The specific working procedure is as follows:

meanwhile, as the coating roller 2 and the arc-shaped groove are matched with each other, and the coating roller 2 is arranged on the mounting frame 13 with adjustable mounting height, the distance between the coating roller 2 and the arc-shaped groove is relatively fixed when the surface of the base band 12 is coated with glue by a worker, so that the thickness of glue coated on the surface of the base band 12 by the coating roller 2 is relatively fixed, the coating effect of glue on the surface of the base band 12 is further ensured, meanwhile, the base band 12 is subjected to traction force in the production process, so as to ensure that the base band 12 stably moves, in the process, the part of the base band 12 positioned in the arc-shaped groove is in a relatively tight state, the base band 12 is tightly attached to the surface of the coating roller 2, the glue discharged from the glue outlet 22 of the coating roller 2 is extruded and dispersed to the surface of the base band 12, the glue is uniformly distributed under the extrusion force of the coating roller 2 on the base band 12, and the situation that the thickness distribution is uneven is avoided, and the quality of the base band 12 processed into a finished product is influenced;
meanwhile, the external glue pump sends glue into the coating roller 2 through the liquid inlet pipe 61, and then the glue is discharged from the glue outlet hole 22 positioned at the middle position of the coating roller 2, so that the glue is positioned at the middle position of the base band 12 in the width direction, and is distributed towards the two sides of the base band 12 under the extrusion of the coating roller 2, the glue is directly coated, the glue is easy to escape from the edge of the base band 12, the problems of glue waste and environmental pollution are caused, and meanwhile, the glue positioned at the middle position of the base band 12 in the width direction is better promoted to be dispersed towards the two sides through the relatively larger contact area between the coating roller 2 and the base band 12, so that the glue on the base band 12 is further ensured to be uniformly distributed;
when the base band 12 is coated with glue, as the speed difference exists between the coating roller 2 and the base band 12 and the linear speed of the coating roller 2 is relatively larger, the glue discharged from the glue outlet holes 22 on the coating roller 2 is stirred by the rapidly rotating coating roller 2 after reaching between the coating roller 2 and the base band 12, so that the glue is driven, smeared and pushed by the coating roller 2, the uniform distribution of the glue on the base band 12 is promoted, the uniform thickness of the glue on the surface of the base band 12 is ensured, and the glue coating effect on the base band 12 is improved;
meanwhile, the linear speed direction of the coating roller 2 is the same as the moving direction of the base band 12, so that in the rotating process of the coating roller 2, the area without glue on the coating roller 2 is firstly contacted with the part which is at the rear of the moving direction of the base band 12 and is not glued, after the glue on the subsequent coating roller 2 is discharged, the glue is directly contacted with the base band 12 and is smeared on the base band 12, the situation that the moving direction between the coating roller 2 and the base band 12 is opposite, the area with glue on the base band 12 is firstly contacted with the area without glue or with less glue on the coating roller 2, the glue on the base band 12 is scratched and wrapped by the coating roller 2, the situation that the glue on the base band 12 is unevenly distributed and unevenly thick is caused, and the glue coating effect on the base band 12 and the quality of the subsequently manufactured upper cover band are affected;
the spiral grooves 21 are formed in the surface of the coating roller 2, after glue is discharged from the glue outlet holes 22 in the middle position of the coating roller 2, the glue starts to spread by extrusion of the coating roller 2 and the base band 12, in the process, the glue can contact with the grooves 21, and in the rotating process of the coating roller 2, the grooves 21 have guiding and pushing effects on the glue, so that the glue is relatively rapidly distributed and spread from the middle position of the base band 12 to two sides of the base band 12, uniform spreading of the glue on the base band 12 is further promoted, and good glue spreading effect on the base band 12 is ensured;
meanwhile, as the grooves 21 on the coating roller 2 are symmetrically distributed, when the coating roller 2 rotates, the symmetrically distributed grooves 21 disperse the glue at the middle position, so that the speed of glue distribution towards two sides of the base band 12 is increased, and the problems that the glue is only coated by extrusion coating between the coating roller 2 and the base band 12 and the coating roller 2 rotates relatively quickly, so that the glue is unevenly distributed on the surface of the base band 12 and the time required for coating the glue is relatively long are avoided;
meanwhile, as the grooves 21 are directly formed in the surface of the coating roller 2, the grooves 21 can produce the effects of containing and temporarily storing the glue on the base band 12, and further, when the glue on the base band 12 passes through the areas with excessive glue distribution, the excessive glue can be scraped into the grooves 21 to avoid extrusion overflow or uneven glue distribution, and meanwhile, the excessive glue entering the grooves 21 can gradually move in the grooves 21 along with the rotation of the coating roller 2, and the areas with insufficient glue thickness or lack of glue on the base band 12 can be supplemented, so that the glue on the base band 12 is further ensured to be uniformly distributed and the glue thickness is uniform, and the effect of gluing the base band 12 is improved;
since the glue discharged from the glue outlet hole 22 on the coating roller 2 is extruded by the coating roller 2 and the base band 12, and the grooves 21 on the coating roller 2 are pushed and guided, the glue positioned in the middle of the base band 12 is fully moved towards two sides, and is uniformly distributed on the base band 12, in the process, the situation that the glue overflows from the edge of the base band 12 or overflows from the grooves 21 at the end part of the glue coating roller 2, causing the waste of the glue and the pollution to the environment or production equipment exists, therefore, the baffle plate 3 is arranged on the contact seat 11, the base band 12 and the coating roller 2 are enclosed in the middle position by the symmetrically arranged baffle plate 3, when the glue overflows from the two sides of the base band 12, the overflowed glue is blocked and intercepted by the baffle plate 3, the waste of the glue and the pollution to the environment or the production equipment are avoided,
meanwhile, the baffle plates 3 which are symmetrically arranged can be used for blocking two side edges of the base band 12, so that the position of the base band 12 is kept as stable as possible in the moving process, and the offset of the base band 12 in the moving process is avoided, and the gluing effect of the base band 12 and the normal operation of the device are influenced;
meanwhile, by arranging the cavity 31 in the baffle plate 3 and enabling the edge of the base band 12 to enter the collecting groove 32 communicated with the cavity 31, the glue which reaches the edge of the base band 12 and is about to overflow can be collected into the cavity 31 in the baffle plate 3 from the collecting groove 32, so that glue accumulation at the baffle plate 3 and glue dissipation are avoided, and glue waste and environmental pollution and production equipment are avoided;
meanwhile, as the collecting groove 32 is communicated to the lower part in the cavity 31, the collected glue at the edge of the base band 12 gradually enters the cavity 31 upwards, and the glue entering the cavity 31 has a trend of being distributed towards the edge of the base band 12 under the action of the gravity of the glue, so that when the glue is lack of or uneven at the edge of the base band 12, the glue in the cavity 31 can be smeared at the edge of the base band 12 under the action of the gravity, and the glue is uniformly distributed everywhere on the base band 12 and the thickness of the glue is also uniformly distributed;

since the lower part of the coating roller 2 is in contact with the arc-shaped groove, and the part for coating the base band 12 is mainly the lower half part of the coating roller 2, after the orientation block 63 is arranged in the conveying hole 62 in the rotating shaft 6, the orientation block 63 is always positioned at the lower part of the conveying hole 62 under the action of gravity after the filling plate 632 is arranged on the orientation block 63, and meanwhile, the conveying hole 62 is blocked by a cylinder formed by the orientation block 63 and the filling plate 632, so that the glue entering the conveying hole 62 can only enter the corresponding glue outlet hole 22 through the guide groove 631 on the orientation block 63, and therefore, under the condition that the orientation block 63 is always positioned at the lower part of the conveying hole 62, the glue can be always discharged from the glue outlet hole 22 at a specific angle, namely the glue can be discharged from the glue outlet hole 22 positioned at the rear part in the moving direction of the base band 12, thereby avoiding the random flow and smearing of the glue and the influence on the uniform glue thickness distribution on the base band 12;
because the coating roller 2 contacts with the surface of the coating roller 2 when the coating roller 2 is used for coating the base band 12, when the coating roller 2 rotates to separate the surface of the coating roller 2 from the surface of the base band 12, the residual adhesive on the surface of the coating roller 2 can be adhered to the surface of the coating roller, the residual adhesive can interfere with the subsequent coating operation of the base band 12, the coating effect of the base band 12 is affected, and the residual adhesive on the surface of the coating roller can not be fully utilized to generate waste, so that the scraping plate 4 is arranged on the base, and the scraping plate 4 is utilized to scrape and clean the residual adhesive on the surface of the coating roller, so that the influence of the residual adhesive on the surface of the coating roller can not be ignored when the coating roller is used for coating the base band 12 again, the coating effect of the base band 12 is ensured, and meanwhile, the adhesive cleaned on the scraping plate 4 can be quickly recovered, so that the adhesive can be reused, and the waste and pollution of the adhesive can be avoided;
