Abstract
The invention discloses a simple device for dismounting and hoisting a valve and a part, which comprises a base plate, connecting pieces and a support column, wherein the connecting pieces are arranged on the bottom surface of the base plate in a surrounding mode, each connecting piece comprises a first rod piece and a second rod piece which are hinged with each other, the first rod piece is used for being connected with the base plate, and the second rod piece is used for being connected with the support column; the bottom surface of base plate is provided with rings. The simple device has the characteristics of simple and convenient carrying and hoisting and safe operation.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, a simple device for dismounting and lifting valves and parts comprises a base plate 1, a support column 2 and a lifting ring 3.
The substrate 1 was a 30cm diameter round steel plate with a thickness of 2cm. The lifting ring 3 is arranged at the center of the bottom surface of the base plate 1 and used for hanging an electric hoist, the electric hoist is used for lifting a valve, and the lifting ring 3 can be replaced by a lifting hook.
The support column 2 is connected with the base plate 1 through a connecting piece 4, and the concrete connection mode is as follows: on the substrate 1, a plurality of holes are arranged at equal angular intervals around the central axis thereof, the number of the holes being equal to or greater than three.
As shown in fig. 3, the connecting member 4 includes a first rod 41 and a second rod 42, the ends of the two rods are hinged, and a locking bolt radially passes through the hinge holes of the first rod 41 and the second rod 42, so that the first rod 41 and the second rod 42 can rotate relatively, the angle formed by the axes of the two rods can be adjusted, the two rods can be adjusted to a proper angle, then the two rods are locked by the locking bolt, and the two rods can not rotate relatively. The first rod 41 is used for connecting with the base plate 1, and the second rod 42 is used for connecting with the pillar 2. The first rod 41 is detachably connected with the base plate 1 through threads, and the second rod 42 is detachably connected with the support column 2 through welding or threads; the first rod 41 is welded to the base plate 1, and the second rod 42 is detachably connected to the post 2 by screw threads.
The first rod 41 is screwed with the base plate 1 in the following manner: the outer surface of the first pin 41 is provided with an external thread. The first rod 41 is assembled in a hole of the base plate 1, internal threads are arranged in the hole, the base plate 1 is connected with the first rod 41 through threaded engagement, the first rod 41 penetrates from one end of the hole, penetrates from the other end, and the nut 6 is assembled on the penetrated first rod 41.
The second rod 42 is screwed with the post 2 in such a way that: the outer surface of the second rod member 42 is also provided with external threads, the support column 2 is provided with a connecting hole along the axis, the inner wall of the connecting hole is provided with internal threads, one end of the second rod member 42 is inserted into the connecting hole of the support column 2, and the two are in threaded engagement.
The height adjustment of the base plate 1 of the device above the ground can be realized by adjusting the whole length of the support column 2, the length of the first rod piece 41 screwed into the base plate 1 can be also realized by adjusting the length of the second rod piece 42 screwed into the support column 2. One way of adjusting the overall length of the strut 2 is as follows: the support column 2 comprises a main column body 21 and a secondary column body 22, the secondary column body 22 is sleeved in the main column body 21, and the end part of the secondary column body 22 is connected with a second rod piece 42; a plurality of equidistant positioning holes 23 are arranged on the auxiliary column 22 along the axis, the positioning holes 23 are arranged on the main column 21, the whole length of the support column 2 is adjusted to a proper position, the positioning holes 23 on the main column 21 are overlapped with one positioning hole 23 on the auxiliary column 22, and a positioning pin passes through the overlapped positioning holes 23 to complete the locking connection of the main column 21 and the auxiliary column 22.
The number of holes arranged on the base plate 1 is more than or equal to three, so the number of the support posts 2 connected with the base plate 1 is more than or equal to three. After the valve is hung to the device, the gravity of the valve is shared by a plurality of support posts 2, so that the stability of the device is improved, the support strength of the support posts 2 is improved, the support posts 2 are prevented from being subjected to the gravity of the valve, the relative angle between the support posts 2 and the base plate 1 is changed, and therefore the adjacent support posts 2 are connected by the flexible lock chains 5 or the rigid connecting rods, the distance between the adjacent support posts 2 is guaranteed not to be changed, and the use stability of the device is guaranteed.
The chain 5 or the connecting rod is connected with the support column 2 in a detachable connection mode. The specific connection modes are as follows:
as shown in fig. 1, a hook is attached to the stay 2, and the end of the chain 5 or the link is hung on the hook to connect the two.
The number of holes arranged on the base plate 1 is three, and three corresponding support posts 2 are arranged.
The installation process of the device is as follows:
s1, the first rod 41 in the connector 4 is connected to the substrate 1.
S2, connecting the second rod piece 42 in the connecting piece 4 with the support column 2.
S3, adjusting the whole length of the support column 2.
S4, adjusting the angle of the support column 2, driving the second rod member 42 to rotate around the first rod member 41, and then locking and fixing the first rod member 41 and the second rod member 42 by using a locking bolt.
And S5, connecting the adjacent struts 2 by using flexible chains 5 or rigid connecting rods.
When the device is used, the electric hoist is hung in the hanging ring 3.
In the device, the upright rod and the base plate 1 can be detached, so that the device is convenient to carry.
