And, the rotating member 200 is suitable for installing the display terminal 900, the rotating member 200 drives the display terminal 900 to rotate relative to the fixed seat 100 under the driving of the driving mechanism 300, so that the direction of the display terminal 900 is adjusted between the primary driving and the secondary driving, that is, the rotating member 200 and the display terminal 900 can be connected into a whole, the driving mechanism 300 drives the rotating member 200 to rotate, and then the display terminal 900 can be driven to rotate, no mechanical transmission is needed between the display terminal 900 and the rotating member 200, and when the driving mechanism 300 drives the rotating member 200 to rotate, the display terminal 900 can rotate along with the rotating member 200, and the power transmission of the driving mechanism 300 is more stable.
In addition, the plurality of locking claws 400 are rotatably mounted on the fixed base 100 and are arranged around the rotating member 200, the locking bracket 500 is rotatable in a locking position and an unlocking position and is in transmission connection with the plurality of locking claws 400, and when the locking bracket 500 rotates from the unlocking position to the locking position, the locking bracket 500 drives the plurality of locking claws 400 to be abutted against the outer peripheral surface of the rotating member 200 so as to lock the relative positions of the rotating member 200 and the fixed base 100; when the locking bracket 500 rotates from the locking position to the unlocking position, the locking bracket 500 drives the plurality of locking pawls 400 to disengage from the outer circumferential surface of the rotating member 200, so as to allow the rotating member 200 to rotate relative to the fixed base 100.
One end of the locking claw 400 may be fixed to the fixing base 100, and the locking claw 400 may rotate around one end connected to the fixing base 100, so that the other end of the locking claw 400 may be close to or far away from the outer peripheral surface of the rotating member 200, and further the locking claw 400 may be locked or unlocked along with the rotating member 200.
Therefore, when the display terminal 900 needs to be rotated, the locking bracket 500 can be switched to the unlocking state, the locking bracket 500 drives the plurality of locking claws 400 to be separated from the outer circumferential surface of the rotating member 200, the locking claws 400 cannot prevent the rotating member 200 from rotating, the driving mechanism 300 can easily drive the lever rotating member 200 to rotate, and the display terminal 900 can be driven to rotate; when the display terminal 900 rotates in place, the locking bracket 500 can be switched to a locking state, the locking bracket 500 drives the locking claw 400 to be abutted against the outer circumferential surface of the rotating member 200, and further, friction force can be applied to the outer circumferential surface of the rotating member 200 through the locking claw 400, the friction force can be used as the locking force of the rotating member 200 to lock the rotating member 200, so that the rotating member 200 can be prevented from rotating, the display terminal 900 is limited, the locking claw 400 can also be prevented from shaking, the locking stability of the display terminal 900 is improved, and the user's look and feel is better.
And, drive the locking claw 400 through locking support 500 and lock the rotation piece 200 at arbitrary angle, the locking claw 400 can press from both sides tight rotation piece 200 when display terminal 900 rotates arbitrary position, need not set up limit structure on rotation piece 200, is favorable to realizing the electrodeless regulation of the position of display terminal 900, and can simplify the structure of rotation piece 200, and the locking is simpler, and rotation piece 200, locking claw 400 and locking support 500's assembly is also more convenient.
Thus, the gesture adjusting assembly 1 according to the embodiment of the invention can lock the display terminal 900 at any position, the display terminal 900 is not easy to shake, and the user experience is good.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3-5, the plurality of locking pawls 400 are spread out in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the locking bracket 500 when the locking bracket 500 is rotated from the locked position to the unlocked position; when the locking bracket 500 is rotated from the unlocking position to the locking position, the plurality of locking pawls 400 are retracted inward in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the locking bracket 500.
That is, when the locking bracket 500 is switched to the unlocking state, the locking claw 400 may be rotated in a direction away from the outer circumferential surface of the rotation member 200, so that the locking claw 400 is separated from the outer circumferential surface of the rotation member 200, so that the locking claw 400 does not block the rotation member 200 from rotating, and the driving mechanism 300 may drive the rotation member 200 to rotate, thereby driving the display terminal 900 to rotate;
when the locking bracket 500 is switched to the locking state, the locking claw 400 can rotate in a direction close to the outer circumferential surface of the rotating member 200, so that the locking claw 400 is abutted against the outer circumferential surface of the rotating member 200, the locking claw 400 can tightly hold the rotating member 200, the rotating member 200 can be locked, the rotating member 200 is prevented from shaking, and the display terminal 900 is more stable to fix.
Further, the plurality of locking claws 400 are abutted against the outer circumferential surface of the rotating member 200 and the rotating member 200 is restricted from rotating, the plurality of locking claws 400 can be abutted against a plurality of portions of the outer circumferential surface of the rotating member 200, the plurality of locking claws 400 can completely surround the rotating member 200, the contact area between the locking claws 400 and the outer circumferential surface of the rotating member 200 is larger, the locking effect of the plurality of locking claws 400 on the rotating member 200 is better, and the locking is more stable.
In addition, the plurality of rotating members 200 are extended or retracted in a direction perpendicular to the axial direction of the locking bracket 500, so that the space occupied by the plurality of rotating members 200 in the axial direction of the locking bracket 500 can be small, the assembly of the locking bracket 500 and the locking claw 400 is facilitated, the volume of the posture adjusting assembly 1 can be small, and the assembly is more convenient.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 to 7, one of the locking bracket 500 and the locking claw 400 is provided with a guide groove 510 and the other is provided with a guide post 410, the guide post 410 is fitted to the guide groove 510 and is slidable along the guide groove 510, and the locking bracket 500 drives the plurality of locking claws 400 to be stopped or separated from the rotating member 200 through the guide groove 510 and the guide post 410.
For example, the locking bracket 500 may be provided with a guide groove 510, the locking claw 400 may be provided with a guide post 410, and when the locking bracket 500 rotates, the side wall of the guide groove 510 may push the guide post 410, and the guide post 410 slides in the guide groove 510 along the extending direction of the guide groove 510, so as to push the locking claw 400 to rotate, so that the locking claw 400 may be stopped or separated from the rotating member 200.
In addition, the guide groove 510 is engaged with the guide post 410, so that the assembly between the lock bracket 500 and the lock claw 400 can be simplified, and the guide groove 510 can guide the movement of the guide post 410, thereby making the rotation of the lock claw 400 easier.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3 to 6, the guide grooves 510 are plural and spaced apart along the circumference of the locking bracket 500, each guide groove 510 is configured in an arc shape extending from the inner circumference of the locking bracket 500 to the outer circumference, and one end of each guide groove 510 is offset with respect to the other end in the circumference of the locking bracket 500.
That is, the guide posts 410 of each locking claw 400 correspond to one guide groove 510, respectively, one end of the guide groove 510 is close to the rotating member 200 and the other end is far away from the rotating member 200, so that when the locking bracket 500 pushes the locking claw 400 to rotate, the guide posts 410 can slide in the guide groove 510, and thus the locking claw 400 can be pushed to rotate in a direction close to the rotating member 200 or rotate in a direction far away from the rotating member 200, thereby locking and unlocking the rotating member 200 by using the plurality of locking claws 400.
And, through setting up guide slot 510 to the arc, guide post 410 slides along guide slot 510 and can be smoother, and the rotation of locking claw 400 is lighter, and can make locking claw 400 rotate at the uniform velocity, further improves locking claw 400's rotation stability, is convenient for lock support 500 switch between unblock state and locking state.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, one end of the locking claw 400 is rotatably installed to the fixing base 100, the other end of the locking claw 400 is constructed with an arc surface shape-adapted to the outer circumferential surface of the rotation member 200, and the guide post 410 is provided between both ends of the locking claw 400.
For example, a fixing post 110 may be disposed on a side of the fixing base 100 facing the locking claw 400, and one end of the locking claw 400 is rotatably engaged with the fixing post 110, so as to fix the position of the locking claw 400, and enable the locking claw 400 to rotate relative to the fixing base 100, so that the locking claw 400 can approach or separate from the rotating member 200.
Thus, the locking claw 400 can rotate around one end connected with the fixing seat 100, so that the locking claw 400 can approach or depart from the rotating member 200, and the arc surface of the locking claw 400 is abutted against the outer peripheral surface of the rotating member 200, so that the contact area between the arc surface of the locking claw 400 and the outer peripheral surface of the rotating member 200 is larger, that is, the contact area between the single locking claw 400 and the rotating member 200 can be larger, the abutment is more stable, the locking effect of the locking claw 400 on the rotating member 200 is better, the locking stability of the display terminal 900 is further improved, and the shaking of the display terminal 900 is more effectively avoided.
And, the guide posts 410 are provided between both ends of the locking claws 400, and the moving range of each locking claw 400 is smaller, which is advantageous in reducing the occupied space.
