the regional relevance determining module is used for determining the regional relevance of each two park monitoring areas in a plurality of park monitoring areas included in a smart park belonging to a monitored object according to two park monitoring videos corresponding to the two park monitoring areas so as to output regional relevance values corresponding to the two park monitoring areas, wherein the regional relevance values are used for representing the relevance degree between the two corresponding park monitoring areas, and the park monitoring videos comprise multi-frame park monitoring video frames;

the monitoring video screening processing module is used for screening the park monitoring video corresponding to the park monitoring area according to the regional importance representation value corresponding to the park monitoring area for each of the plurality of park monitoring areas so as to output the target park monitoring video corresponding to the park monitoring area, wherein the target park monitoring video is used as the basis of accident tracing of the corresponding park monitoring area.

for each two park monitoring areas in the plurality of park monitoring areas, performing position distance calculation processing according to the area position information corresponding to the two park monitoring areas to output the area position distances corresponding to the two park monitoring areas, and performing area adjacency calculation processing according to the area position distances to output the area adjacencies corresponding to the two park monitoring areas;
For each two park monitoring areas in the plurality of park monitoring areas, carrying out data fusion processing on the area adjacency corresponding to the two park monitoring areas and the area correlation value corresponding to the two park monitoring areas so as to output the area correlation coefficient corresponding to the two park monitoring areas;
