It will be appreciated that the above embodiments may be applied to round bottom pans or other shapes of pans with curls, in addition to the illustrated pan shape.
In one embodiment, the paint of the primer layer 9 or the intermediate paint layer 10 or the top paint layer 11 is attached to the outer wall of the pot body in a spray gun spraying mode.
Preferably, the spray gun can be arranged at an angle capable of spraying on the area to be sprayed on the outer surface of the pot body 1.
Preferably, the spray guns can be arranged in multiple or groups for spraying the coating of different paint layers.
Preferably, after each spraying of one layer, the coating is dried at a high temperature of between 100 and 160 ℃ for 10 to 20 minutes.
In an embodiment, the embodiment of the application further provides a cooking appliance, including the curling pot provided by the embodiment. Wherein, the cooking utensil is a frying pan, a boiling pan and a milk pan, or an electric cooker, an electric pressure cooker and a cooking machine which take a curled edge pot as an inner container.
Example 2 method for manufacturing cookware
The embodiment provides a method for manufacturing a pot as shown in embodiment 1, which comprises the following steps:
step 1), spraying a colored coating on the outer surface of the pot body 1, wherein the coating is at least sprayed on the connection position 5 of the curled bottom and the side wall of the pot body 1 so as to form a primer layer 9;
step 2), coating the outer surface of the pot body 1 with a paint with a preset color, wherein the paint covers the primer layer 9 to form a middle paint layer 10.
Optionally, the method may further comprise the step of continuing to spray the top coat layer 11 onto the pot on which the middle coat layer 10 has been sprayed, wherein the top coat layer 11 completely covers the middle coat layer 10.
In one embodiment, the method for manufacturing the pot uses a spray gun to spray the paint, and the pot body 1 keeps rotating continuously while the paint is sprayed.
Referring to fig. 3, in order to better ensure the stability of the appearance of the final product of the curling pot, in the spraying step using the spray gun as the spraying tool, the spray gun includes a plurality of spray guns, and at least one spray gun forms a first spray gun set 18, the first spray gun set 18 is used for spraying the paint for forming the primer layer 9, and the paint sprayed by the first spray gun set 18 can cover at least the connection position 5 between the curling bottom and the side wall of the pot body 1. At least two spray guns form a second spray gun set 19, the second spray gun set 19 is used for spraying the paint forming the middle paint layer 10, and the paint sprayed by the second spray gun set 19 at least completely covers the primer layer 9.
Preferably, in the above embodiment, at least two spray guns may be further provided to form a third spray gun set 20, the third spray gun set 20 is used for spraying the paint forming the top coat layer 11, and the paint sprayed by the third spray gun set 20 at least completely covers the middle coat layer 10.
As shown in fig. 3, a first spray gun group 18 composed of one spray gun, a second spray gun group 19 composed of three spray guns, and a third spray gun group 20 composed of three spray guns are juxtaposed in order along the advancing direction of the pot body 1. When the spraying process is performed, the pot body 1 is reversely buckled on the production line 21, and the autorotation pot body 1 moves on the production line 21 along the advancing direction c towards the direction approaching the spray guns, so that the pot body 1 can sequentially pass through the first spray gun group 18, the second spray gun group 19 and the third spray gun group 20, and a primer layer 9, a middle paint layer 10 and a top paint layer 11 which are sequentially overlapped outwards from the base material of the pot body 1 are formed under the spraying of each spray gun group. The spray guns are arranged in groups, so that each spray gun is only used for spraying paint with one color, and further, the problem that the colors of the outer walls of final pot products are not ideal due to color mixing can be effectively prevented when the spray guns are used for spraying paint with different colors of different coatings.
In one embodiment, the positions and orientations of the first spray gun set 18 and the second spray gun set 19 are kept fixed, the pot 1 to be sprayed sequentially passes through the first spray gun set 18 and the second spray gun set 19, and the pot 1 keeps rotating at a constant speed while passing through the first spray gun set 18 and the second spray gun set 19. Wherein, the spray gun which keeps fixed towards can make the spraying flow keep stable more easily, help making the thickness of everywhere of paint layer more even. Meanwhile, the pot body rotating at a constant speed can be matched with the spray gun with fixed orientation on one hand, so that the spray gun can spray all positions on the outer wall of the pot body, and on the other hand, the thickness of each paint layer can be assisted to be more uniform.
Further, a schematic of the spray gun toward a fixed spray gun position is shown in FIG. 4. The outer surface of the pan body 1 is divided into a first area 12, a second area 13 and a third area 14 in order to completely cover the outer wall of the pan body 1, wherein the first area 12 is an area extending from the edge rolling top 6 to the bottom of the side wall to the height of the pan body 1/3-1/2, the second area 13 is other areas except the first area 12 in the outer surface of the side wall 3, and the third area 14 is an outer surface area of the bottom wall 2.
With continued reference to fig. 4, the second spray gun set 19 includes at least three spray guns, the three spray guns are arranged in a vertical direction, the first spray gun 15, the second spray gun 16 and the third spray gun 17 are respectively arranged from low to high, and the first spray gun 15, the second spray gun 16 and the third spray gun 17 are respectively used for spraying paint to the first area 12, the second area 13 and the third area 14, and the edge line of the spraying range of each spray gun is shown as a mark b in fig. 4, that is, the spraying range of each spray gun can completely cover the outer wall of the rotating pot body 1. Of course, the selection of three spray guns for the second spray gun set 19 is determined by the performance of the spray guns commonly used at present, and if other spray guns with better performance are provided, the second spray gun set 19 can also be completed by two spray guns or even one spray gun; if the actual spray gun performance is poor, or the size of the sprayed curling pot is too large, the three spray guns cannot achieve the effect, and the number of the spray guns can be increased appropriately according to the needs, for example, four, five or more spray guns can be selected. In a word, the quantity of the spray guns can be adjusted according to actual conditions.
Preferably, the pot body 1 is heated or cooled to the temperature of 30-40 ℃ before coating, and is dried for 10-20min at the temperature of 100-160 ℃ after coating; and/or sintering at a temperature of 400-410 ℃.
In one embodiment, the method for manufacturing the curling cooker comprises the following steps:
the pot body 1 is reversely buckled on the production line 21 and preheated to about 35 ℃ so as to facilitate the adhesion of the coating; the pot body 1 moves to the first spray gun group 18 along the assembly line 21, the first spray gun group 18 sprays the paint of the primer layer 9 on the outer wall of the pot body 1, the pot body 1 is controlled to rotate at a constant speed while spraying, and the primer layer paint sprayed by the first spray gun group 18 can completely cover the connection position 5 of the curled bottom and the side wall of the curling pot due to the fact that the relative positions of the spray guns in the first spray gun group 18 and the pot body 1 are preset and the orientations of the spray guns are fixed, and then the primer layer 9 is formed, and the thickness of the primer layer 9 is controlled to be 5-10 mu m. After the spraying, the pot body 1 is dried for 10-15min at the high temperature of 140-160 ℃ to ensure that the primer layer 9 is stably attached to the pot body 1 and the color of oil stains oozed out by the curled edge 4 can be covered by the deep color primer.
After the last step, the pot body 1 is cooled to about 35 ℃ so as to facilitate the subsequent spraying process. The pot body 1 continues to move to the second spray gun group 19 along the advancing direction c of the assembly line 21, the second spray gun group 19 sprays the paint of the middle paint layer 10 on the outer wall of the pot body 1, the pot body 1 is controlled to rotate at a uniform speed while spraying, and as the relative positions of the three spray guns in the second spray gun group 19 and the pot body 1 are preset and the orientations of the three spray guns are fixed, the middle paint layer paint sprayed by the second spray gun group 19 can be sprayed on the positions of the first area 12, the second area 13 and the third area 14 on the outer wall of the pot body 1, further completely covers the outer wall of the hemming pot and forms the middle paint layer 10, the thickness of the middle paint layer 10 is controlled to be 8-13 mu m, so that the outer wall of the pot body 1 presents the color of the middle paint layer 10, and is dried at the high temperature of 140-160 ℃ for 10-15min, the middle paint layer 10 is stably attached to the primer layer 9, and the middle paint layer 10 covers the color of the dark color primer layer 9.
After the last step, the pot body 1 is cooled to about 35 ℃, the pot body is continuously moved to the third spray gun group 20 along the advancing direction c of the production line 21, the third spray gun group 20 sprays the paint of the finish paint layer 11 on the outer wall of the pot body 1, the pot body 1 is controlled to rotate at a constant speed while spraying, and the three spray guns in the third spray gun group 20 are respectively arranged at the relative positions with the pot body 1 in a preset manner and fix the orientations of the three spray guns, so that the finish paint layer paint sprayed by the third spray gun group 20 can be sprayed on the positions of the first area 12, the second area 13 and the third area 14 on the outer wall of the pot body 1, further completely covers the outer wall of the curling pot and forms the finish paint layer 11, the thickness of the finish paint layer 11 is controlled to be 4-7 mu m, the finish paint layer 11 is transparent, the color of the middle paint layer 10 can be penetrated out and is presented, the temperature is kept, leveling and dried for 10-20min at 100-150 ℃, the temperature is slowly increased to 400-410 ℃, the temperature is kept for 10-15min, and the temperature is kept for sintering, so that the curling pot with even and obvious improvement of the appearance is obtained.

Claims (10)

1. The curling pot is characterized by comprising a pot body, wherein the pot body comprises a bottom wall and a side wall, and the upper edge of the top of the side wall of the pot body is outwards turned to be connected with the side wall of the pot body to form a curled edge;
the outer surface of the side wall of the pot body is provided with a colored primer layer, the primer layer at least partially covers the connection position of the bottom of the curled edge and the side wall of the pot body, and the primer layer seals a gap formed between the bottom of the curled edge and the side wall of the pot body.
2. The hemming cooker of claim 1 wherein the primer layer covers an area of the side wall of the cooker body extending from the top of the hem to the bottom of the side wall to 1/3 to 1/2 of the height of the cooker body; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the thickness of the primer layer is 5-10 mu m.
3. The hemming cooker according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the outer surface of the side wall of the cooker body is further provided with a middle paint layer, which at least partially covers the primer layer.
4. A hemming cooker according to claim 3 wherein the middle paint layer covers the outer surfaces of the side and bottom walls of the cooker body; and/or the number of the groups of groups,
the thickness of the middle paint layer is 8-13 mu m.
5. A hemming cooker according to claim 3 wherein the outer surface of the side wall of the cooker body is further provided with a finish layer, the finish layer covering the middle paint layer.
6. A method of manufacturing a pot for manufacturing a hemming pot according to any of claims 3 to 5, comprising the steps of:
spraying a colored coating on the outer surface of the pot body, wherein the coating is used for at least spraying and coating the joint position of the curled bottom of the pot body and the side wall of the pot body so as to form a primer layer;
and spraying a paint with a preset color on the outer surface of the pot body, wherein the paint covers the primer layer to form a middle paint layer.
7. The method of manufacturing a pan according to claim 6, wherein the paint is sprayed using a spray gun, and the pan body is kept rotating continuously while the paint is sprayed;
the spray guns comprise a plurality of spray guns, at least one spray gun forms a first spray gun group, and at least two spray guns form a second spray gun group; the first spray gun group is used for spraying the paint forming the primer layer, and the paint sprayed by the first spray gun group at least can cover the connection position of the bottom of the pot body curling and the side wall; the second spray gun group is used for spraying the paint forming the middle paint layer, and the paint sprayed by the second spray gun group at least completely covers the primer layer.
8. The method of manufacturing a pan according to claim 7, wherein the first and second spray gun sets are kept fixed in position and orientation, the pan to be sprayed passes through the first and second spray gun sets in sequence, and the pan is kept rotated at a constant speed while passing through the first and second spray gun sets.

The method of manufacturing a pan according to claim 8, wherein the outer surface of the pan body includes a first region, a second region and a third region, wherein the first region is a region extending from the top of the rim to the bottom of the side wall to 1/3 to 1/2 of the height of the pan body, the second region is other regions than the first region in the outer surface of the side wall, and the third region is an outer surface region of the bottom wall;
the second spray gun group at least comprises three spray guns, the three spray guns are arranged along the vertical direction, and the three spray guns are respectively used for spraying paint to the first area, the second area and the third area.
10. The method for manufacturing a pan according to claim 6, wherein the pan body is heated or cooled to a temperature of 30-40 ℃ before coating, and dried at a temperature of 100-160 ℃ for 10-20min after coating; and/or sintering at a temperature of 400-410 ℃.
