step two, after the L-shaped fixed seat 19 is in a vertical state, the first servo motor 14 and the second servo motor 17 are started through the controller, the first screw rod 5 is rotated clockwise through the starting of the first servo motor 14, at the moment, the two ends of the first screw rod 5 are connected with the first movable seat 7 in a threaded manner, and the two sides of the first movable seat 7 are penetrated by the first guide rods 6, so that when the first screw rod 5 is rotated clockwise, the first movable seats 7 at the two sides are close to each other; the second screw rod 8 is rotated clockwise by starting the second servo motor 17, and at the moment, the second guide rod 9 penetrates through the second movable seat 10, so that the second movable seats 10 at the front end and the rear end are mutually close; so that two sides of the four-sided steel plates are mutually abutted, and then the first servo motor 14 and the second servo motor 17 are closed;
thirdly, after two sides of the four-side steel plates are mutually abutted, loosening nuts to enable the movable plate 29 to rotate on the positioning plate 2, and welding the length and width of the switch cabinet according to requirements to adjust the position of one end of the four-side movable plate 29 so as to determine the X-axis position welded by the welding device, screwing the nuts after adjusting, enabling the movable plate 29 to be fixed on the positioning plate 2, loosening bolts to enable the inverted U-shaped frame 31 to move on a positioning groove formed in the movable plate 29, enabling the hinged L-shaped plate at the lower end of the inverted U-shaped frame 31 to be abutted against the switch cabinet when the inverted U-shaped frame 31 moves forwards, aligning the side faces of the switch cabinet, avoiding step staggered joint conditions when the plates are in butt joint, and improving the accuracy when the plates are folded and butt joint; thereby determining the Y-axis position of the welding device, and screwing the bolt after the adjustment, so that the inverted U-shaped frame 31 is fixed on the movable plate 29; then, a welding machine is arranged on the positioning frame 33, and the small servo motor 34 is controlled to start, so that the spur gear 32 rotates clockwise, the welding machine moves from bottom to top, and the joint of the four steel plates is welded;
fourth, when welding is completed, the bolt is loosened to enable the inverted U-shaped frame 31 to be pulled outwards, then the hand wheels at four ends are rotated anticlockwise to enable the connecting strip 24 to move upwards, the buffer spring 27 is in a relaxed state and is abutted to the connecting strip 24 through the baffle ring 28, the pressing plate 25 is enabled to move upwards, then the L-shaped fixing seat 19 is pulled outwards through the electric pushing rod 18 under control of the electric pushing rod 18, the L-shaped fixing seat 19 is hinged to the first movable seat 7 and the second movable seat 10, at this moment, the L-shaped fixing seat 19 is in an inclined shape, the first servo motor 14 and the second servo motor 17 are started to enable the first movable seat 7 and the second movable seat 10 to be away from each other, so that the switch counter is lifted, a worker can conveniently take away the switch cabinet, a new steel plate is placed on the L-shaped fixing seat 19, and welding of the next switch cabinet is performed.
