Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a fishing lamp for fishing, and more particularly, to a fishing lamp for fishing having a ground circuit portion which is respectively in contact with an upper light emitting portion and a lower light emitting portion, and a power supply of a battery is applied to not only the upper light emitting portion but also the lower light emitting portion to enhance light emission of a light emitting diode.
Background
In general, most fish living in the ocean have phototaxis, and fish represented by hairtail, grouper, squid, webbed octopus, and the like react to bright light and have positive phototaxis.
In order to catch such fish having positive phototropism by fishing, a separate fish gathering lamp is required.
That is, the fishing lamp may be classified into an on-water fishing lamp, which is generally directly mounted on a ship, and an under-water fishing lamp, which is mounted using a rope or a fishing line.
The water fishing lamp is used for fishing with a fishing net and used for fishing.
However, such underwater fish gathering lamps are excessively large and heavy, and thus cannot effectively improve the yield. Also, when it is required to catch fish living in the deep sea at 300m to 400m, the underwater fishing lamp cannot obtain sufficient waterproof performance.
Further, there is a problem in that the fish attracting effect by the underwater fishing lamp is not good at present because the light emission amount is insufficient.
That is, a general underwater fishing lamp is manufactured in a very large and bright manner, and thus is widely used for fishing net fishing. Moreover, underwater fishing lamps are in a very large and heavy form and are therefore unsuitable for fishing.
Thus, although the fishing lamp is very effective in capturing fish deep under water by fishing, particularly, fish having positive phototaxis, no underwater fishing lamp having a use level has been developed at present.
Therefore, it is very difficult to catch fish having positive phototropism by fishing, and there is a problem in that the catching amount and yield are also extremely low.
In order to improve the problems of the prior art, korean laid-open patent No. 10-2012-0014337 (published on 2012, 02, 17) discloses a "fishing lamp for sea fishing", which provides a fishing lamp for sea fishing having a structure in which a fastening body having an inside hollow and one side opened and a lens cover body are screw-coupled to each other, a socket formed with a light emitting diode lamp is pressed and inserted into an inside of the lens cover body, a needle type battery inserted into the inside of the socket and lighting the light emitting diode lamp is configured to be accommodated in the fastening body, and a coupling hole capable of being hung on a fishing line and fixed is formed at a front end of the fastening body.
However, such a prior art is to simply release light through the light emitting diode lamp, which has a problem in that it causes a lot of inconveniences during use, for example, a fish gathering effect is limited due to a limited divergence of light, and particularly, when the fish gathering lamp is hung on a fishing line for use, the fish gathering lamp and the fishing line are liable to be wound.

An insertion hole is formed on the inner side so that the contact circuit 300 can be forcibly engaged, and the contact circuit 300 is used to apply the power of the battery B.
Among them, it is preferable to use at least one battery configured in series with each other so that the upper printed circuit board 110 and the lower printed circuit board 210 formed in the fishing lamp 10 for fishing according to the embodiment of the present invention form an electric current.

As described above, it is preferable that the current of the upper and lower printed circuit boards 110 and 210 is formed using batteries configured in series to delay power consumption.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the upper light emitting part 100 is disposed inside the upper body 11, and when floating on the sea surface or temporarily located below the sea surface due to waves, the upper light emitting part 100 plays a role of emitting light.
For this, the upper light emitting part 100 further includes an upper printed circuit board 110 and an upper electrode part 120.
The upper printed circuit board 110 is formed with a light emitting diode for irradiating light in an upper direction of the upper body 11.

Such upper electrode portion 120 further includes a center positive electrode 121, an upper negative electrode 122, and an outer positive electrode 123.
In the center positive electrode 121, the center of the lower surface of the upper printed circuit board 110 is in contact with the positive electrode of the battery, and the center positive electrode 121 is an electrode that can emit light of the light emitting diode by receiving the power of the battery.
The upper negative electrode 122 serves as an electrode spaced apart from the center positive electrode and in contact with the contact circuit, and the upper negative electrode 122 serves to move the power applied through the center positive electrode 121.
The outer positive electrode 123 is an electrode that is spaced apart from the upper negative electrode and is in contact with the upper part of the ground circuit portion.
In particular, the outer positive electrode 123 receives power from the battery B that moves from the upper negative electrode 122. The power is applied to the ground circuit 400 to cause the light emitting diode formed in the lower light emitting portion 200 to emit light.
Accordingly, the fishing lamp 10 for fishing according to the embodiment of the present invention emits light from the light emitting diodes respectively located at the upper and lower portions by one battery B, and thus can have a desired high illuminance.

The upper electrode 310 can be in contact with the upper negative electrode 122 formed on the lower surface of the upper electrode part 120 and cause the current of the battery B to flow from the positive electrode to the negative electrode.
A coil spring is formed at the lower portion of the lever and an elastic portion 320 is formed to push the lower portion of the battery in the upper direction.
Wherein, when the upper body 11 and the lower body 12 are spirally combined, the elastic part 320 makes the distance between the upper and lower parts smaller, and the battery positive electrode is brought into contact with the center positive electrode formed on the lower surface of the upper electrode part 120 by pushing the lower part of the battery in the upper direction.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the ground circuit 400 is disposed on one side of the battery case 13, and is configured to apply power to the battery to the lower light emitting unit 200.
To this end, the ground circuit part 400 further includes a main lever 410, an upper ground part 420, and a lower ground part 430.
The main lever 410 extends in the length direction, and the length of the main lever 410 corresponds to the length of the battery case 13.
The upper ground 420 is bent in one direction from the upper portion of the main lever 410 and contacts the outer positive electrode 123 for moving the power of the battery to the lower portion of the main lever 410.
The lower ground 430 is bent in one direction from the lower portion of the main lever 410 and contacts the lower positive electrode 221 for receiving power of the battery.
On the other hand, as shown in fig. 5, the fishing lamp 10 for fishing according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes a fastening part 500.
The fastening portion 500 is coupled to the ground circuit portion 400 on the outer peripheral surface side of the battery case 13.
For this, the fastening part 500 further includes a protrusion part 510 and a cover part 520.
The protrusion 510 protrudes in the longitudinal direction on the outer peripheral surface of the battery case 13, and is formed by protrusions that respectively fit and connect the upper and lower portions of the ground circuit 400.
The cover 520 corresponds to the circumference of the battery case 13 at one side of the protrusion 510 and is formed of a curved plate.
Wherein the cover 520 prevents the upper and lower parts of the ground circuit part 400 coupled to the protrusion 510 from being spaced apart from the protrusion 510 and separated therefrom, thereby moving the power of the battery applied to the upper electrode part 220 through the ground circuit part 400 and applying it to the lower electrode part 220.
As described above, in the detailed description of the present invention, the preferred embodiments of the present invention are described, but this is an exemplary description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention.
