The transfer case control unit can record a wheel speed signal loss fault and give an alarm when the wheel speed signal loss is monitored, the fault cannot be automatically cleared in the same power-on cycle, and the fault clearing mode can only be manually cleared through re-power-on or workshop brushing equipment.
And at the last checking station of the workshop loading machine function line, the operation of clearing the fault codes is carried out on all the controllers of the vehicle according to the fixed sequence, and before the operation of clearing the fault codes is carried out on all the controllers of the vehicle according to the fixed sequence, software refreshing is carried out on the central electronic control module (Central Electronic Module, CEM), and the central electronic control module is restarted after the software refreshing. The transmission of signals between the CAN buses of the whole vehicle is carried out through the central electronic control module, so that the restarting of the central electronic control module CAN cause the communication between the modules of the whole vehicle to be interrupted for a certain time, and in the period of the interruption of the communication, the transfer case control unit CAN not receive the wheel speed signals sent by an anti-lock braking system (Antilock Brake System, ABS), the wheel speed signals exceed the limit value of the transfer case control unit for monitoring the wheel speed loss, the transfer case control unit CAN record the wheel speed signal loss fault and give an alarm, and the fault alarm CAN not be automatically cleared after the restarting of the communication of the central electronic control module, so that the fault alarm CAN always exist before the transfer case control unit clears the fault code.
And the electronic stability system (Electronic Stability Program, ESP) is used as one of controllers which interact with the transfer case control unit, the electronic stability system can monitor the wheel speed signal loss fault condition of the transfer case control unit, and when the electronic stability system monitors the wheel speed signal loss fault of the transfer case control unit, the electronic stability system can report the fault: the transfer case control unit signals invalid. The electronic stability system fault clearing code is executed before the transfer case control unit, so that when the fault code of the electronic stability system is cleared, the transfer case control unit always reports a wheel speed signal loss fault because the transfer case control unit does not execute a fault clearing process, the electronic stability system cannot clear fault information, and finally the vehicle cannot finish fault-free warehouse entry.
Therefore, how to avoid that the failure alarm generated by the communication interruption of the transfer case control unit due to the restarting of the central electronic control module cannot be automatically eliminated, so that the failure cannot be cleared by the electronic stability system and the vehicle cannot be stored without failure is a technical problem to be solved in the invention.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are some, but not all embodiments of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
The functions of the four-wheel drive system of the vehicle are realized through software control and hardware execution of the transfer case control unit, and on the software level of the transfer case control unit, the transfer case control unit can judge the vehicle state and the torque loading value by identifying and monitoring signals (namely wheel speed signals) of front and rear four wheel speed sensors, accelerator pedal signals, steering wheel angles and other whole vehicle signals. The front wheel speed signal and the rear wheel speed signal are important judging bases for judging whether the vehicle slips in front and behind, and the transfer case control unit can continuously monitor the wheel speed signals of the vehicle.
As shown in FIG. 1, FIG. 1 is a flow chart illustrating a transfer case control unit monitoring strategy according to one embodiment of the present invention. In fig. 1, in the case that the transfer case control unit TOD monitors that the wheel speed is lost, if any one of the front and rear wheel speed signals is lost beyond a certain threshold (for example, 250 ms) in the same power-on cycle, the four-wheel drive system determines that the wheel speed signal is lost through the transfer case control unit, and records a fault: at the moment of wheel speed signal loss, the SystemOperMod signal is pulled up to be Falut, fault alarm is carried out, the fault code (namely, the SystemOperMod signal is Falut) cannot be automatically cleared in the same power-on cycle, and the mode of clearing the fault code can only be manually cleared by re-powering down and powering on (namely, restarting the TOD controller) or by workshop brushing equipment. After the transfer case control unit TOD is powered down again, namely TOD is restarted, if the wheel speed signal is detected to be normal, the fault is cleared. And after the fault is manually cleared through the workshop brushing equipment, if the wheel speed signal is detected to be normal, the fault is cleared.
When the software is rewritten to restart the central electronic control module CEM, the communication among the modules of the whole vehicle is interrupted for a certain time, such as about 330ms, during which the wheel speed signal sent by the ABS is not received by the TOD, and exceeds the limit value of 250ms for wheel speed loss fault alarm of the TOD, so that the TOD reports the fault of wheel speed signal loss, the SystemOperMod signal is pulled up to be Falut, and the current fault alarm strategy of the TOD cannot be automatically eliminated after the communication is restarted by the CEM, so that the fault exists all the time before the TOD clears the fault code.
The electronic stability system ESP, as one of the controllers interacting with the transfer case control unit TOD, monitors the transfer case control unit systemobermod signal and when this signal is at faut, the electronic stability system ESP will report that the transfer case control unit TOD signal is not valid. The execution sequence of the fault code clearing by the electronic stability system ESP is fixed before the transfer case control unit TOD, so that when the electronic stability system ESP is subjected to fault-free warehousing, the transfer case control unit TOD is in a fault state because the flow of the fault code clearing is not executed, and the transfer case control unit TOD signal invalidation fault information reported by the electronic stability system ESP is not cleared, and finally the vehicle cannot finish fault-free warehousing.
Moreover, based on the regulations of the related laws and regulations, the judging threshold value of the wheel speed signal loss cannot exceed 300ms at the highest, the restarting time of the central electronic control module CEM is generally about 330ms, and the restarting time is related to a plurality of influencing factors, and the restarting time of the central electronic control module CEM at each time cannot be accurately controlled to be controlled within 300ms, so that the situation that the transfer case control unit generates fault alarm due to communication interruption caused by restarting of the central electronic control module CEM cannot be solved by adjusting the judging threshold value of the wheel speed signal loss and the restarting time of the central electronic control module CEM.
The transfer case control unit TOD is designed to be a platform, and a plurality of different vehicle types use the same set of fixed order of clearing fault codes, because the different vehicle types may involve production in different host factories, if the order of clearing fault codes is to be changed, the order of clearing fault codes must be effectively communicated in sequence for different vehicle types of different host factories, in addition, some host factories may not be able to change the order of clearing fault codes for various reasons, so that the situation that the electronic stability system ESP cannot clear fault information by changing the execution order of clearing fault codes on the basis of not increasing labor cost is not possible.
Therefore, in order to at least partially solve one or more of the above problems and other potential problems, an embodiment of the present invention provides a fault alarm processing method, where when a wheel speed signal loss is monitored, a transfer case control unit determines whether a fault alarm release condition is met, and if it is determined that the fault alarm release condition is met, a preset fault release strategy is executed, so that the transfer case control unit may not record a fault alarm when a central electronic control module is restarted to cause a communication interruption, or automatically clear the fault alarm after the central electronic control module is restarted to cause the communication interruption, so that on the basis of not increasing labor cost, when all controllers clear fault codes in a fixed order, a fault of an electronic stability system can be cleared smoothly, and a problem that the fault alarm generated by the transfer case control unit due to the restart of the central electronic control module cannot be automatically cleared, and a vehicle cannot be put into storage without faults is solved.
Hereinafter, specific examples of the present scheme will be described in more detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to FIG. 2, FIG. 2 is a flow chart illustrating a fault alarm processing method for use with a transfer case control unit in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the fault alarm processing method of the present embodiment may include the steps of:
Step S11: the wheel speed signal of the vehicle is monitored.
In this embodiment, the transfer case control unit may continuously monitor the wheel speed signal of the vehicle. Specifically, the monitoring of the wheel speed signal may be performed by whether the wheel speed signal transmitted by the antilock brake system can be received.
In one embodiment, if the transfer case control unit can monitor the wheel speed signals of the front and rear wheels through the wheel speed signals sent by the anti-lock braking system, and if the wheel speed signal of any one wheel sent by the anti-lock braking system is not received within a preset time period, the transfer case control unit determines that the wheel speed signal is lost. The preset duration may be 250ms or less than 300ms, and the specific value of the preset duration in this embodiment is not limited.
Step S12: in the event that loss of wheel speed signal is monitored, it is determined whether a failure alarm release condition is satisfied.
In this embodiment, the transfer case control unit may continue to monitor the wheel speed signal of the vehicle when it monitors that the wheel speed signal is not lost; in the case where the loss of the wheel speed signal is monitored, a judgment can be made as to whether the failure alarm release condition is satisfied. The failure alarm release condition in this embodiment is a condition that is set in advance to execute a preset failure alarm release policy for the wheel speed signal loss condition. And if the failure alarm releasing condition is met, the transfer case control unit is instructed to restart the central electronic control module to cause communication interruption, and failure alarm of wheel speed signal loss or failure alarm of automatic clearing of wheel speed signal loss is not recorded.
The fault alarm release conditions of this embodiment include: and receiving a fault record closing instruction or receiving a frame of correct wheel speed signal in the same power-on cycle.
Step S13: and executing a preset fault alarm releasing strategy under the condition that the fault alarm releasing condition is determined to be met.
In this embodiment, the transfer case control unit may execute a preset failure release alarm policy under the condition that the failure alarm release condition is determined to be satisfied, where the preset failure release alarm policy in this embodiment may be a failure alarm that does not record a wheel speed signal loss or a failure alarm that automatically clears a wheel speed signal loss.
In this embodiment, under the condition that the wheel speed signal loss is monitored, the transfer case control unit does not directly record the fault alarm any more, but judges whether the fault alarm release condition is met or not, so that under the condition that the fault alarm release condition is confirmed to be met, a preset fault alarm release strategy is executed, for example, the fault alarm of no wheel speed signal loss is recorded or the fault alarm of the wheel speed signal loss is automatically cleared, so that the transfer case control unit can not record the fault alarm of the wheel speed signal loss under the condition that the central electronic control module is restarted to cause communication interruption or automatically clear the fault alarm of the wheel speed signal loss after the central electronic control module is restarted to cause communication interruption, thereby on the basis of not increasing labor cost, when all controllers clear the fault codes according to a fixed sequence, the fault of the electronic stabilizing system can be cleared smoothly, the problem that the wheel speed signal loss fault alarm generated by the transfer case control unit due to the communication interruption cannot be automatically cleared, the electronic stabilizing system cannot clear the fault, and the vehicle cannot be in a warehouse without fault is ensured, and the production efficiency is improved on the side.
In combination with the above embodiment, in an implementation manner, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a fault alarm processing method. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the malfunction alerting release conditions include: the step S13 may specifically include step S21:
step S21: and executing fault alarm without recording under the condition that a fault record closing instruction is received before the central electronic control module is restarted.
In this embodiment, the transfer case control unit may determine, when it monitors that the wheel speed signal is lost, whether a failure record closing instruction is received before the central electronic control module is restarted, to determine whether a failure alarm release condition is satisfied. The transfer case control unit in the embodiment receives the fault record closing instruction issued by the brushing equipment before the central electronic control module is restarted, so that the restarting condition of the central electronic control module can be monitored, the fault record closing instruction is used for indicating the transfer case control unit to not record fault alarm information caused by the loss of wheel speed signals, and therefore the transfer case control unit is determined to meet the fault alarm releasing condition under the condition that the wheel speed signals are determined to be lost occurs under the condition that the fault record closing instruction is received, and the transfer case control unit does not record fault alarms of the loss of the wheel speed signals.
In this embodiment, by determining whether a failure record closing instruction is received before the central electronic control module is restarted under the condition that the wheel speed is monitored to be lost, the failure alarm is released, and when the condition that the wheel speed signal is determined to be lost occurs under the condition that the failure record closing instruction is received, the failure alarm of the wheel speed signal loss is not recorded, so that when the operation of clearing the failure codes is performed on all the controllers of the vehicle in a fixed sequence, the electronic stability system does not report a failure: the transfer case control unit reports that the signal is invalid, so that the electronic stabilizing system and the transfer case control unit can be sequentially and smoothly cleared up, and the problems that the electronic stabilizing system cannot clear up faults and a vehicle cannot be put in storage without faults caused by the fact that the wheel speed signal loss fault alarm generated by communication interruption of the transfer case control unit is unable to be automatically eliminated due to restarting of the central electronic control module are solved.
In combination with the above embodiment, in an implementation manner, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a fault alarm processing method. Specifically, in the method, in addition to the above steps, step S31 may be included:
step S31: after the central electronic control module is restarted, a fault record starting instruction is received, recording is executed, and fault alarm is output.
In this embodiment, after the central electronic control module is restarted, the brushing device sends a fault record start command to the transfer case control unit. The transfer case control unit may determine a restart completion of the central electronic control module based on whether a fault record start command is received. In this embodiment, the transfer case control unit may be informed by the flashing device sending a fault record close command and a fault record open command to the transfer case control unit: and restarting the central electronic control module.
The fault record closing instruction can characterize the starting time of restarting the central electronic control module, and is used for indicating the transfer case control unit to not record fault alarm information caused by wheel speed signal loss. The fault record opening instruction can represent the ending time of restarting the central electronic control module, and is used for indicating the transfer case control unit to restart recording of fault alarm information caused by wheel speed signal loss.
In this embodiment, after the central electronic control module is restarted, the transfer case control unit receives a fault record starting instruction, and can execute recording and output fault alarm aiming at the condition of wheel speed loss. For example, the transfer case control unit may determine whether the monitored condition of the wheel speed signal loss occurs in the case of receiving the failure record start command, and if it is determined that the condition of the wheel speed signal loss occurs in the case of receiving the failure record start command, it may determine that the condition of the wheel speed signal loss does not occur in the period of time in which the central electronic control module is restarted, that is, the wheel speed signal loss is not lost due to the central electronic control module being restarted, and therefore, the failure alarm release condition is not satisfied at this time, and a failure alarm of the wheel speed signal loss needs to be recorded and output.
In addition, in one embodiment, after the transfer case control unit receives the fault setting closing instruction, and the failure record opening instruction is not received, the central electronic control module is characterized by a restarting time period; that is, the time period for the central electronic control module to restart is: after receiving the fault setting closing instruction, the fault record opening instruction is received.
After the transfer case control unit receives the failure record closing instruction, it can determine whether the monitored wheel speed signal loss occurs after the failure setting closing instruction is received and the failure record opening instruction is not received, and if the wheel speed signal loss occurs after the failure setting closing instruction is received and the failure record opening instruction is not received, no failure alarm is recorded.
In the embodiment, the condition that the wheel speed signal is lost is determined to occur after a fault setting closing instruction is received, and under the condition that a fault record opening instruction is not received, fault alarming of the wheel speed signal loss is not recorded, so that when all controllers of a vehicle are subjected to fault code clearing operation according to a fixed sequence, an electronic stabilizing system cannot report a fault that a transfer case control unit reports invalid signals, and the problems that the wheel speed signal loss fault alarming generated by the transfer case control unit due to communication interruption caused by restarting of a central electronic control module cannot be automatically eliminated, and the electronic stabilizing system cannot clear faults and the vehicle cannot be stored without faults are solved.
In addition, in the case where it is determined that the wheel speed signal loss occurs before the failure record closing instruction is received, that is, in the case where it is determined that the failure record closing instruction is not received in the case where the wheel speed signal loss is monitored, it may also be determined that the wheel speed signal loss does not occur in the period of time in which the central electronic control module is restarted, that is, the wheel speed signal loss is not lost due to the central electronic control module being restarted, and therefore, the failure alarm release condition is not satisfied at this time, and a failure alarm of the wheel speed signal loss needs to be recorded and output.
In combination with the above embodiment, in an implementation manner, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a fault alarm processing method. Specifically, in the method, the failure alarm release condition includes: the step S13 may specifically include the step S41 of receiving a correct frame of wheel speed signal in the same power-up cycle:
step S41: and under the condition that a frame of correct wheel speed signal is received in the same power-on cycle, performing fault alarm not recording.
In this embodiment, the transfer case control unit determines, when it monitors that the wheel speed signal is lost, whether a correct frame of the wheel speed signal is received in the same power-on cycle, and determines that the failure alarm release condition is satisfied when a correct frame of the wheel speed signal is received in the same power-on cycle, and executes the failure alarm not to be recorded at this time.
Thus, by the fault alarm processing method of the embodiment, whether a correct frame of wheel speed signal can be received in the same power-on cycle is judged to perform the fault alarm releasing condition, when it is determined that a correct frame of wheel speed signal can be received in the same power-on cycle (namely, a correct and complete first frame of wheel speed signal is received), the fault alarm of the wheel speed signal loss is not recorded, so that after the central electronic control unit CEM is restarted and communication is restored, the transfer case control unit does not record the fault alarm of the wheel speed signal loss, and when all controllers of the vehicle are subsequently operated to clear fault codes according to a fixed sequence, the electronic stability system does not report faults: the transfer case control unit reports that the signal is invalid, so that the electronic stabilizing system and the transfer case control unit can be sequentially and smoothly cleared up, and the problems that the electronic stabilizing system cannot clear up faults and a vehicle cannot be put in storage without faults caused by the fact that the wheel speed signal loss fault alarm generated by communication interruption of the transfer case control unit is unable to be automatically eliminated due to restarting of the central electronic control module are solved.
In combination with the above embodiment, in an implementation manner, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a fault alarm processing method. Specifically, in the method, the failure alarm release condition includes: receiving a frame of correct wheel speed signal in the same power-on cycle; the step S13 may specifically include step S51:
Step S51: and under the condition that the received wheel speed signal is lost, recording fault alarm, and in the same power-on cycle, receiving a frame of correct wheel speed signal, and clearing the fault alarm.
In this embodiment, the transfer case control unit records and outputs a failure alarm in the event that a wheel speed signal loss is monitored. Namely, under the condition that the loss of the wheel speed signal is monitored, the fault alarm of the wheel speed signal loss is directly recorded and output, for example: the four-drive mode signal, i.e., the systemoopermod signal, is pulled up in the faut state. After outputting the fault alarm, the transfer case control unit can judge whether the fault alarm releasing condition is met, namely, whether a frame of correct wheel speed signal is received in the same power-on cycle is determined. The transfer case control unit determines that in the same power-on cycle, under the condition that a frame of correct and complete wheel speed signal (namely, a correct and complete first frame of wheel speed signal) can be received, the generated fault alarm can be automatically cleared, for example, the SystemOperMod signal returns to the normal position from the fault state.
Therefore, through the fault alarm processing method of the embodiment, whether the correct wheel speed signal can be received in the same power-on cycle after the wheel speed signal is lost or not is judged, when the condition that the correct wheel speed signal can be received in the same power-on cycle is determined, the fault alarm of the wheel speed signal loss is automatically cleared, so that after the central electronic control unit CEM is restarted to restore communication, the transfer case control unit can automatically clear the fault alarm of the wheel speed signal loss, and when all controllers of the vehicle are subsequently operated for clearing fault codes according to a fixed sequence, the electronic stabilizing system does not report faults: the transfer case control unit reports that the signal is invalid, so that the electronic stabilizing system and the transfer case control unit can be sequentially and smoothly cleared up, and the problems that the electronic stabilizing system cannot clear up faults and a vehicle cannot be put in storage without faults caused by the fact that the wheel speed signal loss fault alarm generated by communication interruption of the transfer case control unit is unable to be automatically eliminated due to restarting of the central electronic control module are solved.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, FIG. 3 is a flow chart illustrating a transfer case control unit monitoring strategy according to another embodiment of the present invention. In fig. 3, after the transfer case control unit TOD monitors that the wheel speed signal is lost for more than 250ms, the system records a fault (the wheel speed signal is lost), and in the same power-on cycle, after the transfer case control unit TOD receives a correct frame of wheel speed signal, the fault is automatically eliminated, and if the wheel speed signal is continuously lost, the fault is maintained. And after the transfer case control unit TOD is powered down and then powered up (namely after the TOD controller is restarted) or after the fault code is manually cleared, if the wheel speed signal is normal, the fault is cleared, if the wheel speed signal is lost for more than 250ms again, the system records the fault (the wheel speed signal is lost), and in the same power-on cycle, the fault is automatically eliminated after a frame of correct wheel speed signal is received. That is, in the TOD fault clearing strategy provided in this embodiment, the automatic fault clearing alarm is performed when a frame of correct wheel speed signal is received in the same power-on cycle, and the automatic fault clearing alarm can be performed in combination with power-down, power-on and manual fault clearing, so that the rationality and timeliness of fault clearing are ensured as much as possible.
Based on the same inventive concept, one embodiment of the invention provides a fault alarm processing method. Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a fault alarm processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is applied to a brushwriting apparatus. As shown in fig. 4, the fault alarm processing method of the present embodiment may include the steps of:
step S61: and sending a fault record closing instruction to a transfer case control unit of the vehicle so that the transfer case control unit can execute fault alarm without record under the condition that the wheel speed signal is lost and the fault record closing instruction is received.
In this embodiment, the workshop brushwriting device may inform the transfer case control unit by sending a fault record closing instruction to the transfer case control unit: the central electronic control module starts restarting. The fault record closing instruction can characterize the starting time of restarting the central electronic control module, and is used for indicating the transfer case control unit to not record fault alarm information caused by wheel speed signal loss.
After receiving the fault setting closing instruction, the transfer case control unit can judge whether the monitored wheel speed signal loss occurs under the condition that the fault recording closing instruction is received, so that fault alarm of the wheel speed signal loss is not recorded under the condition that the wheel speed signal loss is determined to occur under the condition that the fault recording closing instruction is received, namely, under the condition that the wheel speed signal loss is determined to occur in a time period when the central electronic control module is restarted.
The failure setting closing instruction is used for indicating the transfer case control unit to record the starting time of the time period when the central electronic control module is restarted, and the transfer case control unit can determine whether the failure setting closing instruction is received under the condition that the wheel speed is monitored to be lost, so as to determine whether the monitored condition that the wheel speed signal is lost occurs in the time period when the central electronic control module is restarted.
In the embodiment, the brushing equipment instructs the transfer case control unit to determine the starting time of the time period when the central electronic control module is restarted by issuing the fault setting closing instruction, and instructs the transfer case control unit to no longer record fault alarm information caused by the loss of the wheel speed signal by the fault setting closing instruction, so that the transfer case control unit no longer records fault alarms caused by the loss of the wheel speed signal by restarting the central electronic control module, and when all controllers of a vehicle are subjected to the operation of clearing fault codes according to a fixed sequence, the electronic stability system does not report the fault that the transfer case control unit reports the invalid signal, thereby solving the problems that the fault alarms caused by the loss of the wheel speed signal due to the restarting of the central electronic control module of the transfer case control unit cannot be automatically eliminated, and the electronic stability system cannot clear the fault and the vehicle cannot be put into storage without faults.
In combination with the above embodiment, in an implementation manner, the embodiment of the present invention further provides a fault alarm processing method. Specifically, in the method, after the above step S61, step S71 and step S72 may be further included:
step S71: and sending a restarting instruction to the central electronic control module.
Step S72: after receiving a restarting response returned by the central electronic control module, a fault record starting instruction is sent to the transfer case control unit, so that the transfer case control unit can execute recording and output fault alarm under the condition that the wheel speed signal is lost and the fault record starting instruction is received.
The embodiment adjusts the restarting strategy of the central electronic control module, and is not: when the central electronic control module needs to be restarted, a restarting instruction is directly sent to the central electronic control module through the brushing equipment, and a restarting response returned by the central electronic control module after the restarting is completed is received.
The present embodiment provides a new restart strategy: before sending a restarting instruction to the central electronic control module, the brushing equipment sends a fault record closing instruction to the transfer case control unit, and the transfer case control unit is instructed not to record fault alarm information caused by wheel speed signal loss. And then the brushing equipment sends a restarting instruction to the central electronic control module, the central electronic control module restarts according to the restarting instruction, and after restarting is finished, a restarting response is returned to the brushing equipment so as to represent that the central electronic control module restarts. After receiving the restarting response returned by the central electronic control module, the brushing equipment sends a fault record starting instruction to the transfer case control unit so as to instruct the transfer case control unit to restart recording of fault alarm information caused by the loss of the wheel speed signal, thereby ensuring that the transfer case control unit cannot record the fault alarm of the loss of the wheel speed signal caused by the restarting of the central electronic control module.
The embodiment can send the fault record closing instruction and the fault record opening instruction to the transfer case control unit through the brushing equipment so as to inform the transfer case control unit: and restarting the central electronic control module. The fault record opening instruction can represent the ending time of restarting the central electronic control module.
After the transfer case control unit receives the fault record starting instruction, whether the monitored wheel speed signal loss occurs under the condition that the fault record starting instruction is received or not can be determined, if the wheel speed signal loss occurs under the condition that the fault record starting instruction is received, it can be determined that the wheel speed signal loss does not occur in a time period when the central electronic control module is restarted, namely, the wheel speed signal loss is not lost due to the restarting of the central electronic control module, therefore, the fault alarm releasing condition is not met, and the fault alarm of the wheel speed signal loss needs to be recorded and output.
In combination with the above embodiments, in one embodiment, table 1 below shows the relevant functions, instructions and response modules of the brushwriting device. The flashing device may send a fault record closing instruction (i.e. DTC (fault) set closing instruction in table 1, 85, 82) to all control modules of the whole vehicle before sending a restart instruction to the central electronic control module CEM, respectively, indicating that each control module of the vehicle no longer records fault alarm information caused by signal loss. Then, the brushing device sends a restarting instruction (11 01) to the central electronic control module CEM, the central electronic control module CEM restarts according to the restarting instruction, and after restarting, a restarting positive response (51 01) is returned to the brushing device to represent that the central electronic control module restarts. After receiving the restart response returned by the central electronic control module, the brushing device sends a fault record opening instruction (i.e. a DTC (fault) setting opening instruction in table 1, 85) to all control modules of the whole vehicle, so as to instruct each control module of the vehicle to restart recording of fault alarm information between each module interaction.

In summary, in the embodiment of the present invention, two strategies are provided:
strategy 1: the alarm strategy of the transfer case control unit TOD aiming at the wheel speed is not used for only powering up and down or manually clearing as a fault elimination condition, but the fault can be automatically eliminated after a frame of correct wheel speed signal is received in the same power-on cycle.
Strategy 2: and (3) adjusting the flow strategy of the workshop refreshing equipment, closing the fault recording function of each module through the refreshing equipment before restarting the central electronic control module CEM, and recovering the fault recording function of each module after restarting the central electronic control module CEM so as to avoid faults caused by communication interruption among the modules.
Therefore, the embodiment of the invention solves the problem that the electronic stability system ESP cannot eliminate the faults caused by the communication interruption band in production (for example, before the operation of clearing and reading fault codes is carried out on all controllers of the vehicle according to a fixed sequence and after the central electronic control module CEM is restarted) due to the two strategies, thereby ensuring the circulation and warehousing of the vehicle and improving the production efficiency on the side face.
