The advertisement push server 100 is configured to push advertisements to the client terminal device 200, the client terminal device 200 receives the pushed advertisements and pushes the corresponding advertisements to the user terminal 300, and the user terminal 300 presents the received advertisements to the user.
It may be appreciated that the advertisement pushed by the advertisement push server 100 may be direct advertisement content, for example, a functional introduction of a product or service, or may be a network link of advertisement content, such as a network resource link using HTTP protocol, etc., which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Here, the advertisement push server 100 can push advertisements in the form of short messages, i.e., short message service (Short Messaging Service, SMS), which is an economical, efficient and widely used message service for transferring text messages between electronic devices based on standardized communication protocols. The advertisement message pushed by the advertisement push server 100 may include direct advertisement content described in text form, such as "xxx is most reliable no matter present or in the future", or may include advertisement links in the form of HTTPS:// www.xxx.xxx.cn/advertisement/xxx.
Specifically, the advertisement pushing server 100 may determine different advertisement pushing policies according to different user types of the client terminal device 200, so as to push different advertisements or notifications to the client terminal device 200 of different user types at the same time, for example, may push advertisements of consumer goods to the client terminal device 200 of which the user type is a home user, push advertisements of small industrial machinery products to the client terminal device 200 of which the user type is a small enterprise user, and so on.
In addition, the advertisement push server 100 may determine different advertisement push policies according to the network usage situation of the client terminal device 200, for example, the advertisement push server 100 divides the network traffic used per month into a plurality of grades, pushes corresponding traffic package advertisements to the client terminal device 200 according to the grade corresponding to the client terminal device 200, and so on.
The advertisement push server 100 may also push notifications to the client terminal device 200, for example push tariff status information to the client terminal device 200 according to its current tariff status, etc.
The client terminal apparatus 200 is for receiving an advertisement and pushing the advertisement to the user terminal 300 connected thereto. Here, the client terminal apparatus 200 is an electronic apparatus having a network routing and forwarding function, and is capable of receiving and forwarding a network packet transmitted from the user terminal 300, and also capable of receiving and forwarding a network packet transmitted from a website accessed by the user terminal 300 to the user terminal 300.
The client terminal device 200 may trigger a corresponding advertisement pushing process according to the network connection request or the network access request of the user terminal 300, for example, the client terminal device 200 may receive the wireless network connection request of the user terminal 300, redirect the wireless network connection request, generate a corresponding advertisement page according to the received advertisement, and return the corresponding advertisement page to the user terminal 300 for display; the client terminal apparatus 200 may also receive a web page access request sent by the user terminal 300 through the browser, redirect the web access request, and return an advertisement page to the browser of the user terminal 300 for display.
It may be appreciated that the client terminal device 200 may perform a corresponding advertisement pushing process on the HTTP request or the HTTPs request sent by the user terminal 300, redirect the HTTP request or the HTTPs request, and return the advertisement page to the user terminal 300 for display.
In addition, the client terminal device 200 may also perform advertisement pushing status control, and add the user terminal 300 that has pushed the advertisement to the advertisement pushing exclusion list, so as to avoid repeatedly pushing the advertisement to the user terminal 300 that has pushed the advertisement, and avoid excessively affecting the network use experience of the user.
The user terminal 300 is configured to receive the advertisement pushed by the client terminal device 200 and display the advertisement to the user.

In some embodiments, a method of pushing corresponding advertisements according to different types of user terminals is adopted, for example, chinese patent application discloses a method of implementing advertisement pushing through a router. As shown in fig. 2, the application can configure advertisement strategies in a server in a self-defined manner, such as selecting different routers to display different advertisements, etc., the routers acquire and store the advertisements from the server and push corresponding advertisements to the clients according to different types of the clients, such as pushing the advertisements to the mobile terminal connected for the first time in the day if the clients are mobile terminals, implanting the advertisements into the web pages sent to the personal computer if the clients are personal computers, etc., so that the network operators can customize the advertisements and push the advertisements to the clients through the routers, and greater freedom and convenience are provided for the network operators to push the advertisements. In the patent application, all clients connected under all routers receive the same advertisement in the same time period, and only the HTTP request sent by the client is supported to be redirected.
In other embodiments, a method of intercepting and analyzing network access data to determine the type of internet surfing behavior of a user and pushing corresponding advertisements according to the type of internet surfing behavior is adopted, such as a method and a device for pushing internet advertisements without perception, which are disclosed in Chinese patent application. As shown in fig. 3, in the patent application, an HTTP request sent by a user terminal for a web page is redirected to a login advertisement page, a user internet surfing data stream is intercepted, the data stream is analyzed to obtain a user internet surfing behavior tag, the user internet surfing behavior tag is identified, and a corresponding advertisement is pushed to the user terminal according to an identification result. In the patent application, user internet surfing data flow is required to be intercepted and analyzed to obtain a user internet surfing behavior label, then corresponding advertisements are determined and pushed according to the user internet surfing behavior label, the advertisements received by the same type of users are the same, and only HTTP requests sent by user terminals are supported to be redirected.
Compared with the first embodiment, the method and the device can push different advertisements for different client terminal equipment, so that the pertinence of advertisement pushing is stronger, the advertisement pushing can be realized according to the HTTPS network access request sent by the user terminal, and the coverage of the advertisement pushing is wider; compared with the second embodiment, the method and the device have the advantages that the network access data sent by the user terminal is not required to be intercepted and analyzed, the privacy problem of the user is avoided, in addition, corresponding network access data packets are not required to be generated, the use of computing resources can be reduced, and the advertisement pushing efficiency is improved.

In addition, the personalized advertisement may further include a notification to a specific user, and the advertisement push server 100 may push the notification to the client terminal device 200 to which the electronic device used by the specific user is connected, and the notification is pushed to the specific user by the client terminal device 200.
In some embodiments of the present application, the advertisement push server 100 pushes personalized advertisements to the client terminal device 200 in the form of short messages. The content contained in the short message may include, but is not limited to: text content of the advertisement, web page links of the advertisement, etc. Because the storage space occupied by the short message is small, the advertisement is pushed in the form of the short message, so that the advertisement can be pushed to a large number of client terminal devices 200 at the same time, the computing resources and network resources of the advertisement pushing server 100 can be saved, and the advertisement pushing efficiency is improved.
Step S602: the client terminal apparatus 200 confirms that the advertisement is an advertisement to be pushed.
Here, the client terminal apparatus 200 may check the advertisement after receiving the advertisement transmitted from the advertisement push server 100, to determine that the advertisement is from a regular advertisement push object, that is, the received advertisement is pushed by an apparatus that allows advertisement push to be performed.
In some embodiments of the present application, the client terminal apparatus 200 may determine whether an advertisement is pushed by a regular advertisement push object through an advertisement push identifier corresponding to the received advertisement. Here, the advertisement push identification may include, but is not limited to, an identification, a name, a hardware address, a network address, or an advertisement transmission number of the advertisement push server 100, etc. For example, the client terminal apparatus 200 may determine whether or not the advertisement message is pushed by a regular advertisement push object according to the transmission number corresponding to the received advertisement message.
In some embodiments of the present application, the client terminal apparatus 200 determines that the received advertisement is from a regular advertisement push object by means of a white list. Here, the client terminal apparatus 200 may previously establish a white list of regular advertisement push objects, and contents of the white list may include, but are not limited to, an identification, a name, a hardware address, a network address, an advertisement transmission number, or the like of the advertisement push server 100.
It can be understood that the content of the white list may be preset, fixed, or dynamically adjusted according to needs, which is not particularly limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Here, the client terminal apparatus 200 determines that the received advertisement is pushed by the regular advertisement push object, determines the advertisement as an advertisement to be pushed, and otherwise discards the advertisement without pushing the advertisement to the user terminal 300. For example, the client terminal apparatus 200 determines an advertisement to be pushed by checking the advertisement transmission number of the advertisement to find that the advertisement transmission number is in the white list, and can push the advertisement to the user terminal 300.
The client terminal apparatus 200 determines an advertisement from a regular advertisement pushing object as an advertisement to be pushed by checking the received advertisement, and can improve the security of advertisement pushing and avoid pushing an advertisement from a non-regular advertisement pushing object.
It may be appreciated that the client terminal device 200 may store the advertisement to be pushed in a persistent storage device, such as a mechanical hard disk, a solid state hard disk, or a flash memory, or may store the advertisement to be pushed in a non-persistent storage device, such as a memory or a cache, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
Step S603: the user terminal 300 transmits a network access request to the client terminal apparatus 200.
Here, the client terminal apparatus 200 is a network routing apparatus capable of forwarding network data packets, and the user terminal 300 can realize internet access through a wireless or wired network connection established with the client terminal apparatus 200.
In some embodiments of the present application, the network access request may include a network connection request and a web page access request, where the network connection request includes a data packet sent by the user terminal 300 for requesting to establish a network connection with the client terminal device 200, and the web page access request includes a data packet sent by the user terminal 300 for accessing an internet web page. Network connection request the user terminal 300 transmits a web page access request to the client terminal apparatus 200 after the user terminal 300 establishes a network connection with the client terminal apparatus 200, typically before the web page access request.
It may be appreciated that the network connection request sent by the user terminal 300 to the client terminal device 200 may be a wireless network connection request, such as a WiFi connection request, or may be a wired network connection request, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application.
In some embodiments of the present application, the web page access request sent by the user terminal 300 may be a network packet using the hypertext transfer protocol (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol, HTTP) or a network packet using the hypertext transfer protocol (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol over SecureSocket Layer, HTTPs) on the secure socket layer. The user terminal 300 uses HTTPS protocol to transmit network packets with better security than HTTP protocol to transmit network packets, and can better protect user privacy and website data.
Step S604: the client terminal apparatus 200 determines whether the user terminal 300 belongs to the advertisement push exclusion object, if not, performs step S605 to redirect the network access request, otherwise proceeds to step S610 to perform.
After receiving the network access request sent by the user terminal 300, the client terminal device 200 first checks whether the advertisement has been pushed to the user terminal 300, if the advertisement has been pushed, that is, if the user terminal 300 belongs to the advertisement pushing exclusion object, the advertisement is not pushed to the user terminal 300, otherwise, if the user terminal 300 does not belong to the advertisement pushing exclusion object, the advertisement needs to be pushed to the user terminal 300.
In some embodiments of the present application, the client terminal device 200 determines whether the user terminal 300 belongs to the advertisement push exclusion object by using a white list method. The client terminal apparatus 200 checks whether the user terminal 300 is in the push exclusion white list, and if so, no more advertisements are pushed, otherwise, advertisements are pushed to the user terminal 300.
The inclusion of the push exclude whitelist may include, but is not limited to: an identification, a name, a MAC address, a network address, etc. of the user terminal 300.
Step S605: the client terminal apparatus 200 redirects the network access request.
Here, if the client terminal device 200 determines that the user terminal 300 from which the received network access request is received does not belong to the advertisement push exclusion object, it is necessary to push an advertisement to the user terminal 300, and the advertisement push is implemented by redirecting the network access request.
Redirecting the network access request by the client terminal apparatus 200 refers to returning a network redirection data packet to the user terminal 300 to inform the user terminal 300 that the location of the requested network resource has changed, which may be temporary or permanent. The user terminal 300 may continue to access the original location if there is a temporary location change, and the user terminal 300 uses the new location for access if there is a permanent location change.
In some embodiments of the present application, the client terminal apparatus 200 may redirect according to the protocol and/or port determination used by the network access request. For example, the client terminal apparatus 200 redirects the received network access request if it is checked that the network access request uses the HTTP protocol or the HTTPs protocol; or the received network access request is checked to use 80 ports or 443 ports, and the network access request is redirected; or it is checked that the received network access request uses the HTTP protocol or the HTTPs protocol, and the corresponding port is 80 ports or 443 ports, the network access request is redirected, etc.
Here, the client terminal device 200 checks whether the protocol used by the network access request includes the HTTPS protocol, so that the user terminal 300 can trigger the advertisement pushing of the client terminal device 200 when sending the network access request by using the HTTPS protocol, thereby expanding the coverage of the advertisement pushing and enabling the audience of the advertisement to be wider.
In some embodiments of the present application, the client terminal apparatus 200 returns a redirect packet to the user terminal 300, and the status code of the redirect packet is set to a number indicating the redirect. Here, numbers indicating redirection in the redirection packet may be 301, 302, 303, 307, 308, etc. Wherein 301 and 302 are defined in HTTP protocol version 1.0, and 303, 307 and 308 are defined in HTTP protocol version 1.1. The 301 state code indicates that the network resource has been permanently moved to a new location and that access should be requested for the new location. The 302 state code indicates that the location of the network resource has changed temporarily and that access should continue using the original location. The 303 status code indicates that other network resources should be viewed for access. 307 status codes function similarly to 302 status codes, except that the change request method is not allowed when the network resource request is reissued, e.g., another POST request should be used to repeat the original POST request. The 308 status code functions similarly to the 301 status code except that the request method is not allowed to change when the network resource request is reissued.
In some embodiments of the present application, the status code in the redirection data packet sent by the client terminal device 200 is a 307 status code or a 302 status code to implement temporary redirection. Here, the location of the network resource accessed by the user terminal 300 is not changed, and the client terminal apparatus 200 returns 307 the status code or 302 the status code to inform the user terminal 300 to resend the access request to the network resource, and the location of the network resource still uses the original location. By using 307 status codes or 302 status codes, the client terminal device 200 can push advertisements to the user terminal 300 without intervention in the subsequent network access process of the user terminal 300, thereby simplifying the coordination process of advertisement push and avoiding excessive influence on the network access experience of the user.
Step S606: the client terminal apparatus 200 transmits an advertisement to be pushed to the user terminal 300.
In some embodiments of the present application, the client terminal device 200 sets the advertisement to be pushed in a redirect packet, and sends the redirect packet to the user terminal 300. For example, the advertisement to be pushed may be the content of the redirect packet. Here, by combining the advertisement to be pushed with the redirection data packet, the transmission bandwidth of the redirection data packet can be fully utilized, and the computing resources and bandwidth resources required when the advertisement to be pushed is sent as an independent data packet are not required to be consumed, and meanwhile, the efficiency of advertisement pushing can be improved.
In some embodiments of the present application, the client terminal device 200 may generate a corresponding advertisement web page according to the advertisement to be pushed, and push the advertisement web page to the user terminal 300. For example, if the advertisement to be pushed is in the form of a short message, the client terminal device 200 may generate an advertisement page according to the advertisement to be pushed and a preset web page template, and send the advertisement page as the advertisement to be pushed to the user terminal 300.
Step S607: the user terminal 300 displays the advertisement to be pushed.
In some embodiments of the present application, the user terminal 300 receives the redirection data packet returned by the client terminal device 200, parses the content of the redirection data packet to obtain the advertisement to be pushed, and displays the advertisement to be pushed to the user.
Specifically, the user terminal 300 may perform network access through a browser, and the browser receives and parses the redirection data packet returned by the client terminal 200, and displays the obtained advertisement to be pushed.
In addition, if the network link containing the advertisement content in the advertisement to be pushed, the user may access the specific content of the advertisement by clicking on the network link.
Step S608: the user terminal 300 returns the terminal identification to the client terminal device 200.
In some embodiments of the present application, after receiving and displaying the advertisement to be pushed, the user terminal 300 returns a terminal identifier to the client terminal device 200, where the terminal identifier is used as a proof that the advertisement is pushed to the user terminal 300 for displaying.
Here, the terminal identification may include, but is not limited to: an identification, a name, a MAC address, a network address, etc. of the user terminal 300.
In some embodiments of the present application, the user terminal 300 may return the terminal identification to the client terminal device 200 according to the received user operation. The user operation may be an operation of a keyboard by the user, such as pressing an enter key, pressing a space key, or the like, or an operation of a mouse, such as clicking a left mouse button, clicking a right mouse button, clicking a middle mouse button, or the like.
In other embodiments of the present application, the advertisement page received by the user terminal 300 may include a script for returning the terminal identifier, where the script may trigger to return the terminal identifier by the user operating the advertisement page element, for example, clicking a button on the advertisement page, or may automatically return the terminal identifier, for example, may set a timer, and return the terminal identifier to the client terminal device 200 after a preset time.
Step S609: the client terminal apparatus 200 determines the user terminal 300 as an advertisement push exclusion object according to the terminal identification.
After receiving the returned terminal identifier, the client terminal device 200 can know that the user terminal 300 corresponding to the terminal identifier has received and displayed the advertisement to be pushed, so that the user terminal 300 is determined to be an advertisement pushing exclusion object, and the client terminal device 200 does not push the advertisement any more after receiving the network access request sent by the user terminal 300 again.
In some embodiments of the present application, after the client terminal device 200 determines the user terminal 300 as the advertisement push exclusion object, the terminal identifier corresponding to the user terminal 300 is added to the advertisement push exclusion whitelist. When the client terminal device 200 receives the network access request from the user terminal 300 again, it is determined that the advertisement push is not required to be performed to the user terminal 300 according to the terminal identifier in the advertisement push exclusion white list.
Step S610: the client terminal apparatus 200 processes the network access request.
Here, the client terminal apparatus 200 examines the network access request from the user terminal 300, finds that the user terminal 300 belongs to the advertisement push exclusion object, and does not need to perform advertisement push any more, and the client terminal apparatus 200 performs normal routing processing on the network access request, for example, forwards the network access request to the next hop network apparatus of the client terminal apparatus 200 on the network access path.
In addition, in some embodiments of the present application, the client terminal device 200 may stop the corresponding advertisement push according to the advertisement canceling instruction sent by the advertisement push server 100, and empty the content in the advertisement push exclusion white list. In this way, the client terminal device 200 can realize control of advertisement pushing, and better meet the advertisement pushing demand of the advertisement pushing server 100.
In other embodiments of the present application, the client terminal device 200 may stop the advertisement pushing after the time of the advertisement pushing reaches the preset time threshold, and empty the content in the white list from the advertisement pushing. In this way, the client terminal device 200 can avoid continuously pushing advertisements under the condition that the advertisement canceling instruction is lost in the network transmission process, thereby reducing related resource consumption and improving network access experience of users.
According to one embodiment of the present application, there is also provided an advertisement pushing device. As shown in fig. 7, the advertisement pushing apparatus includes:
