The bottom of the sealing plate 403 is provided with a lug 4033, the lug 4033 is slidably connected with the guide rod 401, and the outer part of the guide rod 401 is sleeved with a third spring 402 located below the lug 4033, and initially, the third spring 402 is in a compressed state.
A guide wheel 507 is arranged at the bottom of the inner frame 205, a connecting rope 506 is arranged between the sealing plate 403 and the lifting plate 503, one end of the connecting rope 506 is connected with the bottom of the sealing plate 403, and the other end bypasses the guide wheel 507 and then is connected with the lifting plate 503; when the lifting plate 503 moves downward, the spring three 402 releases the elastic force, so that the sealing plate 403 moves upward in the guiding area, and when the lifting plate 503 moves upward, the connecting rope 506 pulls the sealing plate 403 to move downward in the guiding area, and the spring three 402 is compressed.
The working process of the invention comprises the following steps:
storage of the earphone 100:
firstly, directly inserting the cylindrical section 101 of the earphone 100 into the connecting seat 301, wherein the external spline 104 and the internal spline form power connection, and a magnetic attraction force is generated between the magnet 308 and a magnetic block arranged at the bottom of the cylindrical section 101, so that the earphone 100 does not fall off after being inserted;
then, the micro motor 501 is driven to start by the switch 204, and it should be noted that, the user holds the storage box 200 with one hand and inserts the earphone 100 into the connection seat 301 with the other hand, and the thumb of the hand holding the storage box 200 can be put on the side surface of the storage box 200 provided with the switch 204, so that after the earphone 100 is inserted into the connection seat 301, the switch 204 can be opened by the thumb, and the operation is simple and convenient;
the micro motor 501 is started to drive the screw rod 502 to rotate, on one hand, the screw rod 502 rotates to drive the driven gear 305 to rotate through the gear set 504, so that automatic calibration positioning of the earphone 100 is realized, the calibration positioning process is already described above, on the other hand, the screw rod 502 rotates to drive the lifting plate 503 to move downwards, the lifting plate 503 pushes the protruding pin through the spring II 505 to push the connecting component 300 to move downwards together with the earphone 100, in the process, the driven gear 305 rotates for one circle to finish the calibration positioning, so that the movement of the earphone 100 downwards does not influence the calibration positioning movement of the earphone 100 which rotates along with the rotating sleeve 304, after the connecting component 300 moves downwards for a certain distance, the driven gear 305 is disengaged from the gear set 504, and then the connecting component 300 and the earphone 100 only move downwards;
at the same time, the lifting plate 503 moves downwards to release the limit on the sealing plate 403, and the spring III 402 releases the elastic force to enable the sealing plate 403 to move upwards in the guiding area;
when the third contact is in contact with the second contact, two conductive connections are formed between the earphone 100 and the storage box 200, and the connection assembly 300 and the earphone 100 are not moved down any more under the limitation of the third contact, at this time, the earphone 100 is completely located in the storage groove 208, and the sealing plate 403 is close to the inlet 202;
then, the lifting plate 503 continues to move downwards, the connecting assembly 300 and the earphone 100 are not moved, the second spring 505 is compressed, and the third spring 402 continues to release the elastic force, so that the sealing plate 403 finally seals the notch of the accommodating groove 208.
Removal of earphone 100:
the micro motor 501 drives the screw rod 502 to reversely rotate, so that the lifting plate 503 moves upwards, the spring II 505 firstly releases the elastic force, the connecting assembly 300 and the earphone 100 are not moved, and the lifting plate 503 pulls the sealing plate 403 to move downwards in the guiding area through the connecting rope 506;
when the elasticity of the second spring 505 is released, the notch of the accommodating groove 208 is opened, after that, the lifting plate 503 moves downwards, one side of the lifting plate continues to pull the sealing plate 403 to move downwards in the guiding area through the connecting rope 506, and the other side of the lifting plate moves upwards through the connecting assembly 300 and the earphone 100 by the protruding pin, so that the earphone 100 extends out of the accommodating box 200 until the device is reset, and the user can directly take away the earphone 100;
then, the storage box 200 can keep the current state unchanged, and can also refer to the storage process of the earphone 100 to seal the notch of the storage groove 208 so as to prevent dust from entering.
In the above process:
1. in this scheme, the manner of sealing the storage groove 208 by the sealing plate 403 is compared with the open-close manner of the box cover in the prior art, even if the storage box 200 with the earphone 100 falls down, the storage box 200 can not be opened, the earphone 100 inside is difficult to damage, and the safety protection is better;
furthermore, after the earphone 100 is inserted into the connecting seat 301 through the magnetic adsorption manner and stored in the storage box 200, the earphone is not easy to shake, and in the storage process or the taking-out process, the earphone is not affected by the position of the storage box 200, and even if the storage box 200 is inverted or the inclination angle is too large, the earphone 100 is not easy to fall, so that the safety protection performance is further improved;
2. in the scheme, the earphone 100 can be automatically calibrated and positioned, the earphone 100 is only needed to be inserted into the connecting seat 301, and the earphone is more convenient and concise to put in during storage;
furthermore, no matter the earphone 100 is stored or taken out, the user holds the cylindrical section 101 of the earphone 100 or holds the earplug section 102 completely, the earphone 100 is not easy to slide, and the problem that the earphone slides down due to the fact that the earplug part of the earphone is in a cambered surface shape with smooth appearance, when the earphone is stored near tail sound or the earphone is taken out from the beginning, the earplug part needs to be held by fingers, the holding area of the earplug is small, and when the earphone is cold in winter, the fingers are stiff, and the user is easy to slide by hands without paying attention is solved;
3. on the basis of the earphone 100 accommodating of the scheme, the second spring 505 is arranged, so that after the earphone 100 is completely positioned in the accommodating groove 208, the earphone 100 can not move continuously, the sealing plate 403 moves continuously to seal the notch of the accommodating groove 208, or after the notch of the accommodating groove 208 is opened, the earphone 100 moves upwards again, that is, in the scheme, the accommodating or taking-out process of the earphone 100 is smooth and stable, and after the earphone 100 is just completely positioned in the accommodating groove 208, the movement is stopped, so that the whole volume of the accommodating box 200 is smaller, otherwise, if the second spring 505 is not arranged, after the earphone 100 is completely positioned in the accommodating groove 208, the sealing plate 403 moves to seal the notch of the accommodating groove 208, the earphone 100 still needs to move downwards, so that a blank area exists above the earphone 100, and the blank area not only causes the volume of the accommodating box 200 to be larger, but also provides a larger movable area for the earphone 100, and is unfavorable for the accommodating of the earphone 100.
