Furthermore, it should be noted that, in the description of the present invention, unless explicitly specified and limited otherwise, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, and may be either fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected, for example; can be mechanically or electrically connected; can be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate medium. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to the specific circumstances.
Embodiment one:
a particularly preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference first to fig. 1-15.
Referring to fig. 1 to 15, the present invention proposes a laundry treating apparatus including a first moving member, a second moving member, and a drawable working member 3, the second moving member being provided with a groove 23. In a first embodiment of the present invention, the first moving part may be the rear roller 1, the second moving part may be the sliding rail 2, in a possible implementation manner, the sliding rail 2 may be a solution of two side protruding guide blocks 21 and a sliding rail 2 with a sliding rail 22 in between, as shown in fig. 2 and 11, and correspondingly, a groove 23 is provided at the rear side of the sliding rail 22 to match with the first moving part.
The working part 3 may be a drawing type pulsator washing machine, or may be a pulsator washing machine which is directly slidably disposed on the slide rail 2, or may be a pulsator washing machine as shown in fig. 2 which is mounted in a box (only the box is shown in fig. 2 and the pulsator washing machine body is not shown), and then slidably disposed on the rail.
With continued reference to fig. 6, 7 and 8, the support member 31 is provided below the working member 3, and the rear roller 1 of the first moving member is also provided on the working member 3, preferably by being provided on the support member 31 in fig. 7, so as to be indirectly provided on the working member 3.
With the above structure, the present invention can realize that the rear roller 1 drives the working member 3 to move on the slide rail 2 during the drawing of the working member 3, and after the working member 3 reaches the working position, the rear roller 1 is moved to the groove 23 as shown in fig. 9 or 10, so that the rear roller 1 does not support or support the gravity of part of the working member 3, and the supporting member 31 supports the gravity of the rest part of the working member 3. The rear roller 1 is directly and completely dropped into the groove 23 to be suspended, and the supporting component 31 completely bears the gravity of the working component 3, and the rear roller 1 is provided with an elastic structure, as shown in fig. 16, an elastic piece such as a spring is arranged above the rear roller 1, so that the rear roller 1 can still play a certain supporting role after being attached to the bottom surface of the groove 23, and the supporting component 31 plays a role in supporting the gravity of the rest working component 3.
In the above-described preferred embodiment of the first embodiment, the supporting position of the supporting member 31 may be, as shown in fig. 2, 6-8, and 11, the supporting position may be on the convex guide blocks 21 on both sides of the slide rail 2, and the supporting position may abut against the convex guide blocks 21 to transfer the force to the slide rail 2. Of course, it may be disposed offset from the slide rail 2 and directly conducted to the bottom surface of the cabinet 7 (this solution is not shown in the drawings), or may be directly conducted to the ground or the mounting table (this solution is not shown in the drawings) if the laundry treating apparatus does not have the cabinet 7.
Through the structural design, the rear roller 1 falls into the groove 23 after the working part 3 is pulled out to put clothes into the working position and pushed back to the working position, so that the supporting part 31 supports most of force, the rear roller 1 does not bear eccentric force of the washing machine in the washing vibration process, namely, the rear roller 1 does not bear horizontal force and is born by the supporting part 31, thereby greatly prolonging the service life of the rear roller 1, and the washing machine can realize more stable and firm support due to the existence of the supporting part 31 in the washing process, reduce the vibration frequency of the washing machine and reduce the integral vibration noise of the clothes treatment equipment, preferably, the supporting part 31 is a supporting block shown in fig. 7, the bottom surface of the supporting part can be set to be a surface with larger friction coefficient or integrally set to be made of a material with larger friction force such as rubber, and the like, so that the slipping or vibration displacement of the supporting part 31 is further avoided.
Preferably, in the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the laundry treating apparatus of the present invention is further provided with a front roller 4, the front roller 4 is disposed at the front side of the working member 3, and the front roller 4 is disposed to be able to be abutted against the ground to achieve the support of the front end during the drawing, so that the whole structure is not completely finished depending on the slide rail, and a part of force can be split out to the front roller 4.
In the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 8 and 14, a damping device 5 is further disposed at the rear side of the rear roller 1, and the damping device 5 is preferably a spring, but may also be other damping structures, such as a damping rod, an elastic block, or the like, so as to avoid the situation that the rear roller 1 is pulled out of the groove to move backwards and collide with the case 7 due to excessive force after pushing.
In the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 14, the inner side of the groove 23 is further provided with a sensor 6 capable of detecting whether the rear roller 1 is stopped in place, preferably, the up-down telescopic structure of the rear roller 1 not only can provide a part of supporting force as described above, but also can enable the rear roller 1 not to be suspended, at least partially support against the sensor 6, so that the condition that the sensor 6 cannot detect is avoided, the detection precision of the sensor 6 is improved, and when the clothes treatment device detects that the working part 3 is installed in place, the step of executing clothes treatment is started again, so that accidents are avoided.
In the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 15, the working member 3 is further provided with a male buckle 32, the laundry treating apparatus further includes a case 7, a clamping groove 71 matching with the buckle 32 is provided on the case 7, and the buckle 32 is provided to be movable toward the clamping groove 71 during the process of the working member 3 entering the working position, and is inserted into the clamping groove 71 after the working member 3 enters the working position. The plug-in type clamping scheme is very suitable for the scheme of the invention, so that the invention can push into a working position to realize locking, the unlocking function is realized in the process of pulling out the handle, the push-pull action is matched with the opening and closing of the lock, and the opening and closing actions of the door, the pulling out action and the pushing in action can be realized by a user only by one action.
In the first embodiment, as shown in fig. 9, the sliding rail 2 may be parallel to the horizontal plane, and after the working member 3 is pushed in, a certain inclination may be formed due to the rear roller 1 entering the groove 23, but this is still within the allowable range of the working state of the working member 3 according to the present invention, and the working member can still work normally.
Embodiment two:
the second embodiment is the same as the first embodiment in its entirety, and is different in that, correspondingly to the first embodiment, in order to achieve the stable support of the working member 3 and also achieve the horizontal placement of the working member 3, as shown in fig. 10, in a more preferred embodiment, the operation side of the laundry treatment apparatus is the front side, and there is a height difference between the front side and the rear side of the second moving member (the sliding rail 2), preferably, the rear side is higher than the front side, and by the design of the height difference, the working member 3 can have a suitable climbing action during the pushing process, and then after the rear roller 1 falls into the groove 23, the overall leveling of the working member 3 can be achieved, so that the working state of the working member 3 is more stable, the service life is longer, and the washing water is less likely to splash out during the working process.
Embodiment III:
referring to fig. 16 and 17, the present invention also provides another different sliding rail scheme, namely a scheme of the raised sliding rail 24, which is different from the sliding rail 2 of the first embodiment in that the raised sliding rail 24 of the third embodiment is not provided with the raised guide blocks 21 on both sides, so that the supporting component 31 of the present invention is not abutted against the raised guide blocks 21 in the left-right direction, but is directly abutted against the raised sliding rail 24 in the front-back direction as shown in fig. 16 and 17, similar to the design of the train track, and the two sides of the rear roller 4 are further provided with the anti-deviation blocks 25 for clamping the raised sliding rail 24, and finally the third embodiment provides another scheme of the raised sliding rail 24. Of course, the support member 3 may be directly abutted not only on the convex slide rail 24 but also on the bottom surface of the case 7 or directly on the ground.
In summary, the design of the supporting component 31 matched with the groove 23 enables the rear roller 1 to enter the groove 23 when moving to the working position, the supporting component 31 plays a main supporting role, the supporting mode of rolling friction between the rear roller 1 and the slideway 22 is directly changed into the supporting mode of up-down overlapping between the supporting component 31 and the convex guide block 21, when the clothes are taken out after the use, the working component 3 is pulled out slightly by force, the rear roller 1 can climb out of the groove 23 and become rolling friction again, so that the push-pull of a user is still very labor-saving, the seamless switching is realized, the rear roller 1 is protected, the noise generation of the working component 3 in the working process is reduced, the user is also considered, the user is still very labor-saving in the push-pull process, and the essential switching change of the moving modes is realized on the basis of the original scheme by only increasing the structures of the supporting component 31 and the groove, so that the stability of the product is greatly improved on the basis of not increasing cost, namely the stability of the product is improved, the service life of the rear roller 1 is also satisfactory, and the vibration of the user is satisfied in the service life of the roller. In addition, the invention also provides a design of arranging the height difference on the front side and the rear side of the sliding rail 2, so that the use stability of the product is further improved, and the occurrence probability of water leakage and the like caused by the inclination of the working part 3 is also reduced. The design of the sensor 6 also enables the working part 3 to perform washing, drying and other works only after reaching the working position, thereby ensuring the safety of the product.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments are merely for illustrating the principles of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention, and those skilled in the art can modify the above-mentioned structure to apply the present invention to more specific application scenarios without departing from the principles of the present invention.
For example, in an alternative embodiment, since the first moving part provides only a way of moving, it is obviously not limited to the form of the rear roller 1, but may also be a sliding device, for example, which is provided to be able to slide into or out of the groove 23, preferably the sliding device may be a slide provided with rounded sides, for example, a semi-cylindrical slide, the cylindrical surface of which conforms to the slideway 22, and a flat surface is fixed to the bottom surface of the working part 3, so as to achieve the sliding connection of the first moving part with the slideway 22, which is not departing from the principle of the invention, and thus all the developments based on the main inventive concept of the present invention fall within the scope of the invention.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, the slide rail 2 is obviously not limited to the two-sided convex guide block 21, the slide rail 2 provided with the slide rail 22 in the middle shown in fig. 11, but may be a slide rail 2 provided with the convex guide block 21 on the outside, the slide rail 22 provided with the slide rail 22 on the inside, the groove 23 provided on the slide rail 22 on the inside, and the supporting member 31 provided so as to be able to abut against the convex guide block 21 when the first moving member moves to the groove 23 as shown in fig. 12. The above-described solution is equally applicable to the construction of the support element 31 and the recess 23 proposed by the present invention, which do not deviate from the principle of the invention and therefore fall within the scope of the invention.
For example, in another alternative embodiment, the slide rail 2 is obviously not limited to the two-sided convex guide block 21, the slide rail 2 provided with the slide rail 22 in the middle, as illustrated in fig. 11, but may be a slide rail 2 provided with the convex guide block 21 on the inside, the slide rail 22 on the outside, the groove 23 provided on the slide rail 22 on the outside, and the supporting member 31 provided so as to be able to abut against the convex guide block 21 when the first moving member moves to the groove 23, as illustrated in fig. 13. The above-described solution is equally applicable to the construction of the support element 31 and the recess 23 proposed by the present invention, which do not deviate from the principle of the invention and therefore fall within the scope of the invention.
