step four: aligning the clamping plate 37 with the clamping frame 31, aligning the clamping rod 35 with the limiting pipe 33, and pressing the top plate 34 until the baffle plate 39 is extruded with the upper surface of the bottom frame 1;
step five: the hydraulic press 42 is connected to a power supply and the switch of the hydraulic press 42 is turned on, and after the hydraulic press 42 starts to work, the hydraulic column 43 drives the stamping plate 44 to stamp the stamping part on the upper surface of the placing plate 22.

step one: pulling the second supporting rod (41) to enable the top plate (34) to vertically move upwards until the clamping plate (37) is separated from the clamping frame (31) and the clamping rod (35) is separated from the limiting tube (33), and then placing the limiting tube aside;
step two: after the placement device (2) is opened, placing a stamping part to be stamped on the upper surface of the placement plate (22), and continuously adjusting the position of the stamping part so that the edge of the stamping part does not exceed the side of the upper surface of the placement plate (22);
step three: then rotating the threaded rod (26), enabling the threaded rod (26) to squeeze the fixed block (210), observing the distance between the pressing plate (213) and the stamping part, and stopping rotating the threaded rod (26) after the annular cushion (214) is contacted with the outer surface of the stamping part and is deformed greatly;
step four: aligning the clamping plate (37) with the clamping frame (31), aligning the clamping rod (35) with the limiting pipe (33), and pressing the top plate (34) until the blocking plate (39) is extruded with the upper surface of the bottom frame (1);
step five: the hydraulic machine (42) is connected with a power supply and a switch of the hydraulic machine (42) is turned on, and after the hydraulic machine (42) starts to work, a hydraulic column (43) drives a stamping plate (44) to stamp a stamping part on the upper surface of the placing plate (22).
