Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical equipment, in particular to an intraocular vision correction device.
Background
In recent years, there are various refractive surgery to solve the problem of vision correction of myopic patients. Refractive surgery refers to the use of different surgical procedures by an ophthalmic surgeon to alter the intraocular structure of a myopic eye patient, focusing the light beam entering the eye onto the retina, so that the patient can see the image clearly without wearing glasses. Such as laser surgery, implantation of posterior chamber intraocular lenses, etc.
The posterior chamber intraocular lens is used in the presence of a natural lens of a human without removing the natural lens of the human. Thus, the accommodative focusing power of the natural lens remains unchanged. The natural lens accommodation capacity may change after a period of use, and after vision changes, the intraocular lens is no longer adapted to vision, and the intraocular lens needs to be replaced, which can cause damage to the eye during the replacement process.

Detailed Description
The embodiment of the invention provides an intraocular vision correction device, which comprises a fixing piece 1, a mounting piece 2, an optical part 3 and a mounting tool 4, wherein the optical part 3 and the mounting tool 4 are arranged on the mounting piece 2, a mounting hole 11 is formed in the fixing piece 1, a receiving part 12 is formed in the inner side wall of the fixing piece 11, a mounting part 22 matched with the receiving part 12 is formed in the outer side of the mounting piece 2, and the mounting part 22 is detachably arranged on the receiving part 12; the optical part 3 is connected with the mounting member 2 as an integral structure for correcting vision.
The fixing element 1 is implanted in the posterior chamber of the eyeball, in particular in the ciliary sulcus, the mounting element 2 is detachably arranged on the receiving part 12, and when the mounting element 2 and the optical part 3 are replaced, the fixing element 1 does not need to be removed or replaced, so that the damage to eyes caused by removing and replacing the fixing element 1 is reduced or avoided.
Specifically, the receiving portion 12 includes an internal gear, and the mounting portion 22 includes an external gear that mates with the internal gear, i.e., by way of a contoured shape. Wherein the pitch of the internal gear is 0.5-5mm. The mating relationship of the receiving portion 12 and the mounting portion 22 is not limited thereto. The internal and external gears may be pointed teeth, square teeth, wave forms of chords or other mating designs that may mesh.
It should be noted that, after the vision correction device is implanted and restored, the mounting portion 22 of the mounting member 2 contacts with the intraocular tissue to limit the mounting portion 22, so that the mounting member 2 does not fall off, and the two sides of the mounting portion 22 may not be provided with the limiting members, but may also be provided with the limiting members to limit the position of the mounting portion.
It should be further noted that the optical portion 3 in fig. 1 is generally circular, but may be designed to be oval as desired, and generally the optical portion 3 should cover and cooperate with the lens of the eye.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, one side of the mounting member 2 and optic 3 is concave 23 which mates with the anterior surface of the eye's lens.
Wherein the fixture 1 cooperates with the ciliary sulcus of the eye. The outer diameter of the fixing piece 1 is 11-14mm; the material of the fixing member 1 may be hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) or polyacrylate. The material of the mounting member 2 may be medical silicone rubber. The optical portion may employ any of the following: spherical optics, aspherical optics, scattered mirrors (toric) or multifocal mirrors. At least 3 fixing angles 14 can be arranged at intervals on the outer side of the fixing piece 1 and used for supporting the ciliary sulcus, contact between the fixing piece 1 and the ciliary sulcus in a whole circle is reduced, and the reduction of the contact area is beneficial to reducing damage to tissues.
It is worth further describing that other gears are normal chordal waveforms, in order to make mounting 1 and mounting 2 fit closely, mounting 1 and mounting 2's the outer both ends cooperation tooth design can change, specifically is that mounting 1 is protruding form, and has about 0.1 mm's anti-R protruding design, and mounting 2 is concave, and inside has anti-R recess, and mounting 1 is in the mounting 2 recess of the smooth card of anti-R arch can be difficult for deviating from when the installation.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an aqueous humor flow hole 13 is provided between the inner side wall of the fixing member and the mounting member 2. In fig. 2, the mounting member 2 does not fill the entire mounting hole 11, so that the mounting hole 11 has an aqueous humor flow hole 13 therein, which is beneficial to the aqueous humor circulation.
The friction coefficient of the fixing piece 1 is larger than that of the mounting piece 2, and the specific concave surface adopts a smaller friction coefficient, so that adverse reaction caused by friction when the fixing piece moves relative to peripheral tissues is reduced. The fixing member 1 having a large friction coefficient is advantageous for fixing the fixing member 1. The matching relationship of the inner gear and the outer gear and the relationship of the friction coefficient can also reduce or prevent the rotation or deflection of the optical part 3, and increase the rotation stability, so that the astigmatism correcting effect is more definite.
As shown in fig. 4 to 6, the mounting tool 4 is specifically a positioning hook 41, and the head of the positioning hook 41 is a specially designed mounting head 42.
It should be noted that the installation tool 4 is dedicated to the installation of a product, and the positioning hooks 41 may act on the fixing member 1 and the installation member 2, respectively. When in use, the fixing piece 1 is implanted into an eye through the injector, the fixing piece 1 is positioned to the ciliary sulcus through the positioning hook 41, the fixing piece is fixedly installed, the installation piece 2 is implanted in the same way, and the matching installation with the fixing piece 1 is completed through adjustment.
It should be further noted that the shape and size of the mounting end 42 are specifically designed for the product to be used, and can be displaced to a greater extent within the limited range of the notch, which is convenient for use. The unique material and design can not harm mounting 1 and installed part 2, and stir mounting 1 and installed part 2 easily, do benefit to the installation, and locating hook 41 and installation end 42 are the product of disinfecting before the use, can not additionally arouse other bad symptoms.
When in operation, the refractive error is corrected by implantation into the ciliary sulcus, by the removable mounting 2 and the optic 3. By replacing the mounting member 2 and the optical parts mounted on the mounting member 2 to accommodate changes in vision of the eyes, damage to the eyes is advantageously reduced when the mounting member 2 is replaced and removed.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made therein without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
