8. The system of claim 1, wherein the cloud server sends the intranet play address and the extranet play address to the user terminal according to the heartbeat information when the user terminal has the use authority of the audio and video of the robot number to which the user terminal subscribes.
9. The system of claim 1, wherein the cloud server is configured to determine whether the user terminal has the use right of the audio/video of the robot number to which the user terminal subscribes.
10. The method for acquiring the audio and video of the robot is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
the cloud server obtains heartbeat information sent to the cloud server by the user terminal through the external network, wherein the heartbeat information comprises information of the user and a subscribed robot number;
the intranet server obtains the use permission of the audio and video of the robot number subscribed by the user terminal; the intranet server is connected with the robot for shooting audio and video through intranet communication, the intranet server and the robot can be connected with an external network, and the cloud server is provided with a robot address proxy module;
the cloud server sends an intranet playing address and an extranet playing address to a user terminal according to the heartbeat information;
when the user terminal has the use permission, the intranet server pulls the audio and video stream through the intranet address of the robot or acquires the audio and video stream of the robot through the robot address proxy module, and the user terminal is allowed to pull the audio and video stream through the intranet play address;
when the user terminal is connected with an external network and has the use authority, the user terminal can pull the audio and video stream through the play address of the external network.
