Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical appliances, in particular to a phototherapy band-aid.
Background
The band-aid is one of the most commonly used hemostatic surgical drugs used in life after some minor trauma to people.
The traditional band-aid consists of a medical adhesive plaster and a water-absorbing layer, wherein the medicine is added on the water-absorbing layer, and the medicine only acts on the surface of a wound and cannot be deeply administered. And the adhesive bandage has poor air permeability, bacteria are easy to grow in the depth of a wound, so that infection can be initiated or aggravated, and the adhesive bandage needs to be replaced frequently. Currently, phototherapy band-aids having advantages over conventional band-aids have been considered as a promising surgical drug for promoting wound healing and sterilization in recent years. However, existing phototherapy band-aids have certain drawbacks and disadvantages. Specifically: the unreusable medical adhesive tape causes resource waste, and the adhesion of the medical adhesive tape causes discomfort on the skin surface; the attached focus area cannot play a role in heat dissipation well and cannot ensure uniformity of power density of the irradiation area; can not be used for the parts with larger wound surfaces.
In recent years, the incidence of diabetes mellitus has a rapid rising trend and causes a plurality of complications, and chronic skin ulcers are one of the most common serious complications for diabetics. The Chinese patent with publication number of CN110090362A discloses a weak laser foot physiotherapy insole, which is an auxiliary therapeutic instrument with simple operation and high safety coefficient for treating diabetic foot. Diabetic feet can easily cause limb ulcers, however, devices in the prior art cannot fit a focus well (i.e., a diseased region of the head, a diseased region of the limb, etc.), resulting in uneven optical power density of different irradiated regions, affecting the therapeutic effect. Meanwhile, the hard material design can cause uncomfortable feeling when worn by a user, and influence the use.
