As can be understood, referring to fig. 8 to 9, the adjusting plate 130 has a first guiding groove 131 disposed with an included angle between an extending direction and both of a first direction a and a second direction b, wherein the extending direction of the first guiding groove 131 is a straight line direction, and when the first direction a is an arc direction, an intersection of the extending direction of the first guiding groove 131 and the first direction a may be that an extending direction of the first guiding groove 131 and a plane in which the first direction a is located intersect.
The driving part 122 is provided with a guide column 1223 positioned in the first guide groove 131, so that when the adjusting plate 130 moves in the first direction a relative to the base plate 110, the guide column 1223 moves in the second direction b under the guide of the first guide groove 131, so that the locking member 120 can be inserted into different adjusting holes 221.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3 and 5, when the adjusting mechanism 100 is in the locked state, the guide post 1223 is located at a side of the first guide slot 131 of the adjusting plate 130, which is close to the adjusting hole 221, and one end of the locking member 120 is located in an adjusting hole 221; referring to fig. 3 and 9, when the adjusting mechanism 100 is in the unlocked state, the guide post 1223 is located at a side of the first guide groove 131 of the adjusting plate 130 away from the adjusting hole 221, and one end of the locking member 120 is moved out of the adjusting hole 221.
More specifically, when the adjusting plate 130 moves in the positive direction of the first direction a, the guide column 1223 moves away from the adjusting hole 221 under the guide of the first guide groove 131, and the driving part 122 drives the locking member 120 to move away from the adjusting hole 221, so that the locking member 120 moves out of the adjusting hole 221, at this time, the seat 210 may be slid, the angle of the seat 210 relative to the base 220 may be adjusted, and the like, and after the adjusting plate 130 is adjusted to the desired angle, the adjusting plate 130 moves in the negative direction of the first direction a until the guide column 1223 returns to the side of the first guide groove 131 close to the adjusting hole 221, and one end of the locking member 120 is located in the adjusting hole 221 corresponding to the desired angle, thereby completing the angle adjustment of the child safety seat 200. The design makes the whole structure of the adjusting mechanism 100 simple, the working principle simple and easy to operate, and the subsequent overhaul and maintenance are convenient.
Referring to fig. 9, the bottom plate 110 is provided with a second guiding groove 111 extending along a second direction b, a groove wall surface of the second guiding groove 111 includes a first wall surface 1111 and a second wall surface 1112 extending along the second direction b and facing away from each other, and the driving portion 122 is abutted between the first wall surface 1111 and the second wall surface 1112. The inner wall surface of the second guide groove 111 further includes a third wall surface 1113 perpendicular to the second direction b and facing the driving portion 122, and referring to fig. 3 and 5, when the locking portion 121 is located in the adjusting hole 221, the driving portion 122 abuts against the third wall surface 1113. By providing the second guide groove 111 extending in the second direction b, the driving portion 122 located in the guide groove can only move in the second direction b, that is, in a direction parallel to the hole axis of the adjusting hole 221, and at the same time, the locking portion 121 connected to the driving portion 122 can only move in the second direction b, so that the driving portion 122 is prevented from moving away from the second direction b, and the locking portion 121 cannot be smoothly inserted into or removed from the adjusting hole 221, thereby enhancing the operation reliability of the adjusting mechanism 100.
As can be appreciated, referring to fig. 9, the adjusting plate 130 is provided with a third guide groove 132 extending in the first direction a, and the base plate 110 is provided with a mounting post 112 positioned in the third guide groove 132. The inner wall surface of the third guide groove 132 includes a fourth wall surface 1321 and a fifth wall surface 1322 that are disposed opposite to each other in the first direction a. The adjusting mechanism 100 further includes an elastic member 140 extending along the first direction a, one end of the elastic member 140 is connected to the mounting post 112 on the base plate 110, and the other end is connected to the adjusting plate 130.
The specific working principle of the adjusting mechanism 100 is as follows: first, referring to fig. 4, the adjusting plate 130 moves in the positive direction of the first direction a (e.g., the direction from the fifth wall 1322 to the fourth wall 1321), the third guiding groove 132 is switched from the fourth wall 1321 abutting against the mounting post 112 to the fifth wall 1322 abutting against the mounting post 112 (see fig. 9), the elastic member 140 is switched from the restoring state to the stretching state (see fig. 8), the locking member 120 moves out of the adjusting hole 221 along the first direction a, and the connection between the adjusting mechanism 100 and the base 220 is released. Then, the adjusting plate 130 continues to move along the positive direction of the first direction a, and the mounting post 112 is driven by the fifth wall 1322 to make the base 220 move along the positive direction of the first direction a along the adjusting plate 130 until the seat 210 moves to a proper position along the adjusting mechanism 100; finally, the adjusting plate 130 is released, the elastic member 140 drives the adjusting plate 130 to move in the opposite direction of the first direction a relative to the bottom plate 110 under the action of its own elastic restoring force, and at the same time, in the process that the adjusting plate 130 moves in the opposite direction of the first direction a relative to the bottom plate 110, the adjusting plate 130 drives the locking member 120 to move in the second direction b so as to be inserted into the other adjusting hole 221 of the base 220, at this time, the mounting post 112 is restored to abut against the fourth wall 1321 of the third guiding groove 132, so as to complete one adjusting process.
Further, referring to fig. 8 and 10, a hook 133 is disposed on the adjusting plate 130. The elastic member 140 includes a spring 141 and a connection ring 142, the spring 141 extends in the first direction a and has one end connected to the mounting post 112 on the base plate 110. The connecting ring 142 is connected with one end of the spring 141 away from the mounting post 112 and is hung on the hook 133. The arrangement makes the connecting ring 142 be directly hung on the hook 133 of the adjusting plate 130, the assembly of the elastic piece 140 and the adjusting plate 130 is simpler and more convenient, and the elastic piece 140 is also convenient to detach and replace when the elastic piece 140 is damaged.
In a second aspect, referring to fig. 1 to 3, a child safety seat 200 is provided, and includes an adjusting mechanism 100, a base 220, and a seat 210 as described above. According to the child safety seat 200, the locking piece 120 of the adjusting mechanism 100 is designed to comprise the locking part 121 and the driving part 122, so that the reliability of the adjusting mechanism 100 is greatly improved, the adjusting stability of the child safety seat 200 is further improved, and meanwhile, a user can adjust the angle of the child safety seat 200 more conveniently and laborsaving.
As can be appreciated, referring to fig. 11, the base 220 includes a base body 222 and a mounting bracket 223. The mounting bracket 223 is coupled to the base body 222, and the mounting bracket 223 has a plurality of adjustment holes 221. The base 220 is designed to comprise a base main body 222 and a mounting bracket 223, and the seat 210 is mounted on the base 220 through the connection between the adjusting mechanism 100 and the mounting bracket 223, so that the base 220 and the seat 210 can be completely separated, the seat 210 can be mounted on the base 220 in the forward direction or the reverse direction, and a user can select more using modes. Preferably, the number of the mounting brackets 223 may be two, and the mounting brackets 223 are symmetrically connected to the base body 222 at intervals along the second direction b, and meanwhile, the adjusting plate 130 has two first guiding grooves 131 symmetrically arranged along the second direction b, and the number of the locking members 120 is also two, and the two locking portions 121 are respectively inserted into the adjusting holes 221 of the two mounting brackets 223. Preferably, referring to fig. 12, one end of the adjusting plate 130 extends out of the bottom plate 110 to be positioned at the bottom of the seat 210, so that the user can conveniently pull the adjusting plate.
Further, referring to fig. 3 and 11, the mounting bracket 223 has a first sliding groove d extending along the first direction a, and the adjusting mechanism 100 further includes a side plate 150, a first sliding bar 160, and a fixing bar 170. The side plate 150 is connected to the bottom plate 110 and disposed opposite the mounting bracket 223, and the side plate 150 has a second sliding groove 151 extending in the first direction a. The first sliding rod 160 extends along the second direction b, one end of the first sliding rod 160 is connected to the side plate 150, and the other end of the first sliding rod 160 penetrates through the first sliding groove d. The fixing rod 170 extends along the second direction b, is connected to the mounting bracket 223, and penetrates the second sliding groove 151. Through setting up first slide bar 160 and dead lever 170, curb plate 150 is connected to the one end of first slide bar 160, and the first sliding tray d of installing support 223 is worn to locate to the other end, and the dead lever 170 is connected installing support 223 and is worn to locate the second sliding tray 151 of curb plate 150, makes the connection of adjustment mechanism 100 and base 220 more firm to make the seat be fixed in base 220 that can be more firm, promoted child safety seat 200's fail safe nature. Meanwhile, the first sliding rod 160 slides to abut against the groove wall of the first sliding groove d near the fixing rod 170, so as to remind the user that the angle is adjusted to the maximum angle, which is more practical and more careful.
As can be appreciated, referring to fig. 13, the child safety seat 200 may further include a seat belt holder 230 coupled to a side of the seat 210 for sandwiching a seat belt of the vehicle, so that the child safety seat 200 can be more firmly fixed in the vehicle.
Further, referring to fig. 14, the seat belt holder 230 includes a base 231 and a clip arm 232, the base 231 is connected to a side surface of the seat 210, and the clip arm 232 is rotatably connected to the base 231. Further, referring to fig. 15, the base 231 includes a bottom plate and a peripheral plate connected to the bottom plate, the bottom plate 110 is connected to a side surface of the seat 210, and a plurality of spaced anti-slip protrusions 2311 are provided on the peripheral plate. By providing the anti-slip protrusions 2311, the clamping effect and the anti-slip effect of the seat belt frame 230 can be improved, further enhancing the stability of the child safety seat 200. Preferably, the number of cleats 2311 is greater than or equal to four, and the height at which cleats 2311 extend toward clip arm 232 is greater than or equal to 3mm and less than or equal to 4mm.

An adjustment mechanism for use in a child safety seat, connected between a seat and a base of the child safety seat, for adjusting a position of the seat relative to the base, the base being formed with a plurality of adjustment apertures spaced apart along a first direction, the adjustment mechanism comprising:
the bottom plate is used for being mounted on the chair seat;
the locking piece comprises a locking part and a driving part, wherein the driving part is provided with a mounting hole extending along a second direction, one end of the locking part is arranged in the mounting hole, and the second direction is parallel to the hole axis of the adjusting hole;
the adjusting plate is movably connected with the bottom plate along the first direction, is connected with the driving part and is used for driving the locking piece to move along the second direction when moving along the first direction relative to the bottom plate, so that the locking part can be inserted into different adjusting holes.
2. The adjusting mechanism as set forth in claim 1, wherein the driving portion includes a driving section and a mounting section, the mounting section is provided with a mounting hole, the driving section is connected with the adjusting plate, the locking portion includes a first locking section, a mating section and a second locking section, the mating section is located in the mounting hole, the first locking section is connected with one end of the mating section close to the driving section and abuts against the surface of the mounting section close to the driving section, the second locking section is connected with one end of the mating section far away from the driving section, and the second locking section is used for being inserted into different adjusting holes under the driving of the adjusting plate.
3. The adjustment mechanism of claim 2, wherein the mounting section comprises:
the mounting main body is connected with the driving section and provided with the mounting hole;
the elastic claw is positioned on one side of the installation main body, which is close to the driving section, one end of the elastic claw is connected with the installation main body, the other end of the elastic claw extends towards the direction away from the installation main body and close to the hole axis of the installation hole, and the first locking section is abutted against the surface of the elastic claw, which is close to the driving section.

The adjusting mechanism as set forth in claim 1, wherein the adjusting plate has a first guiding groove disposed at an angle to the first direction and the second direction, and the driving portion is provided with a guiding post disposed in the first guiding groove, so that when the adjusting plate moves along the first direction relative to the bottom plate, the guiding post moves along the second direction under the guidance of the first guiding groove, so that the locking member can be inserted into different adjusting holes.

The adjusting mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the bottom plate is provided with a second guide groove extending along the second direction, a groove wall surface of the second guide groove comprises a first wall surface and a second wall surface which extend along the second direction and are opposite, and the driving part is abutted between the first wall surface and the second wall surface; the inner wall surface of the second guide groove further comprises a third wall surface perpendicular to the second direction and facing the driving part, and when the locking part is positioned in the adjusting hole, the driving part abuts against the third wall surface.
6. The adjustment mechanism of claim 1, wherein the adjustment plate is provided with a third guide slot extending in the first direction, and the base plate is provided with a mounting post positioned in the third guide slot, the adjustment mechanism further comprising:
and one end of the elastic piece is connected with the mounting column on the bottom plate, and the other end of the elastic piece is connected with the adjusting plate.
7. The adjustment mechanism of claim 6, wherein the adjustment plate is provided with a hook, and wherein the resilient member comprises:
a spring extending in the first direction and having one end connected to the mounting post on the base plate;
and the connecting ring is connected with one end of the spring far away from the mounting column and is hung on the hook.
8. A child safety seat comprising the adjustment mechanism of claims 1-7, the base, and the seat.
9. The child safety seat of claim 8, wherein the base comprises:
a base body; and
The mounting bracket is connected with the base main body and is provided with a plurality of adjusting holes.
10. The child safety seat of claim 9, wherein the mounting bracket has a first sliding slot extending in the first direction, the adjustment mechanism further comprising:
a side plate connected to the bottom plate and disposed opposite to the mounting bracket, the side plate having a second sliding groove extending in the first direction;
the first sliding rod extends along the second direction, one end of the first sliding rod is connected with the side plate, and the other end of the first sliding rod penetrates through the first sliding groove;
and the fixed rod extends along the second direction, is connected with the mounting bracket and penetrates through the second sliding groove.
