A simplified underwater wellhead and christmas tree system assembly for shallow water injection wells as claimed in claim 1 wherein: the underwater Christmas tree system (2) comprises a Christmas tree main body (213), a Christmas tree cap (203) is mounted at the top of the Christmas tree main body (213), a production main valve (201), a paraffin removal valve (202) and a production wing valve (204) are mounted in the Christmas tree main body (213) respectively, a bottom connector (206) is arranged at the bottom of the Christmas tree main body (213), a frame (211) is connected to the surface of the bottom connector (206), and a base (210) is connected to the bottom of the frame (211).
