Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of computers, in particular to an expansion card support frame and an electronic device.
Background
Expansion cards in servers have a variety of uses, such as for image processing, as network interfaces, as peripheral interfaces, and for storing data, among others. In the prior art, a user can install an expansion card with a corresponding function in a server according to own use requirements so as to expand the functions of the server.
For example, currently, a user may install an expansion card in the internet of vehicles server to improve the operation function and speed of the internet of vehicles server. However, vibration generated when the vehicle moves may make the expansion card not firmly inserted into the expansion slot of the circuit board of the server, thereby causing the expansion card to be separated from the expansion slot, and even causing the expansion slot to be damaged due to the vibration of the expansion card. Optionally, the expansion card support frame further includes a second fastener, where the second fastener is disposed through two extension sections of the two clamping portions, so that the two clamping portions tightly clamp the second side of the card body together.
In a second aspect, the present application provides an electronic device, comprising: a chassis, a circuit board, at least one expansion card, and at least one expansion card support as provided in the first aspect; the circuit board is arranged on the shell and is provided with at least one expansion groove; the expansion card comprises a card body and an electric port, wherein the card body comprises a first side and a second side which are opposite, and the electric port is arranged on the first side and is electrically connected with the expansion slot in an inserting mode; the expansion card support frame is positioned at the second side of the card body and comprises a movable part and two clamping parts; wherein, the movable part is movably arranged on the shell; the two clamping parts are respectively connected to the two opposite ends of the movable part and are used for jointly clamping the two opposite surfaces of the second side of the clamp body.
Optionally, each of the two clamping portions includes an extension section, a stop section, and a clamping section; the first end of the extension section is connected with the first end of the movable part, and the opposite sides of the stop section are respectively connected with the second end of the extension section and the clamping section; the distance between the extending sections and the clamping sections is larger than that between the two extending sections.
Optionally, the electronic device further includes a first fastener, and the casing is provided with a chute, and the first fastener movably passes through the chute and is arranged on the movable portion in a penetrating manner, so that the movable portion is movably arranged on the casing.

For example, the electronic device 10 in the embodiment of the present application may be an internet of vehicles server. For example, the electronic device 10 may be disposed within a vehicle. The electronic device 10 includes a housing 11, a circuit board 12, at least one expansion card 13, at least one expansion card support 14, and a first fastener 15. The cabinet 11 includes a housing 111 and an assembly plate 112. The assembly plate 112 is detachably mounted to the housing 111. The circuit board 12 is disposed on the housing 111 and away from the assembly board 112. At least one expansion slot 121 is provided on the circuit board 12. In the embodiment of the present application, the structures of each expansion card 13, each expansion card holder 14, and each expansion slot 121 are the same, so in the following description of the embodiment of the present application, any expansion card 13, any expansion card holder 14, and any expansion slot 121 will be described as an example.
The expansion card 13 includes a card body 131 and an electrical port 132. The card body 131 includes an opposite first side 1311 and a second side 1312. The electrical port 132 is disposed on the first side 1311 and electrically connected to the expansion slot 121. Illustratively, the expansion card 13 may be a display adapter, and the corresponding expansion slot 121 may be a display adapter slot. The expansion card support 14 is located on the second side 1312 of the card body 131. That is, the expansion card supporting frame 14 is located at a side of the card body 131 away from the expansion slot 121.
The assembly plate 112 is adjacent to the second side 1312 of the card body 131 and has a chute 1121, and the expansion card support 14 includes a movable portion 141, two clamping portions 142, and an elastic body 143. The first fastening member 15 movably passes through the chute 1121 and is disposed through the movable portion 141, so that the movable portion 141 is movably disposed on the assembly plate 112. In this way, the supporting position of the expansion card supporting frame 14 can be adjusted according to the size of the expansion card 13. The two clamping portions 142 have elasticity and are respectively connected to opposite ends of the movable portion 141, and the two clamping portions 142 jointly clamp opposite surfaces of the second side 1312 of the card body 131 to position the card body 131.
Specifically, each clamping portion 142 includes an extension segment 1421, a stop segment 1422, and a clamping segment 1423. The first end of the extension 1421 is connected to the first end of the movable portion 141. Opposite sides of the stop section 1422 are connected to a second end of the extension section 1421 and the clamping section 1423, respectively. The stop section 1422 is used to stop the second side 1312 of the expansion card 13. The extension sections 1421 and the clamping sections 1423 have a distance therebetween, and the distance D1 between the two clamping sections 1423 is greater than the distance D2 between the two extension sections 1421.
For example, the elastic body 143 may be silica gel or foam, the elastic body 143 is disposed between two clamping sections 1423, and opposite ends of the elastic body 143 abut against two stop sections 1422. That is, the elastic body 143 is disposed in a space created by a difference in distance between the extension section 1421 and the clamping section 1423. In this way, the expansion card holder 14 can further absorb the vibration generated to the expansion card 13 when the vehicle moves by the elastic body 143 when holding the expansion card 13.
In the present embodiment, the effect of the internet of vehicles server clamping the expansion card 13 by providing the expansion card support frame 14 is that the expansion card 13 can be firmly set in the circuit board 12, so that the situation that the expansion card 13 is separated from the expansion slot 121 due to vibration generated when the vehicle moves can be avoided, and the damage of the expansion card 13 and the expansion slot 121 due to vibration generated when the vehicle moves can be avoided. In addition, since the expansion card supporting frame 14 is movably disposed in the chute 1121 of the assembling plate 112, the supporting position of the expansion card supporting frame 14 can be adjusted according to different sizes of the expansion card 13. In this way, the flexibility in mounting the expansion card 13 can be improved.
In this embodiment, the expansion card support bracket 14 may also include a second fastener 144. The second fastening member 144 is disposed between the two extension sections 1421 of the two clamping portions 142, so that the two clamping portions 142 tightly clamp the second side 1312 of the card body 131 together. In this way, the card body 131 can be positioned even further.
In this embodiment, the movable portion 141 of the expansion card support 14 may further include a positioning protrusion 1411. When the movable portion 141 is disposed on the assembly plate 112, the positioning protrusion 1411 is positioned in the chute 1121 of the assembly plate 112, so that the movable portion 141 can be positioned in advance, and the first fastener 15 can be accurately inserted into the movable portion 141.

As shown in fig. 4, when a user wants to mount the expansion card 13 on the circuit board 12 and support the expansion card 13 by the expansion card support frame 14, first, the two clamping portions 142 of the expansion card support frame 14 can be opened in the direction a and the direction B, respectively, so as to facilitate assembling the expansion card 13.
In addition, as shown in fig. 5, since the two clamping portions 142 have elasticity, the two clamping portions 142 can be reset along the direction a reverse and the direction B reverse after opening to clamp the opposite surfaces of the second side 1312 of the expansion card supporting frame 14. wherein the movable part is movably arranged on the shell;
the clamping parts are respectively connected to the two opposite ends of the movable part and are used for jointly clamping the two opposite surfaces of the second side of the card body.

The expansion card support of claim 1, wherein both of said clip portions include an extension segment, a stop segment, and a clip segment; the first end of the extension section is connected with the first end of the movable part, and the opposite sides of the stop section are respectively connected with the second end of the extension section and the clamping section; the distance between the extending sections and the clamping sections is larger than the distance between the extending sections.
3. The expansion card support of claim 2, further comprising a second fastener extending through both of said extensions of both of said clamping portions to cause both of said clamping portions to cooperatively and tightly clamp said second side of said card body.
4. An electronic device, comprising: a chassis, a circuit board, at least one expansion card, and at least one expansion card support according to any one of claims 1-3;
the circuit board is arranged on the shell and is provided with at least one expansion groove;
the expansion card comprises a card body and an electric port, wherein the card body comprises a first side and a second side which are opposite, and the electric port is arranged on the first side and is electrically connected with the expansion slot in an inserting mode;
the expansion card support frame is positioned at the second side of the card body and comprises a movable part and two clamping parts; wherein the movable part is movably arranged on the shell; the clamping parts are respectively connected to the two opposite ends of the movable part and are used for jointly clamping the two opposite surfaces of the second side of the card body.
5. The electronic device of claim 4, wherein both of the clamping portions comprise an extension section, a stop section, and a clamping section; the first end of the extension section is connected with the first end of the movable part, and the opposite sides of the stop section are respectively connected with the second end of the extension section and the clamping section; the distance between the extending sections and the clamping sections is larger than the distance between the extending sections.
6. The electronic device of claim 5, further comprising a first fastener, wherein the housing is provided with a chute, and the first fastener movably passes through the chute and is disposed through the movable portion, so that the movable portion is movably disposed in the housing.
7. The electronic device of claim 6, wherein the expansion card support further comprises a second fastener penetrating through the two extension segments of the two clamping portions such that the two clamping portions together tightly clamp the second side of the card body.
8. The electronic device of claim 5, wherein the expansion card support further comprises an elastomer disposed between the two clamping segments, and opposite ends of the elastomer abut against the two stop segments.
9. The electronic device of claim 8, wherein the elastomer is silica gel or foam.
10. The electronic device of claim 4, wherein the expansion card is a display adapter.
