is the template wake-up character, an acquisition request for acquiring template information of the target input templates can be sent to the server, and the server responds to the acquisition request and sends template information of a plurality of target input templates to the terminal device, so that after the terminal device acquires the template information of the plurality of target input templates, a template selection frame containing the template information of the plurality of target input templates can be generated, and the template selection frame is displayed to a user at the interactive interface.
In a second implementation manner, a template selection frame containing template information of a plurality of target input templates can be stored in the server, so that when the terminal equipment detects that an input character is a template wake-up character, an acquisition request for acquiring the template selection frame can be sent to the server, the server responds to the acquisition request and sends the stored information of the template selection frame to the terminal equipment, after the terminal equipment acquires the information of the template selection frame, the template selection frame can be displayed to a user directly on the basis of the information of the template selection frame, and therefore the terminal does not need to generate the template selection frame, and the efficiency of displaying the template selection frame on the interaction interface by the terminal equipment can be improved.
In a third implementation manner, in the process of interaction between the large model platform and the user, before detecting whether the input character is a template wake-up character, the terminal device may acquire template information of a plurality of target input templates sent by the server, so as to generate a template selection frame containing the template information of the plurality of target input templates, or directly acquire information of the template selection frame sent by the server, so that when the terminal device detects that the input character is the template wake-up character, the template selection frame can be directly displayed on the interaction interface.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, a plurality of input templates may be stored in a server, and the server may select all or part of the templates from the stored input templates as target input templates.
For example, the target input templates described above may be determined in any of two ways.
In a first implementation, the target input template may be determined according to at least one of the following information recorded in the large model platform:
user historical interaction information, user interest information, and historical template usage information.
The user history interaction information is interaction information when a previous user interacts with the large model platform, for example, information input by the user in the previous interaction process, information of the large model platform responding to the user in the previous interaction process, and the like.
The user interest information is information of interest of the user in the large model platform.
The history template information is template information of an input template used by a user in the past interaction process.
The large model platform determines the target input template according to the above information, and can be considered as a server determining the target input template according to the above information, and the server can send the information of the target input template to the terminal device or generate a template selection frame containing the template information of the target input template after determining the target input template, so as to send the information of the template selection frame to the terminal device.
The three kinds of information can reflect the preference of the user when the user interacts with the large model platform, so that the target input template is determined according to at least one kind of information in the three kinds of information, the template information of the personalized input template can be recommended to the user when the template selection frame is displayed, the template information of a large number of useless templates irrelevant to the user can be prevented from being checked when the user checks the template information, the information overload displayed by the large model platform and the inconvenience of the user in selecting the template information are avoided, the convenience of the user in selecting the input template is improved, and the interactive experience of the user is improved.
The specific implementation of determining the target input template according to the above three information may be referred to in the following embodiments, which are not described in detail herein.
In a second implementation manner, the target input template may be a preset fixed template, so that template information of the fixed template is displayed to the user each time in the template selection frame.
Referring to fig. 2b, an interactive interface UI2 is shown with a template selection box presented. After the user enters the template wake character, the interactive interface may be transitioned from the interface shown in FIG. 2a described above to the interface shown in FIG. 2 b.
In the interface shown in fig. 2b, the character input area 201 contains a template wake character "/" entered by the user and a send button 201a.
A template selection frame 203 is displayed above the character input area 201, wherein the template selection frame comprises template information of four target input templates, the template information of each target input template comprises scene names of interaction scenes corresponding to the target input templates, and the scene names are respectively: auxiliary diagnosis, image question answering and image area positioning.

Specifically, when the terminal device obtains the template information of the target input template or the template selection frame information from the server, the corresponding relation between each target input template and the accessory uploading control can be obtained, so that after the terminal device determines the input template selected by the user, the accessory uploading control corresponding to the input template selected by the user can be determined, and the determined accessory uploading control is called and displayed. The user can upload the accessory using the presented accessory upload control.
The terminal equipment responds to the selection operation of the template information in the template selection frame selected by the user, and can only display the accessory uploading control; or may only show the information items to be filled mentioned in the above disclosed embodiments; or may present an attachment upload control and an item of information to be filled.
Referring to fig. 4b, an interactive interface UI4 is shown exhibiting an attachment upload control 402 and a character input area 401 containing items of information to be filled. When the terminal equipment platform displays the interface shown in fig. 2b, the user clicks the template information of the first target input template contained in the template selection frame, namely the template information of the auxiliary diagnosis, and if the target input template corresponding to the auxiliary diagnosis contains the information item to be filled and the template has a corresponding relation with the accessory uploading control, the interface displayed by the terminal equipment can be converted from the interface shown in fig. 2b to the interface shown in fig. 4 b.
Compared with the interface shown in fig. 4a, the interface shown in fig. 4b further shows an accessory upload control 402, and the accessory upload control 402 displays the following upload prompt information:
dragging the file to this point or clicking to upload;
file format: xls/xlsx;
the size is not more than 5MB.
In addition, the accessory uploading control 402 further includes a download template sub-control 402a, and the user can click on the download template sub-control 402a to download the accessory template, so that the user can make an accessory according to the downloaded accessory template.
From the above, when the template information is displayed by using the scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, after the user selects the template information, the terminal device can display the accessory uploading control corresponding to the target input template indicated by the template information selected by the user, so that the user can upload the accessory by using the displayed control, and the large model platform can interact with the user based on the information in the accessory uploaded by the user, thus the application range of the large model platform is enlarged, and different interaction preferences of the user are met.
The following describes a specific implementation manner of determining the target input template according to the three information, i.e., the user history interaction information, the user interest information, and the history template use information, which are mentioned in step S103 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1.
In one embodiment of the disclosure, the large model platform extracts a target keyword from the recorded user history interaction information and/or the user interest information, and determines an input template corresponding to the target keyword as a target input template according to a corresponding relation between a preset keyword and the input template.
Specifically, the input templates are set for interaction scenes of the large model platform and the user interaction, for each input template, the server can obtain keywords related to the interaction scene corresponding to the input template input manually, so that the corresponding relation between the keywords and the input template is set, when the large model platform determines the target input template, that is, when the server determines the target input template, the server can extract the recorded user history interaction information of the user and/or the user interesting information to obtain the target keywords, then search the keywords corresponding to each input model, and if the corresponding relation is searched, the input template contained in the corresponding relation is determined to be the input template corresponding to the target keywords, so that the input template is used as the target input template.
Keyword extraction of user historical interaction information and/or user interest information may be implemented using keyword extraction algorithms, models, etc., and will not be described in detail herein.
From the above, by applying the template information display scheme provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, template information of the template input template determined according to the user history interaction information and/or the user information of interest is displayed in the template selection frame, and because the user history interaction information and/or the user information of interest can be characterized to reflect the preference of the user when the user interacts with the large model platform, the target input template is determined according to the user history interaction information and/or the user information of interest, and the template information of the personalized input template can be recommended to the user when the template selection frame is displayed, thereby improving convenience of the user to select the input template and improving interaction experience of the user.
In another embodiment of the present disclosure, the large model platform predicts the input template that the user desires to select as the target input template based on the recorded historical template usage information.
Specifically, when the large model platform predicts the input template expected to be selected by the user according to the history template use information, that is, when the server predicts the input template expected to be selected by the user according to the history template use information, the history input template used by the user can be determined, so that the history input template can be directly determined as the target input template.
In addition, the history template use information may further include the number of times the history input template is used, and the server may use, as the target input template, a plurality of history input templates whose number of times the history input template is used exceeds a preset number of times or whose number of times the history input template is used is the largest.
The history template use information may further include a use period of the history input template, and the server may determine, as the target input template, a plurality of history input templates that have been used recently according to the use period of each history input template.
The server can also analyze the using habit of the user using the input template according to the history template using information, and predict the input template possibly interested in being used by the user according to the using habit of the user as a target input template.
For example, if a user frequently uses a certain input template, referred to herein as a common template, in determining a target input template, not only the common template may be determined as the target input template, but also other templates that are more similar to the common template may be determined as the target input template.
When determining the template similar to the common template, the template can be determined according to the quantity and meaning of the information items to be filled contained in the template, for example, for each information item to be filled contained in the common template, the information item to be filled with similar meaning can be found in another template, so that the other template can be determined to be other templates similar to the common template.
From the above, when the template information is displayed by applying the scheme provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the history template use information can reflect the template use habit when the user interacts with the large model platform, so that the input template expected to be selected by the user can be predicted according to the history template use information, and the input template conforming to the template use habit of the user can be predicted as the target input template.
The implementation of the template selection box presented to the user mentioned in step S103 in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 above will be described below.
In one embodiment of the disclosure, when a template selection frame is presented to a user, a terminal device pops up a template selection frame containing template information of a plurality of target input templates in a first dynamic transition manner.
The first dynamic transition mode may be any dynamic transition mode. For example, a method of flying from outside the screen into the screen, a fade-in method, and the like.
In the scheme, the terminal equipment pops up the template selection frame in a first dynamic transition mode, so that interestingness can be increased for the interaction process of the user and the large model platform, and interaction experience of the user is enhanced.
When the terminal device pops up the template selection frame in the first dynamic transition mode, the template selection frame containing a plurality of template information can be regarded as a whole to carry out dynamic transition, and in addition, the terminal device can also regard the template information and the template selection frame as different whole to carry out dynamic transition, in this case, the template selection frame can be displayed through any one of the following two realization modes.
In a first implementation manner, the terminal device pops up a blank template selection frame in a first dynamic transition manner, and displays template information of a plurality of target input templates in the blank template selection frame in a second dynamic transition manner in the dynamic transition process of the blank template selection frame.
Wherein, the blank template selection frame is an information frame which does not contain template information.
The second dynamic transition mode may be any dynamic transition mode.
The first dynamic transition mode may be the same as or different from the second dynamic transition mode.
The manner of ejecting the blank template selection frame in the first dynamic transition manner may be referred to the above embodiment, and will not be described herein.
The blank template selection frame is popped up in a first dynamic transition mode in a region of an interface provided by the terminal equipment, and when template information of a plurality of target input templates is displayed in a second dynamic transition mode, the blank template selection frame is popped up in a second dynamic transition mode in a part of the region of the blank template selection frame.
For example, a blank template selection frame pops up in the interface in a bottom-up manner, and template information of a plurality of target input templates pops up in the blank template selection frame in a right-to-left manner.
The manner in which the template information pops up in the blank template selection frame is similar to the manner in which the blank template selection frame pops up in the interface, and will not be described again here.
In addition, the blank template selection frame and the final position of the template information can be predetermined, so that when the terminal equipment displays the template selection frame to a user, the blank template selection frame pops up to the predetermined selection frame position in a first dynamic transition mode, and the template information of the target input template pops up to the predetermined information position in a second dynamic transition mode.
For example, the selection frame position may be the interface center position, the position where the template selection frame is adjacent to the character input area, or the like; the information position may be a position a preset distance from the left boundary of the blank template selection frame, a right center position of the blank template selection frame, or the like.
The predetermined distance may be a distance that is underestimated in advance, for example, a distance of 12 pixels.
In the scheme, the blank template selection frame and the template information are synchronously and dynamically popped up, so that the interestingness of the interaction process of the user and the large model platform can be further enhanced, and the interaction experience of the user is enhanced.
In a second implementation manner, the terminal device pops up a blank template selection frame in a first dynamic transition manner, and after the blank template selection frame completes dynamic transition, template information of a plurality of target input templates is displayed in the blank template selection frame in a second dynamic transition manner.
Referring to fig. 4c, an interactive interface UI5 is provided after the blank template selection box is popped up in a first dynamic transition manner.
After detecting that the input character is the template awakening character, the terminal equipment can respectively pop up a blank template selection frame and template information in the following two steps:
the first step: the blank template selection box pops up in a first dynamic transition mode, at which point the terminal device presents an interface as shown in fig. 4c, which interface comprises a character input area 401 and a blank template selection box 403.
And a second step of: and popping up template information of a plurality of target input templates in a second dynamic transition mode, wherein the interface displayed by the terminal equipment is changed from the interface shown in fig. 4c to the interface shown in fig. 2 b.
In the scheme, the blank template selection frame and the template information are popped up in two steps, so that the interestingness of the interaction process of the user and the large model platform can be further enhanced, and the interaction experience of the user is enhanced.
In addition to the presentation manner provided in the above embodiments, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, when presenting the template selection frame to the user, the terminal device pops up the template selection frame containing template information of a plurality of target input templates from a start position determined according to the character input area.
The start position is determined according to the character input area, and for example, the start position may be an upper boundary, a lower boundary, a position at a predetermined distance from the upper boundary of the character input area, and the like of the character input area.
Specifically, before the template selection frame is displayed to the user, the terminal device may determine the position of the character input area, and determine the starting position according to the position of the character input area, so that when the terminal device displays the template selection frame to the user, the terminal device may pop up the template selection frame containing template information of a plurality of target input templates from the determined starting position.
For example, the terminal device may determine that the upper boundary of the character input area is the above-mentioned starting position, and the pop-up mode of the template selection frame may be bottom-up pop-up, so that the template selection frame is popped up according to the starting position, that is, the template selection frame containing template information of a plurality of target input templates is popped up from bottom to top from the upper boundary of the character input area, so that finally, the template selection frame is displayed above the character input area, and the user can clearly view the template selection frame, thereby simplifying the process of selecting the template by the user.
In the scheme, the terminal equipment determines the initial position according to the character input area, and pops up the template selection frame from the initial position when the template selection frame is displayed for the user. Therefore, the initial position of the pop-up template selection frame is set according to the character input area, so that the character input area is associated with the template selection frame, when a user needs to select a template, the template selection frame is directly popped up from the initial position determined according to the character input area, and a user does not need to switch an interface to select the template, so that smoothness of user interaction can be improved, operation of the user is simplified, operation burden of the user is reduced, and interaction experience of the user is improved.
In addition to the display manner provided in the above embodiment, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, when the terminal device displays the template selection frame to the user, the template selection frame including the template information of the plurality of target input templates is displayed in the other area than the character input area.
Specifically, the terminal device may determine the position of the character input area in advance, and determine other areas in the interface except for the character input area, so that when the template selection frame is displayed to the user, the template selection frame may be directly displayed in the determined other areas.
Because the template selection frame is positioned in the area outside the character input area, although the template selection frame is displayed in the interface, the user can normally input characters in the character input area, so that the flexibility of inputting characters by the user can be ensured, and the interaction experience of the user and the large model platform is improved.
In addition to the display manner provided in the foregoing embodiment, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, when detecting whether an input character is a preset template wake-up character, the terminal device may detect whether the input character is identical to the template wake-up character when a screen focus is focused on a character input area and the character input area belongs to a question-answer area.
And triggering a selection frame display event under the condition that the character input area is detected to be a question-answer area and the input character is detected to be a template awakening character, and calling a processing program of the selection frame display event to render a container element corresponding to the template selection frame.
The screen focus is a region which is recorded by the terminal equipment and is focused in the displayed interactive interface.
The selection frame display event is an event preset by the terminal equipment and used for displaying a template selection frame, and the triggering condition of the selection frame display event is as follows: the character input area is a question and answer area, and the input characters are template wake-up characters.
The container elements corresponding to the template selection frame are preset elements used for representing the template selection frame.
The container element may be set by the terminal device or may be set by the server, where the container element is set by the server, the terminal device may obtain the container element from the server before detecting the input character, so that the container element is directly rendered in the interactive interface after detecting that the input character is the template wake-up character, or the terminal device may send a request for obtaining the container element to the server after detecting that the input character, thereby obtaining the container element fed back by the server, and further rendering the container element in the interactive interface.
Specifically, before detecting whether the input character is the same as the template wake-up character, the terminal device can obtain a screen focus recorded by the terminal device, detect whether an area where the screen focus is located is a character input area, if so, obtain an area attribute of the character input area, and judge whether the area attribute of the character input area is a question-answer area.
If the character input area is judged to belong to the question-answer area, the fact that the user is interacting with the big data platform at the moment is indicated, and therefore whether the input characters are identical to the template awakening characters or not can be detected after the input characters are obtained. Or after the input characters are obtained, detecting whether the screen focus is focused on the character input area and whether the character input area belongs to the question-answering area, so that under the condition that the screen focus is focused on the character input area and the character input area belongs to the question-answering area, detecting whether the input characters are identical to the template awakening characters.
And if the input character is judged to be the template awakening character, triggering a selection frame display event, and calling a processing program of the selection frame display event to render a container element corresponding to the template selection frame.
The container elements corresponding to the handler rendering template selection box that invoke the selection box presentation event may be implemented using a picture rendering algorithm, a program, etc., and will not be described in detail herein.
From the above, when the template information is displayed by using the scheme provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, the terminal device preferentially focuses on the area where the screen focus is focused, so that if the screen focus is focused on the character input area and the character input area belongs to the question-answer area, it is explained that the user is interacting with the big data platform, so that if the screen focus is focused on the character input area and the character input area belongs to the question-answer area, it is detected whether the input character is identical to the preset template wake-up character, if the input character is identical to the template wake-up character, the selection frame display event is triggered, the processing program of the selection frame display event is invoked to render the container element corresponding to the template selection frame, and thus the template selection frame can be accurately and timely displayed in the interface.
After the terminal device presents the template selection box to the user, the user may temporarily not need or want to use the input template.
In view of the above, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, after the template selection frame is presented to the user, the template selection frame may be hidden by any one of three ways.
In a first implementation, if a delete operation of the user on the input character is detected, the template selection box is hidden.
Specifically, the user can send a character deleting instruction through an input area provided by the input method application program or a keyboard externally connected with the terminal equipment, so that the terminal equipment receives the character deleting instruction sent by the user, and the deleting operation of the user is detected, so that the template selection frame is hidden.
In addition, since the terminal device already displays the template selection box to the user, the input character is the template wake-up character, wherein the template wake-up character may be composed of one or more characters, and thus the input character may be one or more characters.
And under the condition that the template awakening character is one character, namely the input character is one character, if the deleting operation of the user on the input character is detected, namely the user deletes the whole template awakening character, hiding the template selection frame.
If all characters are detected to be deleted by the user, hiding the template selection frame; if the user is detected to delete part of the characters, the template selection frame may be hidden or not.
In the implementation manner, if the user deletes the input character, the user does not want to call the template, so if the deleting operation of the user for the input character is detected, the template selection frame can be hidden, and the operation of hiding the template selection frame in the implementation manner accords with the actual intention of the user for deleting the character, so that the use experience of the user for using the large model platform can be improved.
In a second implementation, if it is detected that the user enters the character again, the template selection box is hidden.
Specifically, when the terminal device obtains the input character input by the user, the character input by the user in the character input area can be obtained in real time or periodically, if other characters except the inputted template awakening character are obtained after the template selection frame is displayed, the user is stated to input the character again, and the obtained character contains the template awakening character and other characters, so that the effect of the template awakening character is essentially to be combined with other characters to form complete information instead of awakening the template, therefore, in the case, the template selection frame needs to be hidden, and the operation of hiding the template selection frame in the implementation mode is identical to the actual intention of the user to input the character again, so that the use experience of the large model platform by the user can be improved.
In a third implementation manner, if a click operation of clicking the hidden control by the user is detected in a case that the template selection frame includes the hidden control, the template selection frame is hidden.
Referring to fig. 4d, an interactive interface UI6 is shown when a template selection box is presented to the user. The interface shown in fig. 4d includes a character input area 401 and a template selection box 403, where the template selection box 403 includes a hidden control 403a, and after the user clicks the hidden control 403a, the terminal device hides the template selection box 403.
In the implementation manner, if the clicking operation of clicking the hidden control by the user is detected, the fact that the user does not want to call the template is indicated, and in this case, the template selection frame can be hidden, and therefore the operation of hiding the template selection frame in the implementation manner accords with the actual intention of clicking the hidden control by the user, and the use experience of the user using the large model platform can be improved.
The requirement of the user for using the input template is sometimes changed continuously, and the template information contained in the template selection frame may not be the template information of the input template which the user expects to use in the interaction process.
In view of the above, in one embodiment of the present disclosure, a template selection box may include a template search sub-box for searching template information of an input template that a user desires to use; or the template selection box may include a template filtering sub-box for filtering template information of an input template that the user does not want to use.
When the template selection frame comprises a template search sub-frame, after the terminal equipment displays the template selection frame to a user, search words input by the user in the template search sub-frame can be obtained, a first template related to the search words is determined in a plurality of preset input templates, and template information displayed in the template selection frame is updated based on the template information of the first template.
Referring to fig. 4e, an interactive interface UI7 is shown when the user presents a template selection box. The character input area 401 and the template selection box 403 in the interface shown in fig. 4e, the template selection box 403 includes a template search sub-box 403b, and the user can input a search term in the template search sub-box 403 b.
Specifically, various input templates are stored in the server, after the terminal device obtains the search word input by the user, the terminal device can send the search word to the server, the server determines a first template related to the search word in the plurality of input templates, and sends template information of the first template to the terminal device, so that the terminal device can update the template information displayed in the template selection frame based on the template information of the first template.
In addition, after determining the first template, the server may include the target input template in the first template, so the server may determine templates to be updated in the first template except for the target input template, so the server may send template information of the templates to be updated to the terminal device, and the server may notify the terminal device of which template information of the target input templates in the template selection frame is the template information of the first template, so the terminal device may update the template information displayed in the template selection frame based on the received template information and the determined template information after receiving the template information of the templates to be updated and determining the template information of the first template included in the template selection frame.
When the server determines a first template related to the search word in the plurality of input templates, since each input template corresponds to one interaction scene, the input template related to the corresponding interaction scene and the search word can be determined as the first template.
For example, the first template may be determined by either of two implementations.
In a first implementation manner, for each input template, a keyword related to an interaction scene corresponding to the input template input by people can be obtained, so that keywords corresponding to each input template can be determined to be traversed, and if the keywords corresponding to the input template contain search words, the input template is determined to be a first template.
In a second implementation manner, the scene semantics of the interaction scene corresponding to each input template can be obtained in advance, so that after the search word is obtained, the semantics of the search word can be obtained, and the similarity between the semantics of the search word and the scene semantics of the interaction scene corresponding to each input template is calculated, so that a plurality of input templates with the similarity exceeding a threshold value or the highest similarity are determined as the first template.
Therefore, under the condition that the template selection frame comprises a template searching sub-frame, the first template is a template which is expected to be used by a user for searching, template information displayed in the template selection frame is updated based on the template information of the first template, the user can conveniently select the template, and accordingly interaction experience of the user and a large model platform can be improved.
When the template selection frame comprises a template filtering sub-frame, after the terminal equipment displays the template selection frame to the user, the filtering word input by the user in the template filtering sub-frame can be obtained, a second template related to the filtering word in the target data template is determined, and template information displayed in the template selection frame is updated based on template information of the related template.
Wherein the associated template is a template other than the second template in the target input template.
Referring to fig. 4f, an interactive interface UI8 is shown when the user presents a template selection box. The character input area 401 and the template selection box 403 in the interface shown in fig. 4f, the template selection box 403 includes a template filtering sub-box 403c, and the user can input a filtering word in the template filtering sub-box 403 c.
The implementation manner of determining the second template related to the filtering word is the same as the implementation manner of determining the first template related to the searching word, and is not described herein.
After determining the second template in the target input templates, other templates in the target input templates except the second template, namely, the associated template, can be determined, so that the template information of the associated template can be preferentially displayed when the template information displayed in the template selection frame is updated.
Therefore, when the template selection frame comprises the template filtering sub-frame, the second template is the template which is expected to be filtered by the user, and the rest of the relevant templates in the target input templates, namely the templates expected to be used by the user, are updated based on the template information of the relevant templates, so that the template selection frame can be conveniently selected by the user, and the interaction experience of the user and the large model platform can be improved.
Corresponding to the template information display method, the embodiment of the disclosure also provides a template information display device.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, referring to fig. 5, a schematic structural diagram of a first template information display apparatus is provided, where in this embodiment, the apparatus includes:
the character acquisition module 501 is configured to acquire an input character input by a user on an interactive interface when the user uses an interactive service provided by the large model platform;
the character detection module 502 is configured to detect whether the input character is identical to a preset template wake-up character;
and the information display module 503 is configured to display, on the interaction interface, a template selection frame containing template information of a plurality of target input templates to a user, where each target input template is a template set for an interaction scenario where the large model platform interacts with the user and guides the user to input information, where the input character is the same as the template wake character.
From the above, when the template information is displayed by applying the scheme provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, if the input character input by the user is detected to be the template wake-up character, a template selection frame containing template information of a plurality of target input templates is displayed to the user at the interactive interface. Because each target input template is set for an interaction scene of the large model platform and the user interaction, and the target input templates are used for guiding the user to input information, when the user selects template information in the template selection frame, the large model platform can determine the input template corresponding to the template information selected by the user, so that the user is guided to input information expected to be obtained by the large model platform under the interaction scene corresponding to the input template by using the input template, and the large model platform can obtain the information expected to be obtained by the large model platform, namely, an accurate response can be made for the user.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the apparatus further comprises:

Claims (33)

1. A template information presentation method, comprising:
acquiring input characters input by a user on an interactive interface when the user uses the interactive service provided by the large model platform;
detecting whether the input character is identical to a preset template awakening character or not;
and under the condition that the input characters are the same as the template awakening characters, displaying a template selection frame containing template information of a plurality of target input templates to a user on the interactive interface, wherein each target input template is a template which is set for an interactive scene of the large model platform and the user and guides the user to input information.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and hiding the template selection frame in response to a selection operation of the template information in the template selection frame selected by a user, and displaying the information items to be filled contained in the target input template indicated by the template information selected by the user in a character input area.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the presenting to a user at the interactive interface a template selection box containing template information for a plurality of target input templates comprises:
a template selection box containing template information of a plurality of target input templates is popped up in a first dynamic transition mode.
4. A method according to claim 3, wherein said popping up a template selection box containing template information for a plurality of target input templates in a first dynamic transition manner comprises:
ejecting a blank template selection frame in a first dynamic transition mode, and displaying template information of a plurality of target input templates in the blank template selection frame in a second dynamic transition mode in the dynamic transition process of the blank template selection frame;
or (b)
And popping up a blank template selection frame in the first dynamic transition mode, and displaying template information of a plurality of target input templates in the blank template selection frame in the second dynamic transition mode after the blank template selection frame completes dynamic transition.
5. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the presenting to a user at the interactive interface a template selection box containing template information for a plurality of target input templates comprises:
and popping up a template selection frame containing template information of a plurality of target input templates from a starting position determined according to a character input area in the interactive interface.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the popping up a template selection box containing template information of a plurality of target input templates from a start position determined according to a character input area in the interactive interface, comprises:
and popping up a template selection frame containing template information of a plurality of target input templates from bottom to top from the upper boundary of the character input area in the interactive interface.
7. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the detecting whether the input character is identical to a preset template wakeup character comprises:
detecting whether the input character is identical to a preset template awakening character or not under the condition that a screen focus is focused on a character input area and the character input area belongs to a question-answer area;
the template selection frame for displaying template information containing a plurality of target input templates for a user at the interaction interface comprises the following steps:
Triggering a selection frame display event, and calling a processing program of the selection frame display event to render a container element corresponding to the template selection frame on the interactive interface.
8. The method according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the target input template is determined from at least one of the following information recorded in the large model platform:
user historical interaction information, user interest information, and historical template usage information.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the target input template is determined as follows:
extracting target keywords from the user history interaction information and/or the user interest information recorded in the large model platform, and determining an input template corresponding to the target keywords as the target input template according to the corresponding relation between the preset keywords and the input template;
and/or
And predicting an input template which is expected to be selected by a user according to the historical template use information recorded in the large model platform, and taking the input template as the target input template.
10. The method of claim 1 or 2, further comprising, after the interactive interface presents to a user a template selection box containing template information for a plurality of target input templates:

and updating the template information displayed in the template selection frame based on the template information of the first template.
12. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the template selection box comprises a template filtering sub-box;
after the interactive interface presents the template selection box containing template information of a plurality of target input templates to the user, the method further comprises:
Obtaining a filtering word input by a user in the template filtering subframe;
determining a second template related to the filtering word in the target input template;
and updating the template information displayed in the template selection frame based on the template information of the associated template, wherein the associated template is a template except the second template in the target input template.
13. The method of claim 1 or 2, further comprising:
and responding to the selection operation of the template information in the template selection frame selected by the user, and displaying an accessory uploading control corresponding to the target input template indicated by the template information selected by the user on the interactive interface.
